That’s not really okay right? How good are the UK’s counter terrorist and law enforcement units? And would Ireland cooperate?
That's usually how peace agreements work in situations like this. Everyone stops fighting, comes to the table, agrees to a set of guidelines both sides respect and if anyone starts breaking them the fighting comes back.
