After a new week of work of the chamber of Femcia Space Agency, ça y est, voilà, it can announce a new project of a self-sustained space station, its whole modules and electronics are possibly buildable in Femcia's tech and productivity levels, but yet, help from other nations or companies are considered to be tremendously useful.
It is capable of habiting 4 people per HAB module (habitation) at a time, it can produce its own oxygen with plants, and barely needs pure water or few things to be sustained, which Femcia can pay for, suspecting science and other experiments, and mostly space tourism, making lots of money to come back in the state and the Agency.
It is suspected to be upgraded to a bigger form if ever it is very nicely seen in international, and helped out, or have a great tourism. It will be opened for tourism and any science companies that would like to run such 0G experiments. Some price reductions for launches and tourism will be set for nations in alliance with Femcia, in region Karma, or any similarities and common objectives with us.

One astronaut will be dispatched regularly every four months, and the astronaut's vehicle will use the "Sang-Je" spacecraft, which will be launched using our SARI's "Cheon Ri-Ho" rocket.

Meanwhile, the construction of the station starts, the first parts being send and assembled with tugs modules and unmanned service modules leaded from ground. After several amount of work, the Femcia Space Station can be, already, officially open!
A Femcia Astronaut will be kept there, with regular send of engineers to work on next steps of building, making the Hab module having 1/4 space took, while a seat is reserved for Seorabeol Federation's astronaut.

Although our presence on the international stage is new to say the least, we can see the immense value in this project. Hanig’s universities do not have the resources to provide much in space explorations, even our oldest at three decades is barely teaching postgraduate courses in astrophysics. That being said, a recent development in the agricultural sector may be of interest. As it’s been explained to me, special nutrients produced by our native Uckh plant seem to greatly increase speed of growth of most other plants in nearby soil. A professor of some importance at the Horag Ducal University told me about your ingenuous plan, and by my own good judgement I now believe that we can use this plant to grow food at great speeds in the void of space, to ensure that we don’t run into starvation like some cheap horror movie. It might make you see pink pangolins occasionally but I assure you that it is completely natural and of no negative effect.

All we ask in return for cooperation on this matter is the same as the other esteemed delegates and leaders. The Ninag Jakir University did produce an apparently outstanding master astrophysicist. While she may need training in being an astronaut, I have been assured her genius would more than make up for it. If you could place her on your space station, then we would be most grateful.

Your efforts to begin such an important project have been noticed by Vangaziland Aerospace, also know as the Vannish Space Agency. The openness of your people to establish a joint venture in orbit of our planet speaks highly of your people.

I represent Vangaziland Aerospace and by default, the Empire of Vangaziland. Our government has conducted multiple meetings on the topic of collaboration. We see this as a route to study for similar projects we have planned in the future. As such we have room in our budget to seek investor status for this project.

We hope to bring one of our most experienced astronauts to study and collaborate with the international team being assembled. A lot of lightweight structures and cheap stuff have been used in order to complete the program as it was needed, in mind to upgrade it when it will be fully open. Because with the rise of the market and how the project was waited, that was surely going to happen.

The station have now, 12 seats at maximum.

Yes of course, it have plants and bacterias that produce oxygen and recycle astronauts' wastes in order make it a 'infinite' closed system, with some supplies from time to time.
II. Yes. The leaves on the modules symbolize the modules that are walled of farms. These works with lights that can imitates the sun and make them grown enough. And in terms of food, it is complicated to make infinite amount of food with what there is on board of the station for now, so with some dry plants there is already on board, we provide the station with bags and cans of dry food, and such stash of products that will not make billions of particles that risks to damage the air vent, and make other stuff dirty.
III. Femcia can produce the minimal required products like vents, basic solar panels, and such. Any help with pointy and precise knowledge is always greeted.
IV. Economic rivalry is always a good thing to arouse companies' interest in the field.
V. Right now we have built its basic function, but a few things would be considered needed eventually, like a gravity ring, and fuel depot, these could ease travels to the Moon, making it the next step of space exploration reachable.
