100 Parliament Representatives called PRs.
All Parliament Representatives serve no more than 2 consecutive terms. They may run for reelection for no more than 2 consecutive terms after one term has passed.

All Parliament Representatives are elected to 5 Year terms. If a vacancy occurs for any reasons, the political party of the seat may call a special election by its registered party voters base. So their is no change in the power balance.

All Parliament Representatives must vote Yes or No, Present is a copout. All Parliament Representatives must vote on all legislations, this is their job. All Legislations are voted issue by issue with amendments possible related to the issues. If they cant be present in Parliament they vote through a certified political aid with written and signed instructions which will be verified.

The only excuse is certified physical illness by a doctor.

I think I would allow ONLY medicinal marijuana, I think I hate allowing other drugs...
