Aware that the potato is indeed a very versatile food crop that can indeed be prepared in a large variety of ways,

Understanding the importance to world societies that the potato holds due to its versatility,

Noting that there are many other foods of similar cultural and economic importance to the world and its societies,

Understanding that the potato is not objectively superior to all of these foods, due to certain factors it is outshone in, largely in terms of flavor,

Believing that the arguments for the superiority of the potato are not sufficient enough to inarguably declare the supremacy of the potato.

Additionally noting that the concept of an "official food" of the World Assembly is frivolous as a whole, and is certainly not a Security Council matter.

Hereby repeals "On the Supremacy Of The Potato".

As I have said previously I’m not a fan of the original declaration, but in terms of being a decent repeal this submitted draft falls far short.

While legal, there are many parts of the resolution this repeal does not address and sticks to talking about only the food related aspects.

As such I expect this to fail to reach quorum which it was on its way to doing until you resubmitted it.
