Diplomatic Immunity

Diplomatic immunity is granted by the Lancastershire government upon arrival at a port of entry. All diplomats qualifying for diplomatic immunity (ambassadors, holders of diplomatic/official/service passports, consular officers, etc) are issued a letter from the Department of State to verify such.

Visa and Passport

Category B

The category covers professionals who have a work contract with companies in Lancastershire territory or dependencies. Category B visas are adjustable.

Category C

The category covers studying + work. 8 and 6 hours per day (graduation and others respectively). Category C visas are adjustable.

Category D

Category D visa types include D1 and D2. The category covers sponsorship visas or rather family reunification (permanent residence) visas. D1 visas are issued to the direct family (mother, father, children, spouse(s)) of a current holder of an H1 permanent residence visa. This visa type converts to an H1 visa 3 months after arrival. D2 visas are issued to non-citizen children of Lancastershire citizens. This visa grants Lancastershirean citizenship immediately upon arrival. Category D visas are adjustable.

Category E

Category E visa types include E1. The category covers work visas for the entertainment industry (music/film/speaking events/etc). Category E visas are adjustable.

Category G

Category G visa types include G1 and G2. The category covers residence visas for retirees. G1 visas are applicable for retirees over the age of 65 or 65 and their spouses also above the age of 65. G2 visas are applicable for retirees that are 64 or under. Category G visas are sometimes adjustable.

Category H

Category H visa types include H1 and H2. The category covers equivalent visas issued to persons holding a visa from an issuing country that has an agreement of visa recognition with the government of Lancastershire. H1 visas are issued by an embassy or consulate, equivalent to the visa of another country that is deemed valid, before travel. H2 visas are issued at the border, upon arrival. Category H visas are adjustable.

Category T

The category covers technology professionals who have a work contract with companies in Lancastershire territory or dependencies. Category T visas are adjustable.
