If I may jump in here, I'm tasked with reforming TGS and under my guidance I guarantee there will be no more unjustified raids or refounds partaken in by the TGS armed forces at all.

I wouldn't recommend relations with any regions made by Hurricane. They always backstab people and always try to get RO positions in new regions so they can eject everyone.
