Cylis Treaty and Arbitration Organisation

The Cylis Treaty and Arbitration Organisationm or the CTAO, is an ideologically and internationally neutral alliance. Based in Cylis, its goal is to preserve world peace, compile records of every Treaty signed, and aid war-torn nations. Any nation may join, so long as they agree to our charter.

The International Treaty Committee is the Treaty branch of the CTAO. It is an archive of treaties that are de-jure ratified, however it will include information on whether it is enforced or not. All members of the CTAO must agree to recognise the International Treaty Committee's treaties, however this does not mean they cannot make an argument to repeal them.

The Aid and Recovery Alliance is built to aid war-torn nations. It relies on CTAO funding, which is supplied by its members. If a member donates 1000NSD to the CTAO, it will be added to the CTAO's treasury, where it may be spent as foreign aid.

The Court of Arbitration uses information from the International Treaty Committee to sustain world peace. It is meant to reach compromises between nations at risk of coming to blows.

The Branch of United Action is an optional branch of the CTAO. Any member within this optional branch, however, will have to abide by its vote. The Branch of United Action may hold votes between its members on whether to enter universal embargoes against nations proven to have broken any treaties within the International Treaty Committee or to have committed human rights violations. Refusal to comply with the result of the vote will result in suspension from the United Action Branch. This is fully optional and the CTAO should not be judged for what the Branch of United Action does. It is a separate sector of the Alliance.

Article 1. This Alliance is fully neutral. It shall never join with any other Alliance or merge with any other Alliance.
Article 2. This Alliance has no military obligations, and almost no economic obligations with the exception of the United Action Branch.
Article 3. The Alliance is Democratic and will thus pursue a democratic means to achieve its goals.
3.a - However, despite supporting democracy within the organisation as a whole, individual non-democratic nations may join without restriction.
Article 4. Neutral nations may act as arbitrators. However, non-neutral nations will not be recognised as a reliable arbitrator.
Article 4.1 Similarly, attacking a neutral nation is not allowed.

I meant IC stuff, not OOC stuff, and you know that too. I meant your IC war crimes which you haven't even apologised for. You're still not fit to be leader of any alliance, especially not humanitarian ones. Everyone, beware, Hiram and Mets Hayk are yet to provide ANY proof that I ordered Gralov to rejoin, which is thus a stupid and baseless accusation. Do not believe anything they say when it is not backed up with evidence, and be dubious even of evidence, because the amount of time it is taking for them to find evidence is suspicious.
