One proviso - as an untrained Force Sensitive, I would say that at best his abilities are entirely undisciplined. He would not be able to use any telekinesis, save for as an instinctive reaction to, say, extreme danger. Enhance reflexes are fine however.

Thank you! I'd say- to the proviso- that he has been self-training for decades, but can hardly move something the weight of a lighter blaster pistol, if this is fine. If not, I'm fine with it, as you are the OP here. I was mainly just going to use it for aesthetic anyways.

The Force is very difficult to master, even in small ways, without proper training. Unless you have a proper teacher or someone to guide you, most Force sensitives barely go beyond the most rudimentary of abilities, like improved reflexes or a vague precognitive feeling.

Biography:
Edwin was born to two human parent on the planet Kuat. His parents were technicians and helped assemble starships for the galaxy. Prior to the Naboo Crisis they mainly focused on security ships and yachts for the ultra-wealthy. He grew up learning on the industrious streets of Kuat going to school during the day and sneaking away to cause mischief with friends. One particular night though he was sought out by security personnel. He initially ran, hid, and evaded the security for several minutes. When finally caught he was transported not home, or to the holding station. Edwin made it to a local medical center, his mother, while working on a ship had a part break free from a clamp tumbling onto her causing mortal internal wounds. As he cried and blamed himself for being unable to be by his mother's side longer, she slipped into the next life. This moment would harden him later in life and bring the more stoic nature out.

His father Clark did his best to raise him alone while working, Edwin did go to school but fell more disinterested and behind. His father began dating and later married a Twi'lek woman named Arda. He held no resentment for Arda, she also did not try to replace his mother. Instead the curated their own bond. Arda taught a teenage Edwin how to fly in the vastness of space and how to spot some celestial dangers.

He started working for a local security company out of school. At 19 the Naboo crisis came to a head, inspired by the security forces of Naboo, Gungans, and the brave Jedi that assisted in the resolution of the crisis he signed up to become part of the Republic Security Forces. This allowed him to take part in many small raids on pirates and spice cartels. This continued until the announcement of the formation of the Confederacy of Independent Systems by Count Dooku. He followed the debate on the Military Creation Act that was active on Coruscant on the chance he may volunteer to be apart of the initial forces. He later enlisted in Republic Supported non-clone military assets. He served as an Field Intelligence Analyst on planets that were needing Republic support but were not given Clone support. Through this he began a small network for information sharing from the urchin class on the planets. He was able to relate to most of them on a personal basis. This was especially helpful when he did a short rotation on Antar 4. He was training locals to resist the Separatist forces and puppet government installed.

He continued his work and when the Clone Wars ended he quietly exited his military and intelligence life. When the Galactic Empire was announced for the first time since his mother died he felt real fear. He feared what may be happening in the galaxy at large. One year in and he saved enough money to purchase an aging ST-70 Assault Ship to do small cargo runs and some light bounty hunting. He procured a specialized set of armor, some weapons from the Clone Wars he was familiar with, and purchased a new DT-29 blaster. He called it his pride and joy. Then quickly over the holonet news came from Antar 4. There were mass arrests, executions, and massacres. Images and holovids flooded his feed, some may have been those he trained all those years ago. The Antar Atrocity was real, it sickened Edwin and he began in his mind aligning himself against the Empire.

Shortly after this, he would learn that his wife was pregnant, and then began new dark premonitions: this time, of his wife's death in childbed.

Anakin would be appointed to the Jedi Council as the Chancellor's representative, but the Council would not grant him the rank of Master, which would infuriate an already extremely mistrustful Anakin. Obi-Wan's taking the Council's side, and asking Anakin to spy on the Chancellor, shook his faith even in his former Jedi Master. The Chancellor would begin to give Anakin hope of saving his wife by telling him the tale of a forbidden Sith power that might yet prevent her death, and eventually reveal to Anakin his status as the Dark Lord of the Sith behind the war.

At first, Anakin would go to Mace Windu to report this, but eventually, would change his mind and go to the Chancellor's Office - right on time to discover much of the Jedi Council on-world was dead, and Mace Windu was about to kill Palpatine. Anakin, in his desperation and fear for his wife, would land a decisive blow that would allow Palpatine to kill the Jedi Council Master. Full of a mix of regret and relief, Anakin would submit to Palpatine - now revealed as Darth Sidious - in order to become a Sith Lord and use the powers of the Dark Side, of the Sith, to save Padme.

Anakin would be proclaimed Darth Vader, and would go forth to lead the 501^st Legion to march on the Jedi Temple to slaughter most of the Jedi there, taking only a handful prisoner, especially those who would return when a beacon there was set off announcing the end of the war. Anakin would then go to his wife and inform her to stay safe, that he was working to end the war, before heading to Mustafar.

On Mustafar, Anakin would slaughter the Separatist leadership and send the deactivation codes for the Droid Army, coinciding with the dissolution of the Republic and the birth of the Empire. When Padme unexpectedly arrived, Anakin was fully embracing the Dark Side; it had intoxicated him, made him unbalanced, and that unbalanced nature of his mind led to him choking his wife when he believed that she had brought Obi-Wan Kenobi with her to kill him.

Anakin and his former Jedi Master would fight; eventually, Kenobi would win the high ground, and in his intoxicated state, Anakin would end up overestimating his own ability - losing his remaining organic limbs in the process, before suffering horrid burns on the lava river banks of Mustafar itself. Delirious and half-dead, Anakin pulled himself away from the lava-river through sheer force of will, and was eventually retrieved by the now-Emperor Palpatine and taken back to a medical facility on Coruscant, where he would be briefly treated by several surgeries and a few bacta patches as his new life-support suit was assembled around him.

It was through his new breathing apparatus that doubled as a helmet for his armor and audiovisual aid that Anakin would inquire after his wife, only to learn that in his delirium, he had killed her and his unborn child. The betrayal and loss of the Jedi, the betrayal and loss of his former Master and his wife, along with the fresh pain and hatred and rage forged by the fires of Mustafar, finally boiled over. Anakin died with one final wail of pain and anguish.

In his place, Darth Vader was born. Vader would go on to recruit the few Jedi left alive in Imperial custody for the Emperor's new Imperial Inquistorius over the next year, forcibly breaking them down and making them Fall in order to more easily accept their role. Vader would also be something of a nebulous figure in Imperial command outside of the Inquisitorius, until very recently wherein the Emperor addressed all major Imperial commanders and referred to him as 'Lord Vader,' who spoke with the Emperor's authority in the Imperial Military.

Vader made examples out of four random Imperial officers, noting how disloyalty and disobedience would be harshly punished, as would failure. Now, Vader has prepared his Inquisitors to serve the Empire, by their service to himself and the Emperor. He hunts for surviving Jedi with absolute ruthlessness, intending on no less than their deaths or subjugation in order to kill others. Most of all, though, Vader wishes to find and kill Kenobi, though the Jedi Master eludes him...

Afterward, he helped Padme get to Geonosis to investigate matters there, it proved the Separatists were forging a Droid Army and intended to separate from the Republic by violent means. After a confrontation with Count Dooku - secretly the Sith Lord Darth Tyranus - Anakin lost his right arm below the elbow. It was her comfort of him both after his mother's death, the slaughter of the Tusken tribe, and after the loss against Dooku that solidified Anakin's feelings for Padme, and she returned them gladly; they secretly married after this, and the Clone Wars began.

During the Clone Wars, Anakin Skywalker would become a Jedi Knight and become dubbed the Hero With No Fear, for his valiant efforts and his ceaseless pursuance of victory for the Republic. He also gained a reputation for his dark temper among those who knew him well, and as the Clone Wars dragged on, so too did Anakin's mistrust of the Jedi Council and his closeness to Chancellor Palpatine and to his wife. During the Battle of Christophsis, Anakin would be assigned his own Padawan in an effort to temper him - Ahsoka Tano.

Though rocky at first, Anakin and Ahsoka's relationship became much closer after the Battle, and continued to grow from there. Anakin began to view Ahsoka as something like family, as much as she was his Padawan, and she viewed him similarly. Their bond only strengthened as they fought in battle after battle together in the Clone Wars. When Ahsoka Tano was framed for the bombing of the Jedi Temple, Anakin once again tapped mildly into the Dark Side during his search for and eventual confrontation with the true culprit - Barris Offee, a former friend of Ahsoka's. Anakin was heartbroken when Ahsoka chose not to return to the Jedi Order and instead chose to leave, and much of what remained of Anakin's trust in the Jedi Council was shaken - or perhaps even close to its breaking point.

A little over a year later, and Anakin would be recalled to save the Chancellor after he was abducted from Coruscant by an all-out assault by the CIS led by both Dooku and General Grievous; having to leave the Siege of Mandalore to his former Padawan. This would be the last time he saw her for many, many years - most of them spent thinking she was quite possibly dead. It was during Anakin's rescue of the Chancellor that the Jedi Knight defeated Dooku, and killed him at the Chancellor's orders. Shortly after this, he would learn that his wife was pregnant, and then began new dark premonitions: this time, of his wife's death in childbed.

Anakin would be appointed to the Jedi Council as the Chancellor's representative, but the Council would not grant him the rank of Master, which would infuriate an already extremely mistrustful Anakin. Obi-Wan's taking the Council's side, and asking Anakin to spy on the Chancellor, shook his faith even in his former Jedi Master. The Chancellor would begin to give Anakin hope of saving his wife by telling him the tale of a forbidden Sith power that might yet prevent her death, and eventually reveal to Anakin his status as the Dark Lord of the Sith behind the war.

At first, Anakin would go to Mace Windu to report this, but eventually, would change his mind and go to the Chancellor's Office - right on time to discover much of the Jedi Council on-world was dead, and Mace Windu was about to kill Palpatine. Anakin, in his desperation and fear for his wife, would land a decisive blow that would allow Palpatine to kill the Jedi Council Master. Full of a mix of regret and relief, Anakin would submit to Palpatine - now revealed as Darth Sidious - in order to become a Sith Lord and use the powers of the Dark Side, of the Sith, to save Padme.

Anakin would be proclaimed Darth Vader, and would go forth to lead the 501^st Legion to march on the Jedi Temple to slaughter most of the Jedi there, taking only a handful prisoner, especially those who would return when a beacon there was set off announcing the end of the war. Anakin would then go to his wife and inform her to stay safe, that he was working to end the war, before heading to Mustafar.

On Mustafar, Anakin would slaughter the Separatist leadership and send the deactivation codes for the Droid Army, coinciding with the dissolution of the Republic and the birth of the Empire. When Padme unexpectedly arrived, Anakin was fully embracing the Dark Side; it had intoxicated him, made him unbalanced, and that unbalanced nature of his mind led to him choking his wife when he believed that she had brought Obi-Wan Kenobi with her to kill him.

Anakin and his former Jedi Master would fight; eventually, Kenobi would win the high ground, and in his intoxicated state, Anakin would end up overestimating his own ability - losing his remaining organic limbs in the process, before suffering horrid burns on the lava river banks of Mustafar itself. Delirious and half-dead, Anakin pulled himself away from the lava-river through sheer force of will, and was eventually retrieved by the now-Emperor Palpatine and taken back to a medical facility on Coruscant, where he would be briefly treated by several surgeries and a few bacta patches as his new life-support suit was assembled around him.

It was through his new breathing apparatus that doubled as a helmet for his armor and audiovisual aid that Anakin would inquire after his wife, only to learn that in his delirium, he had killed her and his unborn child. The betrayal and loss of the Jedi, the betrayal and loss of his former Master and his wife, along with the fresh pain and hatred and rage forged by the fires of Mustafar, finally boiled over. Anakin died with one final wail of pain and anguish.

In his place, Darth Vader was born. Vader would go on to recruit the few Jedi left alive in Imperial custody for the Emperor's new Imperial Inquistorius over the next year, forcibly breaking them down and making them Fall in order to more easily accept their role. Vader would also be something of a nebulous figure in Imperial command outside of the Inquisitorius, until very recently wherein the Emperor addressed all major Imperial commanders and referred to him as 'Lord Vader,' who spoke with the Emperor's authority in the Imperial Military.

Vader made examples out of four random Imperial officers, noting how disloyalty and disobedience would be harshly punished, as would failure. Now, Vader has prepared his Inquisitors to serve the Empire, by their service to himself and the Emperor. He hunts for surviving Jedi with absolute ruthlessness, intending on no less than their deaths or subjugation in order to kill others. Most of all, though, Vader wishes to find and kill Kenobi, though the Jedi Master eludes him...

Personality: Studious and pious, Oberan seems to exude an aura of supreme confidence in himself and his decisions. Skills/Powers: From a young age, Oberan displayed an prodigal talent at lightsabre combat, defeating many of his class and often facing down those of older years, therefore it wa unsurprising when he became a master of Form IV, Ataru. He is an aggressive fighter, seeking to dominate his foes, yet he is not entirely unobservant, having trained himself in Form III, Soresu, should the situation arise for it. His primary use of the force was the accentuate his fighing, utilisng powers such as force speed, force valour, and control pain to see this goal through. However, his fimr belief in the Order's ideals saw him attain some level of mastery in the art of force healing to ease the pain of suffering for those he encountered. An introspective being, he also utilises the abilities of Force Sense when he feels lost of that the balance of the Force feels off.

Biography: Born on Corellia, Oberan remembers very little of his early life, other than the certainty that he had a mother and a father, he knows he has a sister that was later taken by the Order, yet he has had no contact with her since hearing this news. He remembers little of his circumstances, much of his early life obscure to him prior to his adoption by the Order and he likes it this way. Founded without prior attachments, he was an ideal student for the Jedi Academy, but his potential was frustrated by his lack of interest in the lifestyle.

Much unlike the ideals he would later uphold, Oberan was an unruly child in the Academy, excitingly utilising his powers with the force to pull pranks while capitalising on his keen duelling skills to impose his superiority amongst his comrades, hs mentors were concerned that his personality might impede his ascension Padawan. However, a Jedi Master had arrived to the Academy and heard of the boy's ability and his flaws. Taking the child aside, he spoke truly to him, informing him of the risk his actions were carrying. Reminding the boy of why he was in the Order and the inque circumstances he had found himself in, he urged Oberan to take himself more seriously. At first, Oberan was slow on the uptake of this advice, but slowly he came round to this lesson. He went from making fun of those that couldn't keep up with him to trying to help them, applying himself more keenly in study. Of course, he still maintained his habit of committing pranks, some things couldn't entirely be removed.

When the day came to mark he graduation from Academy to Padawan, he was chosen by Jedi Master Arctos Phall, the same Jedi Master that had facilitated his shift in personality. Under Arctos, Oberan flourished into a capable Padawan, while Arctos did not shy away from showing him the true realities of the galaxy. War and hardship were as common a sight for Oberan as diplomatic meetings and peace talks. These lessons imprinted on him the need for the Republic to fulfill its stated goal and the necessity for the Jedi to become active in ensuring the well-being of the galaxy.

He was 22 when he graduated from Padawan to Jedi Knight, a moment that still fills him with pride. The period between his graduation and the Clone Wars was filled with study and expeditions, Oberan gaining a respectable knowledge of the history of the Jedi, frequently being spotted at excavation sites when not on diplomatic or humanitarian missions. The emergence of the Separatists proved especially concerning for him, working overtime in an attempt to maintain the allegiance of a number of planets for . It was on one of these missions that the Clone Wars broke out. Angered at not being part of the Jedi Strike Force, he finished his mission before returning to Coruscant to take command of a clone force.

Placed in command of the 458th Ranging Battalion, Oberan worked on the fringe locations of the war, serving to pre-empt where the Seperatists would strike next and inform both the Republic and serve as a holding force until reinforcements arrived. It was this far ranging tactic that enabled his survival during Order 66. Arriving on the planet Myskyr, he opted to depart on a mission with minimal guard, finding an ancient Jedi Temple. As he began basic excavations and cataloging the existence of the temple, a powerful disturbance in the force ripped through him. He found his clone guard turning on him, though taken aback he slew them before fleeing the Temple. With his presence still hunted on the planet, he arrived in Cantalina, a backwater town on the planet and lay low. Allowing his hair and beard to grow out, he is attempting to fulfil the last order he was given, to survive. All he knows now is that he must get off this world, but where to afterwards if beyond him.

Vader is likely not participating in anything public for Empire Day. At this time, he is still much more focused on hunting down the remaining jedi and being the enforcer behind the scenes.

So if you want to send him somewhere, or keep him on Coruscant, either works.
