For our valued international customers, our price updates are controlled monthly to help ward off market volatility and to bring the most economically viable source of energy to you, even against market fluctuations. All petroleum exports procured by our refineries comes from our oil wells in the Saescian Dominion as well as along the continental shelf oil fields in the Madurin Sea. North Madurin Crude is the standard by which the Saescian oil market is set, and is our preferred tabulation method when calculating the cost to pass on to our consumers. The Oil Explorer Program seeks to help eliminate the costly resources countries need to maintain their own energy infrastructures by providing the materials and manpower necessary to help your country become energy independent. How it works: our engineers and geologists will partner with your own energy companies to help locate and extract crude resources from your territory, providing the pertinent equipment and manpower for one upfront cost and a percentage of the crude oil extracted. Your country then retains full usage of our infrastructure to supply your own refineries with a crude supply.

In addition to its primary function as an petroleum extraction and refinement enterprise, Kelsey-Forrester also provides refueling services to motorists in the Saescian Dominion through its subsidiary HTX Conglomerate™. Founded as an independent branch of the Kelsey-Forrester family in 1977, HTX (High Test EXchange) is the largest fuel station chain and fourth largest convenience store chain in the Saescian Dominion, with annual revenue over $145.5 Billion USD reported in 2021. HTX became the first fuel chain in the Glorious Dominion of Saescia to have at least one service station or travel plaza in every major metropolitan area over a population of 50,000 in 2019, and in 2020 won the National Commendation for Outstanding Customer Service Award from the Dominion government. Currently presided over by CEO Alvin T. Gantry III, HTX operates over 900 chain retail outlets across the Saescian Dominion, and is now preparing to license franchisees of its two largest petrol chains — CrownTown Petrol Stations and Lightning Quick Travel Plazas — to international markets.
CrownTown Petrol Stations, Ltd. is HTX's flagship brand, having dutifully served the Conglomerate for more than forty years now. CrownTown's ten-island self service kiosk stations are constructed uniformly to meet the needs of each individual location, noting traffic patterns and volumes to maximize potential customer reach. Each unit is equipped with its own delicatessen, refrigeration unit, grocery and automotive supply stands for consumers. Lightning Quick Travel Plazas were first introduced in 1989 and are the pride of HTX's motorway fleet of stations. Designed to handle high-occupancy volumes and commercial freight traffic, each unit is replete with twenty gasoline and ten diesel fuel islands under two separate units. Plazas contain 10,000 sq. feet of open retail space for rent and include shower and lounge space for long-haul drivers, an arcade shoppe space and mechanic bays for cars and trucks.
