[ILLEGAL] Condemn Lily

I am back with a more serious proposal; give me your most honest feedback.

The World Assembly,

Appreciative of the previous resolution to condemn Lily, but firm in the belief that the entirety of NationStates is yet to be warned about the dangers that may be directly presented from said region, in regards to their sole purpose of invading, raiding, and destruction,

Rebuking the counter-claims that identify Lily as a peaceful region,

Recognizing the following crimes that Lily has committed during their time as an organized raiding region on NationStates, including but not limited to;

• Invading and subsequently occupying small and defenseless regions, including but not limited to The Collective Security Pact, Aredon Isle, The 10th Crusade, The Ondoles Puppet Storage, Pact of Patriots, and hundreds of more innocent regions, filling a list that is too long to be listed in this proposal;
• Lily's strengthening of their AI weapons such as "Koru", "Buzzy Bee", "Vogel", and their OOC use of the VOIP client "Discord" to automate raids against regions in lightning speed, essentially giving no chance for regional security to react and halt the raid;
• Breaking multiple raiding records with the support of Artificial Intelligence and OOC programs, thus giving newer raiders the idea that they are free to severely damage and/or hinder NationStates RP experience without facing consequences;
• Disregarding the World Assembly in their day-to-day operations, working in a rogue state without the fear of WA-related action, giving their operatives who are new to NationStates the idea that the WA is not a powerful governing body, rather, is a puppet to Lily;

Concerned that the World Assembly must rebuke the false claims made by Lily in order to regain its position as the worlds governing body, without the opportunity of being hindered by the shear ego that Lily and its generals possess in their hunt for world-domination on NationStates,

Positive in the belief that the World Assembly will unite as it has done in the past to maintain World tranquility and order throughout NationStates,

Hereby Condemns Lily.

I'll wait and see, I won't start a TG campaign yet since this is my first serious piece of WA legislation. It was moreover referring to the OOC content, not invoking it as part of the proposal

The "random regions" are listing just some of the countless defenseless regions that Lily has raided.

2 have founders, meaning they are defendable by the founder, 1 doesn't exist, 1 is several years inactive and one is a puppet storage with someone who let the founder CTE.
