If your nation has a mostly-human populace, and the government defines "woman", "female", or related terms in a semi-reasonable manner, use that. Most people use either the "they are a woman if they genuinely identify as one" approach or the "it's based on what's assigned at birth" approach, and the overlap of those definitions is probably more than enough for this survey.Aesmenia and the Isles wrote:Can you define women for this index?

The Pacific Continental Confederation wrote:Full suffrage. Though the many societies and peoples of the PCU/GDP have traditionally ranged for patriarchial to egalitarian to matriarchial, the continent as a whole has leant towards the later two attitudes, which were further bolstered by the formation of the Union guided both by an mixture of socialist ideology, the egalitarian nature of the continent's dominant animist and Christian syncretic faiths, and the central position of both male and female leaders and soldiers during the decades of resistance and eventual triumph against British, German, American and Japanese colonisation, particularly from 1898 to 1947, and in the reconstruction, modernisation, and aggressive foreign interventions of the 50s, 60s, and 70s.
