IP bans are not a magic bullet. If someone wants to be a troll on this site which doesn't require any personal information, they'll keep changing things and keep coming bakc.

There's a reason our top punishment is Delete on Sight as opposed to Banned. It's how the Internet works.

Apologies for my ignorance. It's just a bit sad that this individual keeps coming on here to talk about absolutely disgusting things all the time.
