I recently discovered that there is a cooldown as to how frequently you can post to your region's regional message board. Which I, of course, have no problem with.
Rather, I have a problem with it's implementation, which is why I am posting here.
Why, tell me, do I have to wait more than 2 HOURS to post in my region's RMB? This is a huge bottleneck for smaller regions with less activity. I see no reason as to why I should have to wait so long to post something to the region I'm in. It would appear to me that, unless someone hasn't posted since my last message, I have to wait 6 hours to post again (6 hours is a guess, not like I have the time to check every hour.). I don't get how preventing me from making a post 2 hours after my last one is preventing spam. This might be a bug, but either way, i'd like it changed.
I would've made this post longer, but I feel like my problems are conveyed pretty simply here.
