I'd say it represents the American senate. I... don't have much to add, this is a seal, a real one representing the US government, I don't have much to say nor meaning to interpret a real seal.

Blue line could represent the sky, maybe some values valued by the country like Peace or freedom, since the sky is pretty much the last barrier to someone. Dark blue could represent the sea, fishing and/or the navy being an important part of the country's economy and culture, with legends of monsters roaming this natural barrier.

Green may represent the soil and fertility, since growing food 8s quite important if you don't want to starve to death.

I'm guessing the antler on the flag is the national animal. Antlers represent strength, and power, which reflects the spirit of the nation. Orange and red also represent strength, and red represents power and vitality. AN's spirit are based on these principles.

I don't think I need to go too into depth. Everything screams a cry for the revival of a new German Empire akin to the Holy Roman Empire and the Kaiserreich pre-1918. Especially the eagle.

The swords imply strength, possibly aggression. The eyes are a reminder of someone always watching- given the Iron Fist Consumerist category I'm guessing either the state or some kind of corporate conglomerate/bank. All the squiggles, I'm not sure. They seem to put me off-balance. Maybe they're there to disorient or mesmerize in some way? There are a few other elements that I can't identify.

The pattern on the right is that of some sacred sword sheath. The main symbol represents the time the nation was founded, when two seahorses mated during a solar eclipse.
