TWI International Basketball League
Welcome, welcome TWI Islanders to the TWI International Basketball League! Depending on the amount of nations signing up, this will be a playoff style tournament.
Ideally we will get up to 16 nations, so we can have 4 groups of 4 nations. These nations will be sorted in groups depending on their geographic location. Out of the 4 nations in each group, two will make it to the Round of 8 after playing each nation in the group once (in summary a total of three games for each nation in the Group Phase). Participants in the Round of 8 will play a Best of Three style series against the nation that made it out of the group phase as well, determining the winner of each group.
When we are down to four nations, the Semifinals will be played in a Best of Seven Series. The Finals will also be played in a Best of Seven Format.
In order to sign up you simply have to be a nation on the TWI Map.

I will set the date for the start of tournament to be the 26th of June. This is, of course, not 100% guaranteed and also depends on how many nations we can get to sign up.
