Description: WA Resolution #61: WA Copyright Charter (Category: Education and Creativity; Area of Effect: Artistic) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Argument: BELIEVING the people have a right to partake in their own culture

"Ambassador, firstly, we are very puzzled on the resolution itself. You may want to individually talk about flaws from a clause, by pointing out something like:

"In clause 4a, [quote], [reasoning on why it is a "flaw"]

Secondly, there is no need for the quoted words, "argument," and "description." This sadly does not do anything, only potentially make it an illegal resolution.

We are unsure if we can support this bill, as my delegation would have to do more research onto the topic, the repeal, and GAR#61. We applaud your efforts, your courage and willingness to go ahead and write, as this is your first resolution."

It's not illegal. It's already been repealed. Maybe it is illegal, I'm not sure, but probably not. Got to get the GenSec in on that one.

Everyone should be voting AGAINST on this resolution.

Let me tell you why.

Besides the fact that it is useless due to a previous repeal, the author is a RACIST writer. Check this forum where the topic is "Racism is good." The writer of this resolution created this. Wow. Just wow. viewtopic.php?t=522555&f=20&view=unread#unread

In the thread's OP, the resolution writer above wrote this: "Racism is good I am very racisti hate black people."

No support, and I hope no else does too.

Someone call the mods and shut down this thread. Having a r*cist WA author is bad enough, but it is also not nice to lash out against other people in bold letters OOCly. I know I’m not a mod, but I ask you all to leave this thread now.

forum.nationstates.net does not have a word filter.

I would add that all trace of the OP (and, by extension, their actual draft - which was little more than the WACC repeal that passed) has been extinguished from the multiverse, thus making submission doubly impossible.

OP is DEAT. Locking.

In the future, please do not drag OOC disputes from General into the GA, and make Moderation requests in the Moderation forum.
