Charter

United Front Coalition is an economic only organization, with the objective of being countries together through a free tariff agreement, to help the financial growth of nations internationally and support local productions grow through international trade. This will greatly benefit the smaller, struggling nations or undeveloped nations within NS.

Provision 1. TARIFF FREE ECONOMIC TRADING

Under this provision, all nations are free of tariffs while keeping their respective taxes on imports and exports of goods and materials according to each country’s respective financial rules and regulations. This will ensure each allied nations financial growth while removing the burden of tariff fees that could hamper an important shipment of goods.

Provision 2. The Three Pillar Foundation

Under this provision, the elected Chair County, Treasurer, and Trade Commissioner make up the three Pillar structure that help shape and regulate the organization for members who request financial assistance from the organization

Provision 3. Neutrality and Regulation

Under this provision, all UFC nations should refrain from international conflict, war or hostile acts, with one another or face expulsion from the organization, this also includes refraining from using the organization to thrown insults and slander, lobbying for an external organization or country, and not using the organization to lay sanction on any opposition that is also a member.

Provision 4. Currency Conversion

Under this provision, all nations are mandated to have up to 500,000 NSD in the UFC treasury for emergency usages such as financial collapse and emergency relief and stability. Should the nation intend on leaving the UFC, their funds will be immediately release back to them and all records of their financial activities will be wiped.

Provision 5. Encryption and Security

Do to the increase of digital/cyber-crimes, all transactions are 256-bit encrypted with all servers based in the UFC IT room with highest security programs protecting all details from being leaked or source.

Provision 6. Cooperation and Representative

Under this, the organization welcome monarchic, autocracies, socialist, and various other organization as cooperation, security, and delegation is our key objectives and goals.

Provision 7. Delegation

All votes are a majority rules delegation system with up to three “Box Out” revisions votes where a delegate, upon winning a majority votes, request to reopen a failed resolution or amend a current amendment.

Administration Positions
Chair Country

A country who oversees the UFC and oversees election, the acceptation or rejection or applicant nations, and propose rules and regulations. They are one tier below the founder of the organization and only answers to the organization founder.

Treasurer

This country regulates and manage the currency vault so the UFC has a large supply of currency from all nations for better transactions and to not disturb the balance of each member state’s currency.

Trade commissioner

This country oversees trade proposals, the merger of international businesses, and the ever changing financial stipulations with each nation looking to establish economical trade or altering an established trade deal to ensure it remain at a level where it’s reasonable and keep the transaction balance and trade.
This chair also oversee potential monopoly formations to keep the economical structure in place and fair for all sides.
