Alalou: A glitchy nation in a nonexistent region

Alalou CTEd in The Outer Wilds (a region which no longer exists) four days ago, but is still listed as living there, appears to have changed its national flag earlier today, and lurks around #1 worldwide in all statistics. How did this happen?

Looks like someone remade the region and ejected them.

I rejiggered their census rankings.
