As I have said that depends on what type of soldier were talking about and indeed a conscript is much cheaper than sophisticated equipment. But that’s no conscripts we’re talking about- that are soldiers deemed fit for overseas service, and each of them costs us an average sum of 75 grand! You don’t expect us to waste all that money for saving some nobody!

We too will fight with heavy casualties if the need will arise, however because most of the case we can avoid them, we prefer to minimize material losses and damage. Although a good idea on paper we cannot get behind it due to budget constraints. Let’s say that you want to “outprice” the slave market around 20%- that would be a sort of proficient that I would be looking for if I wanted to change my economical system from using slave labor- counting in all losses that such a move might bring alone and still ending up in net positive. Now let’s take a look at a prime example of how a modern slave market looks like- we’ll be using The Fenwick Foundation because we’ve got plenty of their internal audit documents- and given their marginal earnings of around 700 billion USD you’re ending up with a market where you have to spend 840 billions of dollars simply supporting that shop of yours,- the Lakan ambassador would say, closing his calculator,- to me it seems that there is a much simpler way!
