The WA does not have provinces. GA laws are written to all nations and do not only regulate what happens in Cunningham-Manchester.

This nation is a plant-based hivemind. It's current ambassador for interacting with humanoids is a bipedal plant creature standing at almost two metres tall. In IC in the WA.
