Ellese (generally called Eselse) is a country between Georgia and Turkey, which is known for having defeated Genghis Khan. And it’s cheese.

It is divided into three regions: Yeivla, which is highly mountainous and home to many beautiful coastal cities, Esesee, which is in the foothills and highly diverse, and Szeen, which is more progressive and half flat, half made up of low foothills. It has a long tradition of dictatorial leaders who demand near-worship of themselves. Currently, however, it is kind of a democracy. Kind of less authoritarian than normal.
