We are also dedicated to helping other countries in need such as ones in financial collapse. This alliance is also closely tied to IETM.

You agree to the following terms:
Article I:
If any fellow nation of ITOFN is attacked all nations must come to that nations aid and declare war on the agresser.
Article II:
If any nation in ITOFN or closely tied alliance is in a state of economic collapse fellow nations must come to their aid.
Article III
All nations in ITOFN have access to fellow members territorial waters for trade but not for resource collection, unless other nations explicitly give you that right.
Article IV:
ITOFN will have a Security council(ITOFNSC) composed of three nations in charge of passing any proposal for amendments to this document.
Article V:
The ITOFNSC is elected through a vote of all member nations apart of the Alliance
Article VI:
In addition to the ITOFNSC members being elected one of those members will be Elected President of the ITOFNSC who is in charge of running the ITOFNSC's procedures.
Article VII:
The President of the ITOFNSC is elected by a pure popular vote of all nations in the alliance.
Article VIII:
All nations are eligible to run for Security Council, but nations may not vote for themselves.
Article IX:
All nations may serve on the Security Council an unlimited times, a nation may only be president for three elections, unless all nations on the council have already been the presedent, then all nations are aloud to run.
Article X:
Elections happen every year(OOC: 1 month), unless the Security council calls for an Immediate election.
Article XI:
The Security Council must deliver a verdict that is at least two in favor or two against.
Article XII:
When all votes are cast, the person with the most votes is elected into the council. Then the vote is repeated without the people who are already in the council and again the person with the most votes is elected into the council. This will be repeated until all nine members are elected.

When calculating the results after the election the council members will be chosen first the person with the most votes_{no idea how you tried to write it}, Then the nations will re-vote but not for the now Council Member_WHAT? they will then chose the one with most votes again. They will repeat that cycle till a_all members have been chosen.
