nation not found on results

recently i logged into another device and search my nation, but i it didn't appear on results even with a link, instead other nations who endorsed me, i'm curious if i did something to get hidden

it was in opera around yesterday, i mean, typing the nation name out of ns like google, direct link doesn't appear and it didn't occur with my old nation that had only one month created, then i was curious of it's a problem with the account
