Years of peace have suddenly been shattered as a socialist party has started to rise up and cause riots in Icoe's streets, what once was parks and facilities have become rubble used in warfare as cover, due to Icoe's compulsory military a lot of civilians have joined in to protect Icoe against this socialist takeover, the ICMP (Icoe Capitalist Movement Party) was the previous government with a lot of success and peace, now the ISPP (Icoe Socialist Protection Party) has decided to try and revolt, which side will you take? if you get involved at all...

Icoe citizens are directed in by public services who have decide to support this move as the innocent should be safe. The ICMP and ISPP seems to not acknowledge this as they are too busy butting heads.

During a night raid, the ISPP has decided to have its militia groups place bombs under cars and near buildings of interest like banks and healthcare facilities, the sounds of explosions filled the night with luminous and eerie glows. Sirens as well coming from public services like ambulances, fire departments, and police units.

The ICMP and ISPP were lost in fighting, more or less pure. The terror in the streets has prompted many civilians to go to the hospital, which has been designated as a self-sufficient JBM facility that provides humanitarian relief for civilians who do not want to fight. Everything was going smoothly until the fighting area approached the occupied hospital. The sounds of fighting could be heard for several hours until they stopped after the big bang. The hospital wing, where children under the care of adults played, was digested - it was just a wing-waiting room. According to estimates and a press release issued, 8 children, 6 adults and 3 volunteers died.

The surprised reaction from both sides that there was a humanitarian organization there only infuriated not only the Grand Duke, but also the public. Serious forces have been sent to the ongoing fights (for a country that does not focus too much on military) - 6,000 land soldiers, 2 units of light armored forces (80 light tanks) and support units - logistics, communications and a small squad of sniper commandos. They are not fighting on the side of ICMP or ISPP, they want payment for their incompetence and leading to tragedy.

The ICMP leader and founder/president of Iceoe, Mystery, tried to communicate with the Grand Duke over the hospital incident. The figthing on the streets cleared up rather quickly and moved on as ISPP terrorists used RPG and Heavy Ordance near the hospital. ICMP has been the long standing, working government for Icoe since the start. ISPP wants a new socialist regime to take over the capitalist and democratic party that made Icoe.

Calm and the voice of reason

The troops of the Grand Duchy of Japuile had already begun arriving in the civil war by air and sea transport, it seemed at first that the message would not reach Grand Duke Casamir I, but the Communications Officer present in the somewhat dilapidated hospital decided to pass the message on.

When they were full of troops, preparing for a military operation... Mr Mysterio got a return message from the Grand Duke, short and succinct at the same time.

"We will crush this revolution. We'll talk about this incident later - and it won't be a pleasant conversation."

Story so far from view of Grand Duchy of Japuile

The Grand Duchy of Japuile pursues an active foreign policy with the assistance of Japuilean Black Moon, a private humanitarian organization that emerged as a grassroots youth idea and quickly transformed into a fully-fledged company collaborating with the Court of the Grand Duchy of Japuile and private donors. Unfortunately, the small nation of Icoe has begun writing its forum history with a civil war against the socialists.

Japuilean Black Moon initiated two surveys: an internal one and a public one. The aim of the surveys was to examine the opinions of employees and citizens regarding humanitarian aid in Icoe, as the internal situation within the organization was uncertain. Some believed that both sides were too blinded and ruthless in their fratricidal conflict.

"Do you think it's a good idea, Chief?" one of the volunteers, who collected the opinions within the company, asked. There were indeed stacks of paper filled with opinions.

"I'm not sure myself, but our mission is to provide aid. If we stop believing in our ideals out of fear, the fight becomes meaningless. And if something happens, we have the Court on our side and some of the best-trained soldiers," the chief replied with a smile, accepting the papers and starting to tally the votes and opinions before passing them on.

A week passed. JBM issued a public statement, simultaneously sending a message to the democratic government of Icoe and the socialist rebels about the arrival of humanitarian aid in 5 days.

"Dear citizens of the Grand Duchy of Japuile, the humanitarian organization officially informed the Government of Icoe about the arrival of our volunteers and the occupation of an abandoned hospital, where we will feed and treat the wounded. Thank you for your trust in our actions."

Everything was going well... until a projectile hit the hospital, destroying one wing. The volunteers panicked, but their composure was restored after an emergency communication with the Secretary Lord of Defence, who handed the matter over to the Professor of Tactics, Retired Naval Captain Alain Thayer. Just a day later, the entire airlift process of troops to Icoe was completed, and the Court issued a press statement.

"The Court of the Grand Duchy of Japuile informs the public that there has been a deliberate attack on Japuilean Black Moon volunteers. We have not received reports of fatalities or injuries, but the Grand Duchy of Japuile will not remain idle. We will secure the situation using all possible means to ensure the safety of our citizens. Further information will be provided as it becomes available to us."

A contingent of the Grand Army was dispatched. Initial talks with the officially elected government were interrupted as the rebels successfully staged a coup. The military temporarily took over the Icoe government and, with the assistance of the Grand Duchy of Japuile, quelled the rebels. Now, an investigation is underway regarding the hospital explosion, where JBM was stationed, and discussions are being held about compensations for the human losses that should have never occurred in the first place.
