About:
The Kalisight Treaty Organization or KTO, is an alliance dedicated to the military defense of its member states, and their progress. It is a collective organization that looks forward to democracy, peace, and cooperation, regardless of ideology and creed, on the basis of unity and a common goal for its members. The name is a combined term from the capital cities of Janpia and Galapagos, which are both respectively: Kalingrad and New Oversight. The KTO is made as an extension of the original non-aggression pact between Galapagos and Janpia

Boardroom:
With voting done in the KTO backrooms, a new boardroom has been established and relocated at Fort Kalinka, just adjacent to the Union of Party Members Committee Building. The KTO Boardroom occupies the old artillery barracks room of the Fort, with its facade standing the test of time. Yet, despite its rustic charm, the interior furnishing is quite modern, adorned with slices of classical Janpian paintings and furniture, which decorate the room. The old ammunition scent has been replaced by the pleasant fragrance of fresh lavender. Located at the heart of the Party itself, the KTO boardroom benefits from high security measures, with medical staff always prepared for any emergencies.

Treaty:

Article I: In times of an armed conflict, all member states are required to defend each other. An attack on one of the KTO states, is an attack against all of its members.

Article II: All member states within the KTO are automatically signed on a non-aggression pact with each other.

Article III: Economic and cultural trade is encouraged, as long as it benefits all parties

Article IV: Member-States must meet a minimum GDP allocation of 2% to their national defense, and must contribute personnel or equipment for the KTO Peacekeepers or the KTO Rapid Response Force.

Article V: In case of an armed conflict, each member states must deploy, under the collective command of the KTO Security Council.

Article VI: Each state members must provide their intelligence information of any such external concerns, in order for the alliance to act accordingly.

Article VII: Member states are obliged to aid states that requires economic need. Furthermore, it must also lend monetary funds to help alleviate such problems.

Article VIII: The KTO's goal is to serve the defense of its member-state's interests, national sovereignty, security, and prosperity. As such, the alliance must focus on fighting those who stood against it

Article IX: Each member states have the right to pass legislations, after gaining the majority votes from member states

Article X: Sovereign Member-Nations of the KTO shall have the responsibility of presenting declarations, issues, grievances, and resolutions to the Alliance. That such Sovereign Member-Nations shall vote on presented topics to be passed by majority vote.

Article XI: The military concerns of the KTO will be performed and decided by a collective group of advisers and planners

Article XII: If one of the said parties wishes to quit this organization, the said party must notify the rest of the signatories. However, the treaty and its provisions will still be on effect for a year, after the said notification.

Janpian Union of Revolutionary States Saktako Remunev KTO Joint-Trade Classification [Resolution Number: 14] This Council, Acknowledging trade as a necessity for the economic activities of each member-states, Understanding the rights of member-states to impose tariffs on certain goods for their local market protection, Noting that this can impose against the Article III and VII of the KTO Charter, Emphasizing the necessary balance for the economic benefit between local manufacturers and importing member-states, In line with the Resolution 11 of the KTO Universal Commerce Protection Act, HEREBY Establishes the KTO Joint-Trade Classification Act, which would classify all nation's economic performance based on their Gross National Income (GNI), and setting standards for nation's tariffs depending on the provided classification. This resolution aims to provide equal competition for various nations depending on their market values and capacities, aiming to provide a proper and equal chance for the smaller markets to flourish without the threats of foreign competition. Noting that the GNI is a standardized set to measure the purchasing capacity of the nation's majority, and acknowledging that the NSD is a standardized monetary used in circulation particularly for trade, hitherto within this resolution would be used to classify the tariff standards for the KTO member-states: Tariff Class I: For states with a Gross National Income of 15,000 NSDs and above, each member-states can grant any forms of tariffs but with a recommended median between 17 to 28 percent. Tariff Class II: For states with a Gross National Income of 10,000 to 15,000 NSDs, each member-states must grant a tariff median of 16 to 20 percent for all the state's imports. Notwithstanding that they are free to grant any forms of tariffs on a certain commodity that are vulnerable to a member-state's local market sectors at a median of 17 to 25 percent. Tariff Class III: For states with a Gross National Income of 6,000 to 10,000 NSDs, each member-states must grant a tariff median of 14 to 16 percent for all the state's imports. Notwithstanding that they are free to grant any forms of tariffs on a certain commodity that are vulnerable to a member-state's local market sectors at a median of 15 to 20 percent. Tariff Class IV: For states with a Gross National Income of 4,000 to 6,000 NSDs, each member-states must grant a tariff median of 12 to 14 percent for all the state's imports. Notwithstanding that they are free to grant any forms of tariffs on a certain commodity that are vulnerable to a member-state's local market sectors at a median of 15 to 20 percent. Tariff Class V: For states with a Gross National Income of 1,000 to 4,000 NSDs, each member-states must grant a tariff median of 10 to 12 percent for all the state's imports. Notwithstanding that they are free to grant any forms of tariffs on a certain commodity that are vulnerable to a member-state's local market sectors at a median of 12 to 15 percent. Tariff Class VI: For states with a Gross National Income of 1,000 NSDs and below, each member-states must grant a tariff maximum of 11 percent for all the state's imports. SECTION II: The Section II of this resolution is to imply the protection for the member-states and avoid foreign hostile actors to take advantage of this system through various means. As according to their data provided from both national and public agencies regarding economic factorization, the benefits of lower tariffs are not accessible for the following: Hostile foreign actors or any forms of violators that broke the KTO articles, are free to impose any accord to the acting nation, forth must be confounded with unarguable evidences and must be acknowledged by the majority of the member-states. For states with a GDP above the median average for their standard gross national income by a wide margin of 20%, are free to impose any accord to the acting nation, forth must be confounded with unarguable evidences and must be acknowledged by the majority of the member-states. Boardroom Rules:

- Minimum of 10 sentences per post, or 3 sentences for dialogues. You better keep your post detailed and worthwhile in case that's painful for you. Like seriously, it's not really that hard to make 10 sentences tbh. This rule is done to keep the quality high and to make things more entertaining. But yes, word of advice: Express or emphasize more details regarding your character, surroundings, personality, maybe even go take a step further and write the thought making process of your characters! But if you are lazy, heck maybe add fillers to get around the rule. I wouldn't really mind. Just put some quality writings and things that would be enjoyable for everyone to read. If you are still reading this, congrats. You witness me write 10 sentences in this paragraph. Talk about filler right? :>

- Attempted suicide would cause reassignment of duties for the ambassador or representative. Anywho, medical staff and PT-726s would be on standby in case the guy needs it. Health problems for the representatives or ambassadors would be noted based on the OOC sign-ups board.

- Just follow basic rules really. I trust that you know what is right or wrong. And it's not that subjective.

- NO guns, stabbing, or sending tactical nukes. It's a diplomatic RP and must stay that way. And yes, no bodyguards either. Fort's security would be handled by the Elite Kalinka Guards instead. Anyone who brought a gun to the Fort would be 360 no scope'd by Helmin, regardless of who it is. Send a nuke, Helmin himself will successfully intercept it. Why? clearly, skill issue.

Hello my fellow KTO allies! I AM HENRY STRONGMAN! I have been assigned as Ambassador from the Confederacy to YOU! Just got diverted mid-flight for this, so here we are.

Of course, the second one in is... A woman dressed in some odd attire:
A white shirt, white gloves, a cloak, and a bandana with shades over her eyes, along with black pants and shoes. The cloak helped to act as a jacket, though one could see that a black tie was tucked under it, as the white collar was revealed, partially.

Regardless, she takes a long stroll over to her desk, taking out the necessary nameplates, one with "GONSWANZA" written upon it, the other having "LOPEZ" on it as well. A bit odd, though with gloves on, it was hard to tell she had mechanical hands. Being seated under the AC duct, she was prone to be exposed to the cold blast of air, but she didn't mind... Given her attire.

Yet, she would adjust the microphone and speak into it, after tapping it a bit.

Rep. Lopez: "Testing, testing? One, two, three. Uno, dos, tres, cuatro. Hello hello?"

It seems to work, as she leans back and sighs, before speaking up from a more relaxed position.

Rep. Lopez: "Welcome, er, nobody. Representative Lopez, here to represent Gonswanza. Why does it feel like I'm talking to ghosts? I will never know. This... Is probably going to get annoying if I'm the only one present here. Ha! Talking to myself. Excellent. Truly. Oh wait, there's one! Good, good. I'm not exactly alone here."

Jay Timmermans II, son of Jay Timmermans, who was the previous representative announced to the Kalidiot Kalisight Treaty Organization, would arrive at Fort Kalinka, still crying and in shock of his father's death. He would sit down at his designated seat, when he would get a call from the KTO. He would be alerted that there was another representative called Fraye Williams was seated there. Why wasn't Williams going there, the KTO asked. Jay Timmermans II was shocked. He would immediately call the Janpian embassy, police department, ambulance department, fire department, Aursian embassy, Galapagosian Embassy, Aursian police, his dead father's phone number, Aursian airlines, Coast guard, Janpian Airlines, Anya, His wife, Oceanian Embassy, his child, Helmin to alert them about this mishap. Then he would say,

“Greetings, I've been alerted that a false representative, representing Aursi is present in the previous hall. I helieve we should arrest that guy or woman.”

Toma Kuzmin, seemingly exhausted after his walk from…… wherever he was previously to the Boardroom, takes a moment to breathe before setting up his desk and plaque.

As he sits down in a relatively decent chair, he takes a moment to think before speaking to his only compatriot currently in the room.

“Greetings to you as well, Mr Strongman.
I hope this will be the start of a decidedly positive relationship”.

Seemingly preparing to continue, he is blindsided by the sudden arrival of the Gonswanzan Ambassador, being cut-off by her sudden fiddling with the mic.

Turning from Mr Strongman, he moved to greet Representative Lopez as well.

“As of the current moment, I believe there are no spirits within the building, and as such I am glad to speak to you as an enfleshed individual.”

Lopez takes the meal, only to slide it under the podium, away for safe keeping, given the wrapped sandwich. However, she offers a retort against the rep for Aursi, speaking up rather harshly against them.

Rep. Lopez: "Last I checked, he is here to represent Anagonia. Perhaps you should check your temper and yourself before driving off on drivel spawned by the rot in your lungs. Ironic, truly, to speak that way when you are both smoking. But perhaps the drugs have gotten to your head, in a position of supposed power."

Lopez seems to leer at the representative in question, before looking around, and then taking her meal out again.

"As for you lot, I'll be taking a preemptive break away from this mess, before we have a brawl break out or something. Play nice, kids. And don't kill each other."

With that said, she then proceeds to take her leave, walking out the door to probably dine outside, somewhere, out of sight and mind.

The wall-mounted screen, having been set up in a timely manner for the first time in a long time, turned blue as the image of IDRIS popped in from the black void of nothing.

The Armenian representative - Khosrov Gamburyan - entered...and with him, a relatively large briefcase. Before taking a seat, Khosrov stared at the rest of his peers, surprised that he - unlike most other times - hadn't arrived in the midst of a heated debate on international affairs. Perhaps he - at was - was lucky? Nonetheless, the middle-aged man didn't bother to make a grandiose introduction...for the Armenian pin on his lapel would, undoubtedly, give away the fact that he was - indeed - supposed to be here. And so, he sat and promptly out a small book, mostly black in colour with gold-coloured decorations adorning its cover.

Twas his personal copy of the bible...undoubtedly - the representative's most prized possession. He casually thumbed through a few pages before, of course, setting it aside - making room for a plethora of documents.

Coming through the door of the boardroom was the Oceanian however it wasn’t a human but instead a small Jr-726 robot wearing the jacket of a suit that was a bit too big on him he walked to his seat with his briefcase dragging behind. Because of his short stature he had trouble getting on his seat and had to take a nearby trash can flip upside down to get onto seat there he put name plate (Benedict) into the slot albeit it was upside down.

Rep: Benedict: “Hello friends I am the new representative for KTO now I may look small but I have the qualifications and papers to be a diplomat”

Rep Benedict: “hey I’m not just adorable I am a strong check it” he “flexed” his arms trying to you know show off his non-existent muscles and went as far as grabbing a empty bottle from his briefcase and hitting it on his dome only to not break confused he looked at it before trying it again and fail again “Ow okay maybe I can’t break bottle over my head they make it look so say in the movies” he put the bottle done on the table only to finally break being the nice little robot he is he grabbed out a dust pan and brush from his briefcase and cleaned up the glass shards before dumping them in a trashcan “See I am strong bottle didn’t last a chance”

[Seorabeol Federation]

Park Ki-Jung, a representative of Seorabeol, entered the boardroom with two secretaries. They had already been confirmed by Elite Kalinka Guards that they had no weapons.

Although the Seorabeol Federation was an observer, not a member of the KTO, the government decided to send a representative to the KTO to expand its diplomatic horizons, and Park Ki-Jung sat in the exclusive seat of the Observer States on one side of the boardroom with a mission given by the government.

Park Ki-Jung took a breath and introduced himself to representatives from other countries.

"Nice to meet you. I'm Park Ki-Jung, the representative of the Seorabeol Federation, the observer state of KTO. It's an honor to meet you all."

Rep. Saktako Remunev arrives at the new boardroom, sporting his new tailored suit, red and white striped tie, along with the badge of the Party on his chest. Though from the way he dressed up, Saktako already showcased that he is part of the Janpian Diplomatic Corps, who always wear their distinct uniform suit. Following the Janpian custom, he bows down before the boardroom doors as a sign of respect for everyone and its future agreements, before proceeding inside. The room itself is quite spacious, with the floor made out of marble, walls and furnishings made from Janpian maple wood, topped with a huge golden chandelier shining at center of the boardroom. Given the renovation that took place, the building and the boardroom itself looks integrated to the Fort Kalinka's Janpian style aesthetics, retaining its historical architecture, which was obviously inspired from Chinese and Russian influences.

Following the Janpian custom, he bows down before the boardroom doors as a sign of respect for everyone and its future agreements, before proceeding inside. The room itself is quite spacious, with the floor made out of marble, walls and furnishings made from Janpian maple wood, topped with a huge golden chandelier shining at center of the boardroom. Given the renovation that took place, the building and the boardroom itself looks integrated to the Fort Kalinka's Janpian style aesthetics, retaining its historical architecture, which was obviously inspired from Chinese and Russian influences.

Walking back in, while brushing a few crumbs off her cloak, Lopez returns to take her seat. She's been gone a while, but all she could muster is a mild scoff to the state of the room, before taking her seat and adjusting herself prior to speaking up.

Rep. Lopez: "A supreme commander? I've been outside, but I was able to catch part of the proposal. Regardless, while I would offer a Gonswanzan, the recent failures demonstrated by Gonswanzan command given the recent evacuation efforts in the United States points to sheer incompetence on their behalf and hence, inferior performance. If anything, they'd be the downfall of the Rapid Response Force. Especially noting the utter failure that was Operation Fury, in a certain civil war. It baffles me that they are still kicking around since that catastrophic failure, really. But regardless, I would advise against a Gonswanzan, despite my national pride. On the other hand, the Janpians don't seem much better either, given their dire focus on the navy means that they have nobody to really fill the role of a supreme commander, unless they want an over-extended navy who pays no regard to air support or support for land-based forces in a dynamic battlefield. We need a commander who will allow for cohesive and dynamic cooperation between the three branches without conflict or complete disregard for their existence."

Speaking up in her tone, she seems to know what she was talking about, again, being a former soldier. Yet, she did have a hint of poison when regarding Janpian admirals, perhaps due to having done her research while on break about Janpian command. In any case, she provided a strong, albiet biased, case against a Janpian commander and a Gonswanzan commander. Ironic that she was against the Gonswanzan idea, but it made sense: most of the time Gonswanza sent a superior force against inferior forces, or relied heavily on support to crush their foes prior to blitzing them with everything in a poorly organized strike. Yet against a more formal enemy, the lines tended to fall into chaos. They were only lucky in the US due to Cyber Eagle, which severely hampered the cohesion and response time of the US along with destroying communications to allow them to "flow like water" against US forces, ambushing them left and right.
