Without any resistance whatsoever, military forces from Goltzborg
seized the Port City of Cabanna, the Capital City of the Kingdom of the Isle of Jade East.

The Foreign Minister for the Government of the Grand Imperial Commonwealth of Goltzborg
addressed the world press immediately; and stated that the annexation of the Kingdom of the Isle of Jade East,
from the Pacific Realm, was needed in order to preserve and protect the people of that island nation.

The Foreign Minister also announced that the Imperial Navy Command-NavCom will begin construction of a large
Military Command on the island nation within the month; claiming that it was in the best interest of the island nation.

The island nation was assimilated into the Eurasian Federation, and will benefit from free trade and security
as a member-state of the Regional Alliance; under the "Economic And Security Treaty" ( E.A.S.T. ).

Navy Command-NavCom has sent a Survey Unit to the Isle of Jade East,
which will immediately begin preliminary operations on the construction of a Military Installation;
which will be designated as a "Joint-Military-Command" ( Jo-Mi-Co ), consisting of Elite Forces from
Navy Command-NavCom, Army Command-ArmCom,
Sky Force Command-SkyCom, Rocket-And-Missile Command-RAMCOM,
Submarine Command-SubCom, and Bomber Command BomCom.

Construction is expected to begin within the month; with completion of construction within the year.
