The United Action Branch

This is the IC thread for the United Action Branch of the Cylis Treaty and Arbitration Organisation. You must be a member of the Action Branch to post here except in some cases, and here members of the United Action Branch will vote on matters of economic regulation, border policy, etc,. towards certain nations which the United Action Branch views as wrong. For a vote to pass, 70% of the United Action Branch must agree, after which the rest will be forced to abide by the decision of the 70%. Refusal to do so will result in expulsion from the United Action Branch.
Members which have joined during a vote may not participate until the next vote after that vote.
The basic structure of how things are passed is that it will start off as a Queued vote, and the order of Queued Votes may be changed with Votes, and then when a vote ends a Queued Vote will either move directly to vote or to a debate phase, depending on what it is.

He is dressed in his typical attire: a sleek, and expensive, business suit. On his chest rests a lapel pin depicting the Armenian flag. He, as is common for Armenian diplomats, is carrying a briefcase containing various important documents, all of which are, of course, from the National Assembly.

Without saying a word, he takes a seat...and eagerly listens in-on the ongoing discussion.
