It’s a country which is against the United States and condemns it for imperialism, at the same time opposing the Soviet Union because of the fear of spreading Communism to our country. So, to say we are neutral would be a sincere understatement, and we will continue to remain non-aligned.

Calling us "third world," though, gives entirely wrong connotations. For one, we're not from that world at all, so we don't fit into any of its prior geopolitical designations. We also weren't neutral, but instead, decided to just conquer the whole planet since that was deemed to be both easier and best for our ongoing security.
