It is Midlona's belief that congratulatory resolutions are beneath the dignity and mission of the security council. As a matter of principle, Midlona must vote against such resolutions when they are put forth to a vote.

Second, Midlona must reject the opportunity to celebrate the spread of a discredited, oppressive, and dark ideology such as socialism.

For these reasons, Midlona votes against this resolution and encourages all other member states to do the same.
