The United Consortium of Nations is an international organization based in BrazaKinshasa, Kingdom of Congolese Republic. The United Consortium of Nations or shortly called UCN has two branches. These branches are the Global Council and the Security Council.

The Global Council is the more important branch, consisting of all the member states in the United Consortium of Nations, it is far more powerful. The Global Council has the capability to condemn a nation, that breaks international laws, starts conflicts, and causes instability in the already-instable world. It also has the capability to Comment on nations that make an effort for peace and are positively affecting the world. They also have the right to write resolutions and enforce them around the alliance, changing the Temporary members of the Security Council.

The Security Council is the branch consisting of nations whose responsibility is to take on humanitarian Operations across the world. The Security Council shall be made up of the Kingdom of Congolese Republic, the Janpian Union of Revolutionary States, Federative Commonwealth of Gralov, and the Confederate States of Anagonia. The Security Council must launch Aid Programs for the poor, undeveloped nations and also lead Armed Humanitarian. A simple majority (51%) is needed to pass a SecCoun Resolution.

The Security Council will be responsible for maintaining the Armed Humanitarians. They will not directly participate in a war otherwise they are attacked. Their main job is to escort ordinary civilians from the warzone.

The United Consortium of Nations is completely not a neutral alliance, however, it will definitely oppose War Criminals and hand them over to International Courts such as the Cylis Treaty Arbitration Organization (CTAO) Court.

Maria Sanchez walks in, dolled up in her suit as her sun kissed caramel skin complimented her blue eyes, the freckles upon her face like cinnamon dusted on in clumps. She had long flowing black hair, tied back into a ponytail, while also wearing white gloves as a sign of purity, contrasting against her black suit and tie, with a white shirt and black shoes. The black pants only finished off the look, beyond the more minor details like the crossed sword cufflinks and Gonswanzan flag pin, as she made confident strides to her seat, planting a miniature plastic flag beside her name plate which was also installed rather quickly.

Rep. Sanchez: "Good day representatives, I am Maria Sanchez, here to represent Gonswanza as part of the United Consortium of Nations."

Suzanne Wijayakrama entered the congress room, glanced at the diplomats present, smiling she said, “Greetings, representatives from each country. Sorry, let me introduce myself. I am Suzanne Wijayakrama, Minister of the Arsykarna Federation of Foreign Affairs, I am a representative of my country for the United Consortium of Nations, if my country can make a positive contribution to the organization, I ask for your cooperation." After that, she walked towards the seat next to Mr. Dun, and sat down gracefully.

[Greater Kamilistan]

Holding a cup of americano on his left hand, Kamran Mammadaliyev, aged 29, was one of the youngest selectees by the Kamilistan's Foreign Affairs Department and once a Province Mayor for the Khachmaz Province District. Wearing a full-grey coat, with his blackened pants, he walked into the congress and began to sip his drink, heading towards his vacant seat and sat down as he sip his drink, looking onto his phone as he wait for the others, he didn't greeted or glance at any representative since this is how he acts when coming to a new place.

Nothing odd, really, as she then checks her phone and taps away on it, just to confirm that indeed she arrived safe and sound. She does, however, receive a call, only to respond in Spanish to the speaker on the other end, musing about something. The call is rather short however, as she then resumes her calm stance, putting the phone away and waiting for future reps to come waltzing in.

Rep. Sanchez: "Gonswanza can lend you weapons as well, while pushing the profits to Syrvania in order to fuel their economy. Adding to that, Gonswanza can also create a loan for Syrvania, to further aid with their debts. This loan can be paid off in natural resources, letting the free market take control on our end. A win-win without having to deal with financial problems like inflation."

As a nation with over a million tons of Gold and an expansion nation in heavy industry and energy production, as the President of Krow-Bock I, President Draven, will greatly take on 75% of your debt as the steady stream of oil sales and outsourcing production facilities will easily make up our losses in clearing your debt. Further I will advance you $47 million NSD after the confirmation of agreement. I will also assist the payment of up to $1 billion tab to purchase from Gonswanza, an ally nation and a KTO member as well.
