Of the two AN's, which one is most likely to end in a coup

This game is pretty simple. Of the two nations above where you're posting, decide which one is more likely to end up in a coup'de'tat, regardless of if it's successful or not. Base this on the flag, their factbooks, whatever you wish I suppose.

For example, if my nation and The Orwell Society had posted, and you had to choose which one would be more likely to end up in a coup'de'tat, you'd probably pick mine, I'm a much stricter dictator than Orwell is lol. (No offense Orwell!)

It's kind of too hard to tell, both countries are really similar stats and policy-wise.
The only thing I could think of is a mild coup more intended to bring attention to and protest the politicians who chose the name "Kahekordne Union of Spib"
