Who we are?
"We are a company that aims to build planned and perfect residential neighborhoods for all types of people to live in and create a family, and of course, be happy."

How do we build?
We have a team specialized in geography, they analyze the terrain, and assess whether it is safe or not, after that, we start to model the houses and other buildings using a 3D modeling program developed exclusively for our company, after the second stage, we start to plan where the "accessories" that the entire neighborhood must have will be, such as laundry, fire department, police department, neighborhood "office", etc. Then comes the last process, the construction, normally this process is not long.

Installations

- All neighborhoods have new, flat asphalt, along with tree-lined and well-lit streets
- Homes have advanced central heating and air conditioning systems, with these systems, you can set specific temperatures for different rooms in your home.
- Spacious houses with enough rooms for a family of up to 5 people. The house also comes with a swimming pool, garage, basement, smoke detectors, and closets in the bedrooms.
- All houses come with furniture.
- All neighborhoods have, laundry, police department, handyman, administration building, a "mini-bank", squares with toys, fire department, street monitoring by CCTV cameras, and a small market to buy food for example.
- Usually the neighborhoods have a cafeteria so people can eat without moving too far.

The flat fee is paid by the resident, for example:

Let's assume you want to move to a neighborhood of our company, you will pay $1,200 per month, the flat fee is to help our company maintain the neighborhood maintenance, such as heating, water, electricity, lighting systems, security services, among others.
The government can assign a flat fee to the neighborhood, of course, the flat fee imposed by the government will only be imposed if authorized by the administration of AFR Residences.

OOC: Exactly, if people move to the neighborhood, and they pay a fee imposed either by the government, or by the company, this fee is monthly, and it helps to maintain the services provided by AFR Residences.

Insulation on all buildings must be made from mineral wool, and all buildings have to pass the Koronavian Fire Safety Test (with a minimum grade of 60/100)

Any special requests?: Build mostly houses with no more than 2 floors, and only a few flat complexes in the north of the neighborhood with no more than 2 floors as well. We would also like a hospital to be built in the north of the neighborhood, next to the first flat complex, and a school in the very south of the neighborhood.
