The Sir Francis Woodmarsh Police College will soon be open to train officers from foreign police forces.
Then they too can benefit from the low levels of street crime, organised crime, sexual offences and burglaries that the Cheltonian Republic has.
Admission requires either a university degree or
three years of work experience plus an aptitude test at a certain mark (the same test is used in the army, in the police the pass mark is in the top 30% which is the same pass mark for both the infantry and the military police).
It is named after Sir Francis Woodmarsh,
the first Commissioner of the Cheltonian Constabulary serving from 1974-1986,
1974 being the Constabulary was formed from the merger of the
Chelton Urban Police, the Chelton Metropolitan Police, Stoneton and Woodmardh Police and the Fenshire County Constabulary.
