Be careful not to choke on your aspirations...

The Old Republic is a fading memory, erased and altered to suit the will and whims of the rising ascendancy of the Imperial Regime. The Galactic Empire expands its iron grasp across the stars in a Galaxy still recovering from the widespread and far-reaching Clone Wars. Where Republican and Confederate forces battled over the Galaxy now it is the Empire versus disparate hold outs and resisting factions; with the Ciutric Offensive, Noolian Crisis, Five Veils Campaign, Syr Insurrection, and now in the midst of the Western Reaches campaign dozens of worlds became individual battlegrounds between Empire and Old orders. While within the Imperial Senate, a decaying vestige of the Old Republic, there are the seeds of rebellion being sown. The year is 16 BBY and the Galaxy's fate is teetering on a razors edge.

Welcome to The Dark Times! A Star Wars RP where players take control of either Imperial, Rebel, or Unaligned characters in a bid to decide the fate of the Galaxy. Players can play Imperial officers, Senators (who can be secretly rebellious), pirate lords waging their own internecine conflicts, unaligned or third-party factions like the Hutts, Republican/Confederate hold outs or just independent warlords. Major canon characters like Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader, however, are reserved as GMPCs and accordingly played by the OP and Co-OPs collectively to help keep the RP moving. Players are largely able to do what they will with minor NPCs of their own creation or collaboratively to engineer fun and narratively thrilling scenarios. Just be reasonable. Let us avoid the more cartoony aspects for the more core space western/opera vibes of the setting.

The Roleplay will use Legends lore wherever possible. Any Disney Star Wars material will only be implemented if needed or upon request and accepted unanimously by the Administration of the RP (OP, CO-OPs, Lore Keepers, Map Makers, etc). As such participation by these individuals is to be expected to be regular and any notion of them not being present or accessible for an appreciable amount of time (excess of a week without a single comment or post of any sort) please pass on a message to the Operator or another CO-OP so everyone can be made aware. Additionally, players are not restricted on their characters unless it breaks canon (Legends lore) or is totally irrelevant. Being a random small time spice trader on a backwater moon with zero connection or narrative value won't be accepted. If you are unable to attach yourself to any narrative to stay relevant it is not the obligation of the Operators or Players to waste time interacting with you.

Rules

1. Obey all site rules
2. Administration rulings are final
3. Rules subject to change
4. No metagaming
5. No flaming or bullying
6. Goal is to have fun, wanking and mary sue creationism is not tolerated
7. IC posts are expected to be weekly as a minimum.

Name:

John Isiacolt (real name)
Shadow (operative name)

Age: 26
Species/Race: Human
Physical Appearance:

Uniform:
Image

Without uniform:
Image

Homeworld: Chustryke (minor outer rim farming world)
Alignment: Dark Side
Role:

Officially, John Isiacolt is dead. Unofficially, 'Shadow' acts as a shadow operative for Lord Vader. He is used as an assassin, infiltrator, and hunter for dissidents and Jedi. His existence is hidden from the Emperor and thus he cannot rely on Imperial assistance during his missions: sometimes his targets are even rivals of Vader within the Imperial government.

Force Sensitive?: Yes
Personality:

When he was a Jedi, John was known for his good sense of humor, silver tongue, and bravery (bordering on stupidity). He was an extrovert who enjoyed company and found it easy to connect with others. The death of his Master during Order 66 filled him with hatred and a seething desire for revenge which overshadowed everything else in his mind. After his defeat by Vader and his reconstruction as a cybernetic freak, 'Shadow' (as he was nicknamed) was tortured physically and psychologically by Vader to the point he was psychologically broken and became a husk of his former self.

Now he lacks any resemblance of a personality. He is a slave of the Dark Lord, someone who obeys Vader's commands without questions, kills without any remorse, and accomplishes his tasks. He even lacks the hatred that originally burned in his heart. He is simply an instrument, a tool of destruction.

Skills:

'Shadow' is a mediocre lightsaber duelist, but he excels in Force Power and Force Throw - both skills he can use to devastating effect. He is also a fairly efficient infiltrator, being able to sneak into enemy facilities unnoticed: a useful skill for an assassin. His major drawback is that his cybernetic implants need to be recharged fairly regularly. If he fails to recharge them, his physical strength becomes increasingly diminished and even his mental wellbeing is challenged. Eventually, after a week or so without recharging his implants, he can die.

Biography:

John Isiacolt was born at 42 BBY in Chustryke, a small farming world in the Outer Rim to a family of farmers. His force-sensitive nature would not have been discovered if not for a random event. A female Twi'lek Jedi Knight, named Asij'pigog, had been sent to Chustryke after reports that a rogue Jedi - who was on the run from the Order - had escaped there. During her search for the rogue Jedi, she discovered the then ten years old John and could sense that he was powerful with the Force. After successfully completing her mission, Asij'pigog brought John to Coruscant. Even though he was a bit older than most younglings, John was accepted into the Order.

At the age of fifteen, he was placed under the tutelage of Asij'pigog as a Padawan. Even though Jedi were supposed to avoid emotional entanglements, he developed romantic feelings for her, though he did not dare to admit them to his Master. As a Padawan, John's lightsaber skills were mediocre, but he compensated for this with his silver tongue and powerful command of the Force. During the Clone Wars, John fought in numerous battles, utilizing his Force Push and Force Throw to lethal effect. In the final months of the war, he found himself fighting in the Outer Rim Campaign. In this campaign, he would be utilized in solo missions: infiltrating enemy compounds and wreaking havoc with his Force powers.

Order 66 found John fighting at the Fourth Battle of Mygeeto. His Master, Asij'pigog, was killed. John himself was barely able to survive the ambush of the Clone troops. The death of his Master, for whom he had strong romantic feelings, enraged him. Vowing revenge, he ambushed a squad of Clone troops and massacred them without mercy, allowing anger and hatred to overtake him and give him strength. For the next few months, he would hit various Imperial targets (mostly Clone troops) on multiple planets in a mad quest for revenge.

This drew out Darth Vader, who was able to track John down to the planet of Dantooine. The two of them dueled fiercely, and John was mortally wounded and disfigured. Vader had been impressed by the raw power of John and decided to bring his body to a top-secret facility where he would be reconstructed with cybernetics. When the reconstruction had been completed, the only human parts of John remaining were some of his torso flesh, part of his face, and his teeth. This new cybernetic construct was nicknamed 'Shadow'.

Vader kept his new apprentice secret from the Emperor, wanting to use him as a personal tool against both any remaining Jedi and eventually the Emperor himself. The training of 'Shadow' was grueling: Vader would torture him both physically and psychologically, breaking his mind and turning him into an obedient slave who would ruthlessly massacre the enemies of his Master. Shadow has already hunted down two fugitive Jedis and killed a number of dissidents and political rivals of the Dark Lord. Now he awaits the next instructions from his Dark Lord.

Name: Petkar Sevove
Image

Age: 75
Species/Race: Human
Physical Appearance:
Standing at 5’9”, Sevove is fairly lean and slender by virtue of genetics, as well as a tendency to work through meal hours. His skin is paler than the norm, a sign of his rare times away from the ship. Sevove’s face features notable, deep lines, his green eyes often in a glassy stare when talking to those outside of normal ship’s company which is purportedly on purpose. He keeps his salt-and-pepper hair neat and within regulations, as well as keeping clean-shaven via a number of semi-acidic products.
Homeworld: Taris
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Role: Admiral, 55th Squadron, Imperial Navy / Admiral
Force Sensitive?: N
Personality:
Professional, sympathetic, and a capable commander in void conflicts, Sevove can be considered a complicated man. Insular against those outside of his command, as he keeps his thoughts and feelings to himself while actively ensuring that such outsiders feel as unwelcome as possible in order to shorten their stay, towards his crew the Admiral remains as friendly as any Imperial Admiral might be. Towards his officers, Sevove fosters a familial spirit, placing a good amount of trust and faith in his subordinates until such time as they might fail him. Sevove does retain a need to be given notice in one way or another by his own accomplishments, a possible result of his early life gene therapy, which gives rise to an aggressive fighting style often at odds with more conservative leadership.
Skills:
Organized, disciplined, and versed in the usual major campaign tactics as well as skirmishing tactics useful against pirates, Sevove is an able naval commander by Imperial standards. Creative and aggressive, he often relies on his subordinate commanders' initiative to take advantage of breaks in an enemy’s defenses should they present themselves, while Sevove ingrains a disciplined nature of communications and support in order to ensure the squadron keeps its objectives and orders in mind during the chaos of a battle. In addition to this, Sevove remains skilled in the inspiration of his men, earning their trust instead of relying upon the blind obedience of authority.
Biography:
Born in the Upper City of Taris to a relatively wealthy family, Sevove spent much of his early life in various schools with various tutors. Woefully incapable as he was in the subtleties which intertwined with normal life on the world, as well as in much of the economics which his parents demanded excellence with, Sevove would quickly grow into a disappointment, lacking the speed to learn such things at their required pace. Gene therapy would be applied with a will after they decided on his faults, something that resulted in a neurotic, if not intellectual, young child. He would soon be working alongside his parents and, by extension, working for the Hutts as the Sevove family was heavily involved with the trafficking of spice to Taris. Such would continue for several years before another merchant family discovered the issue and maneuvered a local organization, the Red Splinters, to attack the Sevoves. Eager to seize the position as distributor for themselves, the Red Splinters attacked ruthlessly, slaughtering the entirety of the Sevove estate as Petkar had been away, speaking with the Hutts on a minor matter. He would soon after discover that all had been lost, that the Red Splinters still were interested in hunting him, and was on the run.

Petkar would flee Taris by one of the most traditional methods one might use: He joined the Taris Planetary Defense Force. A smaller force which primarily worked in customs, it did have a branch utilized for pirate hunting duties. Sevove volunteered for those posting as soon as he was able to, assigned as an Ensign on a small patrol cruiser. In the PDF, Sevove’s career would hardly advance past command of the cruiser until he was 37, when several vessels under his direction would greatly disrupt the flow of illegal goods with the destruction of a small station on the system outskirts. The man would, however, initiate a slow, methodical crusade against the Red Splinters organization which only completed after half a century of work and dozens of attempts on Sevove’s life.

When the Confederate insurrection came, the Taris PDF would be folded into the Republic Navy and Sevove, as a senior officer with good experience, would be placed in command of the Acclamator class Hallicia, one of the many assault ships of the Open Circle Armada. As commanding officer, he would take part in battles over Maramere and Belderone, missing Boz Pity due to extensive repairs. The Battle of Coruscant would see the crippling of the Hallicia as it came under briefly concentrated fire from multiple Munificent class vessels, destroying much of the main engine systems. Following the battle, Sevove would be transferred with a large portion of his former crew to the Reginara, a Venator which had suffered a sudden command vacuum when the bridge had been destroyed by a Hyena bomber ram. While damaged, the vessel would nevertheless take part in the Battle of Utapau. For his actions, Sevove would be promoted to Rear Admiral.

The emergence of the Empire would bring many changes, from ship paint to uniforms, but Sevove was one of the few lucky enough that rank would not be among these changes. He would be placed in command of a pursuit line, along with retaining command of the Reginara, just in time for the Ciutric Offensive and Five Veils Campaign where Sevove would present himself admirably. Known as an aggressive commander, his line-of-battle would become easily identified by its continuous pinning-down of main Confederate capital ships as larger Imperial warships came into range, as well as a tendency to hunt down retreating Confederate cruisers. By the end of the Five Veils Campaign, his line had destroyed no less than thirty enemy capital ships and the Reginara counted five of those as hers. For these actions, and for his politically neutral nature, Sevove would be promoted to the rank of Admiral and assigned to the 55th Squadron, a hunter-killer unit given the choice duty of finding and destroying remnant organizations. Since then, he has become a notable fixture in the Outer Rim with the destruction of three Confederate Remnant stations to his name.

Name: Kalydan Pretit
Age: 48
Species/Race: Human
Physical Appearance: Admiral Pretit
Homeworld:
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Role: Marshall of the Republic, Admiral of the Grand Republic Reclamation Fleet.
Force Sensitive?: No
Personality: Kalydan Pretit is a woman known for her charm and smile. An extremely charismatic woman with a fiery passion for all she sets her mind on. It is this charisma and passion which drives the war effort against the Empire. When not in the role of her more serious military state, Kalydan is a warm and loving mother to her two children.
Skills: A skilled and experienced leader of fleets, Kalydan was taught at the Republic Military academy on Corellia, earning high marks and general praise from her teachers. She was later blooded in one of the many pirate raids in the outer rim and saw extensive action against the droid armadas during the clone wars. Kalydan is adept at properly using the forces under her command and extracting everything she can, even when outnumbered. She is used to being outnumbered and outgunned, as was often the case in the war, as she thrives on being the underdog.
Biography: Kalydan was born to a well off family on Corellia, while not among the upper class merchants, her family was among those who could have sold off their assets and would have been able to live off that money in comfort for a few generations. Her father was a quick thinking businessman, running a interplanetary transport company with his wife acting as his COO. It was with the money they earned from this business that they could easily afford to raise and provide excellent education to Kalydan and her two older brothers, Marcus and Isria.

Kalydans childhood was fairly common, she was a bright student through much of her early schooling and was always near the top of her classes. She was also a social butterfly, finding herself the center of many different friend groups through her striking personality and quick wit. It was near the end of her time in school that she came to a decision regarding her future however, she had no real interest in continuing the family business. Her brothers had that covered after all. No, instead she submitted an application to the highly regarded Republic Military academy on her home planet and was promptly accepted.

The Academy was a four year institute and throughout her time there Kalydan achieved high marks in all of her classes and the praise of most of her instructors. She would end up meeting her future husband while at the academy, though they would not marry for about five years after they had both left the academy. Instead, Kalydan focused on her newly bloomed career. After the academy she was commissioned into the Republics judiciary forces, serving in the outer rim fighting pirates, slavers, and other scum for much of her career.

This all changed when the Judiciary forces were reformed into the Republic Navy and Grand Army. By this time, Kayldan had served honorably and had several actions to her name, with this in mind she was promoted to Captain at the beginning of the war and was put in command of the newly launched Jedi Cruiser, the Resolute, a Venator star destroyer which was gifted to the Corellian Defense forces before being diplomatically handed back with a non0clone crew, an odd move in the eyes of Kalydan but one she did not mind, her crew knew what they were doing.

The war was a brutal and bloody one, one in which many didn't escape unscathed. Her husband, fellow officer and graduate of the academy, died early in the war. He was killed in one of the countless outer rim skirmishes, leaving behind Kalydan and their two grown children, Amaya and Tali, their two daughters. Kalydan wasn't unscathed either, she lost her left hand when a droid bomber struck the bridge of her Cruiser, the repairs to the Resolute took about a month and it was during that time that Kalydan got accustomed to her new hand.

Near the end of the war Kalydan and the Resolute were near the center of the battle of Coruscant, being among those units hastily sent into reinforce the battered Republic forces caught off guard by General Grievous. Through the command of Kalydan, the Resolute performed admirably during the battle, being responsible for the destruction of several droid capital ships. Due to this, and due to the severe damage the officer corps suffered during the battle, Kalydan was brevetted to the Rank of Admiral and given command of a hastily assembled task force of Planety Defense forces with the mission of guarding a collection of planets in the outer rim due to the movement of the forces which normally would have protected thank to the Battle of Courscant.

This fleet and the stars they protected, centered around the Planet of Milagro, would become the base of the Republic after its fall into the Empire. It was here, using every ounce of charisma and with much political maneuvering, that Kalydan secured the support of Milagro and a few dozen more planets for the Grand Republic Reclamation Fleet. Kalydan saw the Empire as a betrayal of everything that she had fought for during her career and a betrayal of the memories of those who had fallen in the colors of the Republic, including her husband.

Name: Zeya Sublathi

Age: 27

Species/Race: Human

Physical Appearance:
Image

Homeworld: Ord Mantell

Alignment: Neutral Evil

Role: Independent Dark Jedi

Force Sensitive?: Yes

Personality: Zeya is very ambitious but generally lacks the strength in the force to accomplish her goals without great effort or help. She is generally not good in social situations and was never very talkative during her time in the Jedi order. Despite that, she knows her strengths and weaknesses very well and has never lacked creativity in battle or in business.

Skills: A lower middle strength force user capable of good self discipline and control. During her time in the Confederacy's military after defecting from the Republic she became good at modifying standard droids for non-standard duty. Because she was usually outclassed by enemy Jedi whenever they were encountered, especially if there was a master-padawan duo, she used upgraded BX series commando droids to even the fight. She is a capable lightsaber duelist and usually uses two lightsabers in battle, one red and the other blue. She has through the retrieval of a Sith Holocron and what little training Count Dooku gave to her how to use short bursts of force lightning although these are tiring and not very strong.

Biography:

Zeya was whisked away by the Jedi order for training at the age of three. A below average padawan through difficult and intense training became a fair quality knight as she developed an interest in the workings of the Galactic Senate and other important institutions such as the Banking Clan shortly before the Clone Wars. Attempting to mind trick corrupt senators into voting favorably on certain bills nearly got her kicked out of the Jedi order. However before there could be a hearing the Clone Wars began and Zeya was sent to fight. Moving from battlefield to battlefield she was not assigned to any specific clone unit and saw battle in the mid-rim. Although requesting a padawan multiple times and a capable leader on the battlefield she was passed over in favor of stronger knights which was what led to her studying unorthodox methods of becoming more powerful. Travel throughout the mid-rim also led her to encounter the crippling corruption and rampant crime that suffocated the peoples of many Republic planets that defected to the Confederacy. Her own defection to the CIS occurred after reports about criminals and corrupt officials exploiting refugees were ignored and was very unceremonious. She essentially just flew her star fighter over to the enemy after completing an assignment. Zeya was presumed missing until she showed up in battle nearly two weeks later. This is also where she began to learn about the dark side of the force. Count Dooku took interest in the Jedi defector for a period before sending her away on errands and battle assignments not unlike what she was doing for the Republic and Jedi order before. This was because she was neither particularly strong or violent and was regarded only as a useful tool by Dooku. Having left the Jedi order and defected for political and personal reasons rather than falling to the dark side beforehand she had a much more gradual shift away from the light and three years after the end of the Clone Wars has leveled out. Most of her Jedi ethics and impediments to ambition are gone, but the sadistic and extremely violent nature of a dark side user is not there. In the days of the empire she owns a C-ROC Gozanti class called the Blue Banner which was used by her during her time fighting for the CIS. It has long since been repainted and its transponder has been changed, but it still carries Zeya and her droid companions towards her goals and away from those that would hunt a former Jedi. It also hosts two cloakshape starfighters, both of which can be flown by pilot droids if necessary.
“It is difficult for me to imagine what “personal liberty” is enjoyed by an unemployed hungry person. True freedom can only be where there is no exploitation and oppression of one person by another; where there is not unemployment, and where a person is not living in fear of losing his job, his home and his bread. Only in such a society personal and any other freedom can exist for real and not on paper.” -J. V. STALIN

Name: Jetblast (CT-46/88-4833)
Age: 16 years, aged to 32 biologically (Created 32 BBY)
Species/Race: Mandalorean Clone, Fett lineage
Physical Appearance:
Image
Homeworld: Kamino (destroyed)
Alignment: Neutral
Role: Cargo hauler with his own GR-45 medium transport
Force Sensitive: No
Personality: Jetblast is a hard worker, no-nonsense kind of fellow. A straight-talker who doesn't mince words, and who prefers doing things over talking about them. He has little time for theory, ideology, or high ideals, and mostly cares about whether you are trustworthy and honourable.
Skills: Combat, piloting, haggling, ship engineering, very little other practical skills.
Biography: Clone Trooper 46/88-4833 was created as part of the initial Fett cloning procedure, in the first batch of 1.200.000 clones, designated as a clone pilot. For the duration of the war, Jetblast flew an ARC-170 together with various co-pilots, through various campaigns in the clone wars. Among the major engagements he took part in were the battle of Geonosis, the Outer Rim Sieges, and the Battle of Coruscant. It was during the battle of Coruscant that Jetblast was wounded; towards the end of the battle the venator he was stationed on was attacked by a munificent class destroyer and although the venator survived, Jetblast was caught in one of the hull explosions. He lost a leg and a hand, but otherwise survived. He tried to get the doctors to give him battle-ready prostetics and return him to the fray, but this request was denied. Instead, veterans affairs short-tracked him for early retirement. The war was almost over, and every clone they could get off the field before the war ended was one they would later not have to deal with. So, Jetblast was given a plot of land on the backwater moon Garus, some funds to keep himself alive with, and that was that. He was on his way to claim his plot when the war ended, flooding the under-staffed veterans division with requests for compensation.

Not that being first-come-first-serve did him any good. He got to farm his land in return for the Republic, now the Empire, getting 10% of the proceeds from his land. This was the early days of the resettlement plan. Later clones would have to pay 20%, 50%, even 75% of their income, and as more clones moved to Garus, the more there was mutual animosity. The locals too, a slug people unwilling to teach clones how to properly farm their soil, were in scrapes with him, and after a year of trying, his farm was still as barren as it ever was. The farming life did not suit him, he needed to be out in the void, to see planets. So, he exchanged his plot of land with some smuggler seeking to build a life for himself, in exchange for his cargo vessel, which Jetblast took out to space.

Since then, Jetblast has been doing odd jobs, on the good side of the law. Simple cargo transport, passenger hauling, buying and selling wares across the galaxy, and keeping his head down while he does it. There isn't much room in the galaxy for clones anymore. More and more decided to sign back up as stormtroopers, to do what they know and be paid for it. Others are left destitute, never given proper training or a chance to properly acclimatise to civil society. Jetblast does his best. He was just following orders, and those days are over. But the Empire is less and less what he fought for, and what his brothers died for. And more and more voices are crying out for help; help that even a simple passanger freighter can provide. So Jetblast must ask himself what his place in the universe is.

The name's James. James Usari. Well, my name is not actually James Usari, so don't bother actually looking it up, but it'll do for now.

Lack of a real name means compensation through a real face. My debt is settled

Name: Davion Cyrus "Runaway" Jak Morin
Age: 42
Species/Race: Human (Half Echani)

Physical Appearance: Stands at 5'11, with broad shoulders and a decent build. Being of mixed race, he shares distinctive Human facial features, if with a rather angular set of cheek bones, he keeps the distinctively pale skin and silver-white hair color of evident of his Echani side. He has sense grown a scruffy, borderline bushy, beard and mustache

Homeworld: Unknown

Alignment: Neutral

Role: Drifting Courier and Mercenary

Force Sensitive?: Yes, though connection is currently Numbed

Personality: Once a happy, even jovial man and especially so by the standards of the Jedi, He was plucked by his master, a Twi-lek women by the name of Jara Tel. Outwardly friendly and out going, he thrived in the communal living style of younglings and made many friends. As he grew older and eventually passed his trials, he would in fact be placed with Jara Tel after a short stint under Master Jin. The damage was done how ever, as for a short time with the much elder Jedi exposed him to his way of thinking and began his path of questioning the order and it's Tenants.

During this time he would find his questions repeatedly side lined and often ignored. This would begin to shift his mood, and the formerly friendly and even boisterous young man would grow to become reclusive and introspective, with often his only outward expressions being during his daily saber training lessons with his master, both during and after his apprenticeship. The accidental killing of a close friend during an argument would break him thoroughly, combined with his exile from the order and subsequent drifting across the rim and Rishi Maze. He is, as late, a drunk, morally lax and depressed hired pilot.

Skills:
Piloting - One of the few pursuits that brings him joy and makes use of his lessoned force connection, Davion enjoys a rather remarkable skill in piloting his ship and is able to compete with most military trained pilots by this point.
Swordsmanship - While he has moved away from his old Jedi teachings, he still keeps his sword arm strong and his vibroblade sharp.
Archeology - While lacking official credits, he has become well known among a few underground circles for his interest in Jedi and Sith Artifacts and his investigations in to the old knowledge has filled several Data slates aboard his ship.

Biography:

Born to a pair of poor traveling mechanics, he was picked up well before he could recall and taken to the temple as an infant. His early life was like many as a youngling, field with teaching, classes, training and exercises to better him in his future as a Jedi. He made friends quickly, and kept them for longer then most. As he grew older he would under go his trials and pass with remarkably high results, and being assigned to the woman who originally discovered him, Jara-Tel.

Jara was an older Twi-lek women and what one could call an Orthodox Jedi. Equal parts saber master and philosopher and for the most part as he grew from a teen in to a young man he was happy with this. Dedicating his time to her teachings, his saber, and their shared interest in archeology. His master would fall ill from an attempted poisoning during his 17th year and he would temporarily be assigned to both Master's Dooku and Qui-Gon Jinn in separate short stints. This temporary reassignment has good effects on him, as it gave him a different way of viewing things and fresh teachings to learn but it would also lead to disaster.

These two masters allowed him to question the things he had learned, all that he had been taught growing up. This would start small, seemingly asking small, unimportant ones of his master even as she recovered and returned to duty. These would, how ever, grow ever more probing and pointed leading up until his final trials and graduation.

His carrier as a Jedi Knight would be short, though bright. He would quickly strike out and work many a mission assigned to him, traveling across the galaxy and honing his skills and hobbies more. During a long mission towards the rim, he would find him self dabbling more in more and darker texts and holocrons and, for the first time in his life, keeping secrets from the Jedi he served with.

This grey path would continue with him spending more and more time alone amid the rim and its various stars, slowly becoming more and more convinced he wasn't being told the truth about the force. This would drive him to effectively go rouge, though not entirely. He would miss check ins, neglect his reports, simply stopped obeying orders. A team of Jedi were dispatched to find him and much to the horror of his former friends, was found among a Sith temple on an undisclosed planet.

After being confronted by the team, who consisted of a now elder Jara Tel and several knights including Morin Haymitch, a good friend of Davion, an argument ensued and an enraged, temporarily dark side seduced Davion cut down his friend in combat. This act was enough to effectively shock the young man clear of his madness and he surrendered with out further attempts at resisting.

Taken back to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant he stood trial and while he would be granted a form of leniency, as he was assumed to have not been in full control of him self at the time, he would still be exiled for his crime. Stripped of his saber, his rank and any Jedi support, he would, in a strange act for the Twi-lek women, given a small stash of Credits and a snub blaster by his master and wished the best.

He would wander from place to place, steadily moving farther and farther from the core and his problems. He would, eventually after years of mercenary work, end up in the Rishi Maze just as the Clone wars kicked off. Having since made good money as a decent pilot and hired gun, he was able to purchase his current Ship, the Drunken Bandit and refurbish it for use as a fast transport and light gunship.

During this time he would float around, doing many different types of work, from contracted security duty in corporate space, some light bounty hunting in the rim, guarding minors and scientific expeditions in Wild Space and the Rishi maze and even dipping in to the Colonies for some fast courier work. His most recent contract is ending, and he see's fit to return to the wider galaxy from his last tour of the Maze in search of a one of a kind book, and old school written journal said to have been penned by a women named Kreia.

Still robustly muscled despite his age and experience, the Grand Admiral's hair is as black as the void, barely touched by silver at the temples. Ice blue eyes peer out from under thick salt and pepper brows, his face clean shaven as military regulation desires save for his luxurious full Imperial mustache and neatly cropped beard. Fastidious in his personal appearance, his dress white uniform is made both functional and luxurious, aramid fibers woven in to the flexible cloth capable of turning small arms fire complementing the golden star-dragons of Kuat that decorate his epaulets.
Homeworld: Kuat
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Role: Grand Moff
Force Sensitive?: Yes, though untrained
Personality: Gregarious, volatile, taciturn, sibilant, unfeeling, resentful. All are words that have been used to describe the former Kuat of Kuat. Though naturally an lightly optimistic realist, the drain of the Clone Wars on his home world, and the ceaseless vigilance compelled by the political dance of the Core and the endless patrols of his military career have left him worn down, prone to violent outbursts if provoked and sudden rage.
Skills: Skilled strategist, political negotiator, and fleet-level tactician. A good head for starship design based on myriad military engagements, and an unorthodox approach to the macroscopic thinking necessary when dealing with entire sectors of space when on campaign. His intuitive grasp of the four-dimensional comprehension necessary to conduct warfare in the voids between worlds is legendary among his men and respected even by other members of the Fleet.
Biography:
Born to the Kuat family, rulers of that selfsame planet, the jewel of the Empire, Tiberius was raised to be head of the illustrious Kuat Drive Yards and her myriad subsidiary companies, the foremost starship manufacturers in the galaxy. With the outbreak of the Clone Wars, the young Tiberius had only recently taken command of one of the Kuat Patrol Fleet's Star Dreadnoughts, the Prosperity. Tiberius served under the Jedi Knight Revas Matlset, a Twi'lek whose main task was containing the Trade Federation fleets of nearby Cato Nemodia, a position where he excelled despite the Jedi's relative strategic ignorance. Though eventually the Patrol Fleet and Tiberius participated in the pacification of the CIS planet, Tiberius felt that Kuat suffered too much during the war due to the incompetence of the Jedi, and thus he was only too happy when Order 66 was issued and the Galactic Empire proclaimed.

Tiberius' voidborne military acumen, political connections, and command of Kuat meant he rose swiftly in the Emperor's humanocentric system, his son being proclaimed the local Sector Moff prior to the Battle of Mustafar as he himself was raised to the vaunted position of Grand Moff by the Emperor himself. His hatred for the Jedi is well known, now complemented by a secret disdain for the Sith. Tiberius would rather see the galaxy rid of all Force-users, to allow every man to succeed or fail on his own merits. The formative years of the Empire persist in a state of created chaos which Tiberius would be happy to exploit towards those ends, despite his personal abhorrence for the cost in human lives and squandered industrial output these ongoing conflicts entail.

Fortunately the Republic no longer exists; warlords and secessionists who defy the will of the plebiscite will be dealt with the same way we handled the Seppies.

Tag, will probably register an Imperial Captain. Say, Admiral Sevove, would you need a captain for one of your fine ships?

“It is difficult for me to imagine what “personal liberty” is enjoyed by an unemployed hungry person. True freedom can only be where there is no exploitation and oppression of one person by another; where there is not unemployment, and where a person is not living in fear of losing his job, his home and his bread. Only in such a society personal and any other freedom can exist for real and not on paper.” -J. V. STALIN
