It's quite nice, gives a feeling of power (like the [url=nationstates.net/images/banners/samples/b43.jpg]Socialism policy image[/url]). I like its symmetry. However, something doesn't feel right about it, and I can't seem to place what. Maybe it's the fact that it looks to be from a videogame, or that the colours aren't really saturated compared to your flag, idk. I'd prefer an image of the real Capitol.

As far as I can tell, Frisemark seems to be a mixture between Denmark and Friesland in Germany/Netherlands.

The snow covered village fits to this. Several other banners, some are fitting standard ones were chosen from the pool.

6-7/10.
