  • Perverts:Juansonia does not legally define "perversion", nor does it regulate desires, but one's right to desires ends where another person's right to be left alone begins. Hence, Juansonia has laws on public nudity, bans on public sex, and criminalisation of several crimes that infringe on people's right to be sexually left alone.
  • Drunk Driving: Very illegal - any BAC above the margin of error is evidence of intoxication, DUI is punishable by over a year in prison, those found guilty lose their driving privlidges forever, passengers are just as guilty as the driver, and any vehicular homicide is first-degree murder. Also, how did you get a driver's license in the first place?
  • Prostitutes: Legal, licensed, and regulated - regulations vary somewhat, but both buying and selling are legal across Juansonia.

What are laws on these in your nation?
  • Perverts: Depends on what he/she is doing.
  • Drunk Driving: Strictly prohibited, can result in you not being allowed to drive either permanently or temporarily, depending on the circumstances.
  • Prostitutes: Legal as long as there is no pimping and the people engaging in it are free and consenting. Criminal offence to knowingly transmit STDs to other people.
  • Murder: Death Penalty.
  • Marijuana: Legal, regulated like alcohol or cigarettes.
  • Child Labor: Legal, but requires parental consent and the child must be over 12 years old and the job must not interfere in the child's education. Heavily regulated.
  • Country exiting: Guaranteed right by the law.
  • Weapon ownership/keeping: Guaranteed right by the law.
  • Automobile ownership/keeping: Perfectly legal.
  • Slavery: Abolished and penalized.
  • Public protest: Perfectly legal.
  • Telling a peace officer to fuck off: Freedom of Speech, legal-
  • Self-defense against a peace officer Depends on what you mean by that. It will be taken to court and if the peace officer is determined to have been acting wrongfuly then no penalty, if not it can be determined to have been resisting arrest and assault.
