(DRAFT) Condemn Osiris

The 2nd proposal with this account. I've decided to made this because of the giant hate directed towards Osiris. Osiris is one of the members of the largest raider organization in NationStates, Raider Unity, who caused many destruction and chaos in the NS multiverse. Without further ado, hereby my draft:

This August and Wise Security Council,

RECOGNIZING the existence of Osiris, a region that causes havoc and chaos in the entire multiverse;

REMEMBERING its vast involvement in raiding other regions, like:

1. The indiscriminate raiding of The Western Commonwealth, who resulted in the total destruction and refounding of a region once vibrant and peaceful;
   
2. The massive involvement of the Sekhmet Legion in the "Mass taggings" event, leadered by Lily, that raidered more than 850 regions in a single update and more hundreds of regions in the following updates;
   
3. The raiding of Japan, long-living region with an vibrant community, long history and more than 160-200 embassies, with everything of the older Japan going in the garbage, including its embassies, a raid with the participation of Osiris and a lot more of raiders, destroying the region and estabilishing a puppet government in the place of the legitimate government;

ACKNOWLEDGING the long-lasting alliance of Osiris with The Black Hawks, the most experient and feared raider organization in the multiverse, and their alliances with the biggest raider organizations that ever stepped foot in the multiverse;

REFORCING that Osiris need to be punished, because of their shadowed past and big involvement in raiding, via the Sekhmet Legion, and cry to everyone that Osiris need urgently to be condemned,

REACKNOWLEDGING that their iron fist reign by imperialists and greedy rulers need to be stopped, for the good of the multiverse;

BUT REGARDING Osiris generally as a vibrant community with aeshtetic graphics, an active RMB and a sovereign government, but for the whole history of Osiris, their "Pharaohs" only cared about spreading chaos throughout the multiverse and hence all the raidings mentioned before,

AND CONCLUDING by, that their raids, pillings and its giant imperialism cannot be forgotten, raids and pillings with or the involvement or the leadership of this disgusting imperialist region, that caused a lot of destruction, chaos and havoc in the multiverse, and will continue to do this henceforth,

HEREBY CONDEMNS OSIRIS.

Which is ironic, since said sentiment would likely harm this effort if anything...

Though more generally, ideology regarding C/Cs aside, Osiris is probably low on the list of condemnable raider unity regions. They never lead occupations, (nearly) their entire military is crossmembered with other raider organizations, etc.

"But Quebecshire, what about the historic Osiris military!" <- You mean their most famous raid target only being well-known for being a Warden holding, and declaring war on Lazarus because Cormac got trolled? Yeah, pass.

Against. Raiders blatantly see condemn badges as a badge of honor, a lifetime achievement award if you will. By giving them this you are rewarding the act of raiding. So unless you're a raider, author, or otherwise seeking to legitimize and promote their actions you should not put forward proposals that give them what they want. Even then Osiris is, as W&S has pointed out, not a very effective as a raider group at that and thus doubly unworthy of any recognition.

Thank you for pointing out Tinhampton that they are indeed seeking to do this as a way of genuinely "condemning" but again, are in fact rewarding them, thus doing the opposite of actually punishing them somehow. Thus seemingly proving my point.
