I'll be RPing as the Novayan Commonwealth, which would sent a fleet to observe the situation. However, my nation will be neutral in the whole thing unless the fleet got engaged, which will result in a breach of neutrality and the pulling of the Novayan Commonwealth into the war. If that happens then Novaya will call in its allies in the Saiyanese Federation and the New Roman Empire (think Constantine-era Roman Empire but reformed).

If the situation saw war crimes being committed, Novaya will intervene and call in its allies from abroad.

To be fair, though, the RP was supposed to focus on the war between the German Empire and Japan, started by a misunderstanding, before the whole had gone off the rails.
