The WTTO is a Free Trade organization that was founded in 30/01/2023 (01/30/2023) with the objective of uniting and improving the world trade of goods, and helping in the development of Nations around the world, helping to build infrastructure and incentives to local production, thus, also seeking to improve the lives of the most disadvantaged through better conditions for cargo transport, among others.
The WTTO has a treaty that seeks exactly that objective, through cooperation with Member Nations, to improve the prospects and environment for world trade, also seeking to improve the relationship between Member Nations by increasing exports and imports to help to all domestic markets to supply their demands, and achieve ever greater goals.
The WTTO has its institutions, which are: General Council, the General Council is the place where representatives sent by Member Nations can openly debate ideas, new developments, and propose resolutions. High Council, the High Council is the place where the 6 Member Nations with the greatest Influence and GDP, plus the Founder, will discuss matters of high relevance, such as sanctions, wars, relations with other organizations, and various international events. The High Council will have its own council where resolutions can be proposed that involve more delicate matters than normal, such as sanctions against belligerent countries, blockages of routes, among others, as long as the resolutions do not oblige Member Nations to intervene militarily against others. Council of Departments, the Council of Departments is responsible for hosting the meetings of representatives of all Member Nations to participate, the Departments will be headed by elected representatives, you can see this in more detail in the dispatch to the side (link)

World Trade Treaty

Article I. All member nations have the ability to write and vote on resolutions on General Council and on Council of Departments.
Article II. Member nations must allocate a minimum of 3.5% of their GDP to the Department of Economic Aid.
Article III. Member nations must allow other member states access to their territorial waters and exclusive economic zone to trade.
Article IV. Member nations are automatically signed to a non-aggression pact with each other unless a good reason not to is found.
Article V. All member nations will be permitted to adjust their customs duty on any other member nations, provided that the duty is below the minimum amount imposed by the Department of International Trade.
Article VI. All member nations, if they wish, may join the International Corporate Cooperative Compact or ICCC.
Article VII. Member nations that have major fiscal problems may, at any time, resort to the International Emergency Fund (IEF).
VII | a) Member nations that use IEF money to purchase weapons will receive economic sanctions and a doubling of the interest rate.
VII | b) All member nations can also use IEF money to build transport infrastructure.
VII | c) Member nations that fail to pay the debt incurred under the IEF loan will receive an interest rate increase.
VII | d) Member Nations that borrow money from the IEF and fail to pay back, may present a good reason for not paying the debt, if the appeal is accepted, the interest rate increase will be canceled.
VII | e) All member nations that join the WTTO will have a fixed initial interest rate, over time, if the IEF debt is not paid, the rate will rise.
VII | f) Member nations will receive advance notice of interest rate hikes on their loans
Article VIII. All member nations may impose quality and public health criteria on any product, as long as they also meet the criteria also imposed by the WTTO.
Article IX. All WTTO member nations may use the official WTTO flag in public spaces, or in official government pronouncements/announcements.
