The Celebration, celebrated since Antiquity, has brought joy to the Roman People and now the People of Imperia. A celebration that can unite a cosmopolitan empire can surely help promote peace and diplomacy to the world. That is why you, great leader, have been invited to the Saturnalia Celebration.

The Imperial Palace of Imperia was filled with activity. Attendents in their White and Yellow uniforms were rushing about, preparing the Imperial Palace for the largest celebrations in Imperia. The Ancient Festival of Saturnalia was the most popular festival in the Imperium, even more so than Imperium Day. Saturnalia has been chosen by Imperia's leadership to be a summit for World Leaders, especially for thoes of the member-states of ICON. The Imperial Palace's Security had also been doubled with ICPD being sent to patrol a 1 mile mile radius from the Imperial Palace Complex. The entire Imperial Family and most of the Aristocracy were present for this joyous occasion. In the city and all across Imperia, Saturnalia Eve was being celebrated. There was also a large traffic jam outside the Imperial Complex Entrances as the regular traffic for the Imperial Government along with the traffic for the celebration preparations with attendents were busy unloading and bringing in items such as decorations and foodstuffs.
In the Private Chambers of Her Imperial Majesty, attendents were swarming the room, tiding it out and and cleaning the Golden laden furniture and the Silk and Linen bedsheets, and pillows. The Elaborate bedroom was laden with Purple & Gold Curtains, Windows for plenty of light, and Precious metals & Jewels, encrusting the walls. Outside was a Magnificant view of the Imperial City.
Her Imperial Majesty had just come out of the Imperial Thermae (Roman Bath). The the Chamber was a large classical style building with a slighlty tanned shade, the color of sand. Her gorgeous and incaptivating Gold and Brown eyes shimmered and so did her pastel light gold silk robe in the light as she walked from the Thermae to the Main Imperial Palace, the Guards standing to attention and doing the Roman Salute. She finnaly arrived at one of the large living rooms of the Palace. It was decorated with golden chandeliers and had multiple sofas and bookshelves. In the room were the other Imperial Family members and some of the Praetors, Imperial Advisors, and Equites (Imperial Roman Knighly Order). They all rose up to greet Her Imperial Majesty, themselves, having just come out of their spas and baths and preparing for the Saturnalia Festivites.
"Io Saturnalia Moi Imperatricia!" Said Princess Aemilia, smiling as she looked at which Necklaces, Crowns, and Earrings to wear to the celebrations.
"Io Saturnalia Aemilia, how are the preparations going?" Asked Julia.
Aemilia took a pair of diamond earings and tried them on, "The preparations have been going well, the Ballroom preparations are almost complete and the Palace has been properly decorated." Said Aemilia, turning to Justin "Also Justin, how do I look?" Asked Aemilia.
"Is it really nessisary to have that much Jewelry?" Asked Justin, a mishchevious smile on his face.
"Tace Iustinian! Its just a few more than the Last Celebration."
"Tuae Caesareae Maiestatis, the Military Parade Units have also been prepared and redeid with all 9 Cohortes Praetoria and the Equites Praetoria ready for the Parade, the Nations of Scaesia and Darlingtown have also offered units to participate in the Saturnalia Military Parade, Police have also worked with Civilians to plan out the Saturnalia Parade which will occur after the Military Parade." Reported Praetor Helena.
"Ok well I guess we should be getting ready for tomorrow."
