Despite Minister O'Well's desire to personally attend the talks, the Imperator has designated Gyorg Reichfeld as the ambassador to attend the peace talks.

Arriving in a rather mundane commercial flight, Reichfeld enters the room without much fanfare and keeps mostly to himself, shielding his briefcase from the other delegates for reasons unknown. He simply says "hello" to any delegates who greet him, and delivers a short speech before going quiet once more.

"Camp Hebron remains neutral in this, wishing for Hiroptera to be rebuilt in its entirety. Those who used nuclear weapons should be the ones to clean up the radiation, and then elections and referendums should be held where the Hiropteran citizens will choose their own leader and if they wish to reform the government."

Looking at the screens inside the briefcase, Reichfeld observes the data being sent from the Foreign Relations office in Breezewood. The National Security Bureau had not yet discovered who sent the bombs, and Minister O'Well was out of the office for a few days due to falling incredibly ill. The Imperator was unable to assist due to having to focus on the war in Bleseveau, and none of the rest of the General Cabinet was particularly skilled in diplomacy. Reichfeld was on his own.
