The Ministry of Trade directly hosted the slave trade.

The Defence Army of Tonga is known for treating citizens in the wars and POWs violently, who are proved to be doing genocides and massacres in Aursi and Roman Imperium. They have been imprisoning the POWs in the Romanic Imperium Civil War, treating them as slaves, under the leadership of former president Siasio Sovaleni. They followed all orders from him, even doing a massacre after knowing Tonga will lose in Operation Liberation. The army did not show any disobedience to the anti-human orders, making the whole military force guilty of the crimes as well.

Since President Siasio Sovaleni has suicided before we capture him, and the new president was not actually involved in the slave trade crisis, the only target entities to be tried will be the Defence Army of Tonga and the Ministry of Trade.

Expected penalty: Life imprisonment
