Rehaajl has officially declared war on East Lankia as of October 6th, Thursday, 2022, This country is a Republic in the Southern sea of The Western Isles and is west of Rehaajl. Tensions have been rising sense about a week ago.

Sylvaynia, also in the Southern Seas, sees this conflict as both an opportunity to weaken potential rivals and make money off of the conflict. Although the government of Sylvaynia would send humanitarian aid to both nations and otherwise remain officially neutral, it would grant sanction to its resident mercenary corporations to make bids to the belligerent nations to join the war on either side.

If this is acceptable for the purposes of RP:

Rehaajl would receive an offer from Varyai Military Services Incorporated (VMSI), who would offer roughly 2,500 combat personnel (led by Field Operations Officer, Colonel Konyai Van'Speerson) with their own equipment, vehicles (IFVS, APCs, Technicals, etc) in exchange for roughly 24 million USD equivalent in Sylmarks

East Lankia would recieve and offer from Sylvaynian Security Solutions (SSS or 'Triple S'), who would offer roughly 3,000 combat personnel (Led by Field Operations Officer, Colonel Maxine Von Kiyosan) with their own equipment, vehicles (IFVS, APCs, Technicals, etc) in exchange for roughly 30 million USD equivalent in Sylmarks.

In terms of Humanitarian Aid, Sylvaynia would send both sides roughly 10,000 US bushels of white rice.
