International Oil Legislative Board

Located in Zug, Switzerland, both the International Oil Legislative Board and International Mineral Coalition jointly meet here to discuss matters regarding the production, the extraction, pricing, and regulations regarding the natural resource, Oil, and the various natural ore found in the respective nation's territorial claim and borders. All matters regarding proposal and legislation ratifications or amendments are to be held here and discuss among the panel of participating nations who are members of the aforementioned organizations. As such, to gain entry a nation must be a member of one of the two organizations.

Roles

-judges oversee all delegations, bring proposal to vote and ratification, issue executive orders upon a hang vote (tie vote) and suspensions and terminations.

-Vice Chair operate in place of the judges when they are not present and automatic anointed judge should one judge leave the board or dies.

-Treasury oversees all transactions and make sure all members respective stores all have the same selling price of oil and natural resources only. If you sell other things, those are exempt.

-Security and Moderator are enact during a time of tension, massive counterproductive of one or more nations, and or unwilling to compromise. This office goes through all involved member state history of recent communications (forum posts) to ensure everyone comply with the CCBA legislation and they report back to the Vice Chair and Judges.

-Secretary are responsible for formatting and presenting all proposed legislations, sign all legislation into act, and control the boardroom delegation during the proposal and delegation process.

-Board representative work alongside the treasury to ensure all member states comply with the standard prices for all nations to have as well as invite non-members to join the IOP or IMC respectively.

Rules

1. No Godmod.
2. Majority Rule.
3. The board can issue blockage, embargo, sanction, or the termination of contracts against any warring nation that threaten the productivity of both organizations.
4. The members can evoke the "Death Penalty", whereby the committee can ban a nation who violated international human rights or has a history of war against other nations from all affiliated IOP and IMC organizations and stores thereby reducing their consumption of goods or selling of goods.
5. Committees have a term of 5 years (5 weeks IRL) and up to five terms where they are unable to run again for that specific office for the entirely of their time within the organization.
6. no sabotaging of another member's reserve, business operations, or meddling, that include RP and IC events without consent.
7. The board will not entertain sending any amount of military resources to any war, but we do have the power to punish any member state who actively started the provocation of war (Rule 4). This especially include war against another member.
7. Up to 3 OCCs and counterproductive communications. If you have an issue with a member or proposed legislation, TG them or communicate outside of the board. If the context of the message is unprofessional or looking to pick a fight, both members will be asked to abstain from the board until the delegation and voting period is over.
8. As all are professional and representative of their respective countries, all members of IOP and IMC are mandated to comply with "Common Courtesy and behavior" Act, whereby all members of both organizations, for as long as they are a member, to refrain from inappropriate, slanderous, unfounded, the partaking of shaming or unwanted remarks, and or unprofessional remarks against another member. This include within the board room and out among other nations. If any disagreement shall arise, a third party moderator will be summon and no counterproductive argument shall commit during delegation or voting process. If a resolution cannot be had, one or both members will receive 30-day temporary bans with the ultimate action being the removal of the delegate from the respective organization.

"Hello, I am a technical board member of Laboratoire Pétrolier, Allard Desjardins. My task is to represent a company that announces that they will double production for one year (1-day IRL) as part of modernization and renovation works at the refinery. Here is a list of changes that will come in a few months of development and then come out in the testing months."

The refinery in the Grand Duchy of Jaquile has officially restarted oil production. After the improvements, oil production increased by 9% per year, 5,967,750 barrels of oil. Most of the pipes have been replaced or regenerated and systems updated. Laboratoire de recherche sur les raffineries de pétrole board approved plans to build more refineries in the future.

Next year (the next day IRL) we will be able to give 5,000 barrels of aviation fuel and 5,000 marine fuel for IPC - it works similarly to HFO. According to research, Marine Fuel is 30% less burdensome during combustion. We have also increased the production of 'regular crude oil' by 2,000 barrels, but we will look for contracts within our region if this is not a problem."
