automotive mechanics, farming, plumbing, electrical, postal service, retail, manufacturing, warehousing, real-estate, law, food service, Sherriff's dept., and that's without me looking anything up.

Was going to post something similar. The same could be said for massive housing builds without consideration of resources.
One thing that would really help New York? An upgrade of the sewer and water systems. Told it’s not flashy so it’s not really wanted.
