Only one obstacle was leat to signing the free trade agreement with Marajarbia, the National Parliament. Seeing as to how they had just sanctioned the Janpians, it was an easy thing to pass, with a near complete majority of the house. After a few hours, a delegation arrived to Marajarbia, ready to sign a free trade deal, and the government was preparing its announcement of the act.

The Marajarbian Government has done the same, and has drafted a free trade agreement guaranteeing trade between both nations and encouraging tourism and corporations from both to open up branches in both respective nations.

In a statement, Emperor Jackson officially states that "We have recently called for peace talks between the Marajarbians and the Janpians, but the Janpian Government refused, while making outrageous demands. If the Armenians wish to try to get world peace, then they can try to go to the Janpians directly and bring them to the bargaining table without making aforementioned demands. The entire Marajarbian Government is open to the idea of peace, but no peace can be maintained until the Janpians can be brought to the bargaining table to discuss a permanent treaty."

A recent decision has been made by an executive order by the President of the New San Andreas Republic, and following this decision, the New San Andreas Republic must inform the Marajarbian government and all other signatories to the BDS that the NSAR is officially withdrawing from the BDS document agreement, and all of its respective responsibilities, obligations, debts and mandates. The NSAR will lift any and all boycotts, sanctions and restrictions against both Janpia and KTO nations, will no longer participate in the mutual defense pact with BDS signatories, and is considering opening up dialogue of détente with both Janpia and the KTO in order to ease strained relations. In the issue of Marajarbia and its diplomatic spat with the KTO at large, we are now officially neutral. We (for the time being) remain in a defense agreement with any Pacific Alliance members, but this is subject to change if it is judged that such a defense would put the San Andrean people at harm.

[The Southern American Federation]

Earlier today, President Brooks signed into effect an act that officially repeals the SAF's support for Marajarbia and gives the Federation a state of neutrality in the current crisis. Following in the footsteps of the NSAR, the Federation's Foreign Ministry declares full neutrality and strikes out all former boycotts and dis-investments of Janpia and her people. The mutual defense pact mentioned formerly is rendered null and the Federation is no longer obliged to defend or protect any of the other signatories unless otherwise mentioned. Seeing as Southeast Marajarbia is a member of the Pacific Alliance, we are still obliged to defend them in the event of an invasion. The Foreign Relations Ministry would also like to encourage a peaceful end to the conflict and encourages all sides to seek a conclusion without bloodshed.
