Just two hours into their short sleep, the Kig-Yar that surrounded the team on night shift were shot down before the team even attempted to wake up suddenly. Kamenashi bumps her head on her stave, with little stars circling around her head in dizziness for a few seconds. Tsutsumi has finished her meditating, but it wasn't enough to heal her fully.

Kamenashi, Guardian of Capricorn: "Oww! What blast'd daws has't (blasted fools have) gotten themselves into?"

The other Zodiac Order members quickly responded as they finished waking up.

Kalindi Vachan, Guardian of Leo: "This is gonna be my day, back in my early days."
Tiffany, Guardian of Virgo: "If only we have ourselves our own army of ourselves."
Liang Zhenyin, Guardian of Aries: "Just like what it was back in Meridia, too!"

Then the founder of the Zodiac Order responded as the whole team slowly close in on themselves in a tight circle, in a defensive stance.

Because his health is already down to about 80%, he stops acting honorable with his melee attacks and switches to ranged weapons of his own. And he will NOT play nice against melee-oriented enemies. This will make Lena focus on fighting against melee opponents for him. Surrounded by so many enemies, Tsutsumi only has one line to say to the team.

As the fighting now has resumed, albeit still mostly fatigued but will try, Ramona, Lucian, Liang and Kalindi encourages the team and some KSEF Sangheili to keep going until every single part of their body doesn’t move anymore and fidgeting of their weapons’ grip begins from their excessive sweat. They only so much stamina to conserve, yet their honorbound code is within all their blood.

At the same time all around them, nodes across the map on both sides are getting hammered, yet on the Kovunanto-controlled fronts, the pylon shields instantly forces any foolish pilot and its crew of any aircraft in the sky that touches the edge of the pylon shields to bail out, as the pylon shields also act as instant teleportation fields on a localized radius around these ground placements the Kovunanto sets up.

The third wave from much earlier may have been wiped out by around nine in the morning, but there’s a fifth bigger wave in response to keep their pylons up and to secure their half of Gensokyo. They’re sending in 25 million out of the portal techs, and battle fatigue is dropped from 90% to 20%. Still no ships will enter Gensokyo because of the impenetrable shield. 5 million of each caste: Unggoy, Kig-Yar, Yanme’e, Jiralhanae, and Sangheili, are deployed. The Kovunanto’s main base in northwest Gensokyo will now start producing its own ground units and vehicles, as well as air vehicles rather than having to use portal techs straight from home territory, queuing them in a looping pattern until reaching the maximum allowed on the field at a time, but it will take some seconds per queue.

Using the node network along with the aid of these teleportation fields, it only works on the Kovunanto side, which will allow them to speed up reinforcement arrival to other friendly nodes without the need to traverse days between them on foot or in a vehicle. The pylon shield bubbles extend upward to half-kilometer and in all directions up to one kilometer in diameter. With these 25 million ready to fight, they use the node network to fast-travel straight into the action in three different locations: the Scarlet Mansion, Sanzu River, and the Nameless Hill zones. The music changes into an almost victorious situation for the Kovunanto.

From six to seven in the morning, the enemy Power Core is under attack, taking some fuel rod barrages from Banshees, semi-auto red plasma fire from some Phantoms, and large groups of Kovunanto forces attacking the enemy main base. They’re able to sabotage part of the base with aerial fire, whilst Ghosts, Brute Choppers and Prowlers mop up the main defenders. However, by seven in the morning, the Nameless Hill node is lost to the enemy, and the platform of the enemy Power Core is lowered with the roof closed.

A forecast has been made calling for a heat index advisory, meaning that anything strenous like fighting needs to be restricted to the minimum, and recommendation to exercise extreme caution while outside, as sun exposure with high temperature and humidity without adequate preparations will cause many health-related problems.

“It’s going to be hotter than normal for today. Restrict your outdoor activities, please be really careful, as high temperatures and humidity will linger into the evening. A heat index advisory is now in effect for all of Gensokyo!”

Kamenashi upon hearing the vocal weather forecast immediately decides to swoop back down to the ground, but instead of attacking and providing support, she temporarily breaks up the fight like a referee back on the ground.

Kamenashi Utemara, Guardian of Capricorn: “I ain’t fighting with thee until this blast'd heateth (blasted heat) wave is ov'r, so let’s consume together! Don’t wanteth to beest (want to be) all smelly in this dresseth!” (dress)
Sangheili High Councilor St Ramona: (translated from Romanian) “Yeah, let’s have a huge picnic. Bring out your stuff.”
Kamenashi Utemara, Guardian of Capricorn: “All righty then! BREAK TIME! TIMEOUT!”

She then brings out some magical rugs and brown baskets from thin air, and in front of everyone are all the ready-made delicious foods and treats, even though none of them are normally suitable for aliens.

Kamenashi Utemara, Guardian of Capricorn: “Thee don’t wanteth to square while on an exsufflicate stomach, don’t thee all? Let’s consume h're in the big shadeth!” (Translation: “You don’t want to fight while on an empty stomach, don’t you all? Let’s eat here in the big shade!”)

This feast doesn’t seem to apply to the rest of Gensokyo, so all the other forces on both sides and Daze are not invited in. This is to give a chance for nearly the whole team to regain their fighting spirit while the sun is beaming down hard. Not only that, but the environment begins to brighten up with beautiful colors but fewer clouds, being the sunniest day so far.

Some team members are badly damaged, St Ramona has taken the most hurt so far with two health stacks remaining, Tiffany and Veto is badly bloodied, and the Twins are close to dying with no health stacks left. Kamenashi only took minor damage, and Daze is the only one that isn't with the party at the time.

Daze by now should be up and awake, eaten her own fairy-oriented food by herself, washed away the stains of her weapon, and preparing to head out of the tiny dwelling in Misty Lake, but as she hasn’t received new orders yet from St Ramona, she still assume she follows the last orders sent, but in a different area of Gensokyo. Daze's health has been restored to full from a restful sleep.

Staging Point Velder

The Allied forces hold their ground, defending Staging Point Velder. After pressing calls from senior and junior commanders, the Allied Forces finally was forced to do one thing nobody expected the Lord Admiral and his cronies back at the Sanctuary System to do, however distasteful the decision could be: they called in their ally.. Already two minutes had passed while the Allied Forces were losing ground...

...and then, they appeared. Portals began opening up throughout Staging Point Velder as millions of Novayan soldiers and Halberdiers swarmed in to overwhelm the enemy positions. However, the Novayan soldiers sent to assail the enemy forces attacking Staging Point Velder were not Novayan forces, but rather a faction of undetermined origin. Unlike the Novayan Forces proper, these Novayan faction have thaumaturges whose thaumaturgy spewed darkness throughout Staging Point Velder, and this darkness, one that light, fire or even holy light can only penetrate for but a short time, is far more colder than any other evil darknesses - a darkness far more ancient, far more colder, far more hateful.

And unlike the Novayan Forces and their allies, this army of Novayan forces weren't the kind of professional soldiers and warriors, but rather an army of soldiers, holy and unholy warriors who ranged from the strict and professional to fanatical to even the most rabidly loyal and fanatically deranged. This was shown when the more fanatical and deranged elements of these Novayan forces - or Imperial forces, as Allied Forces ground soldiers warned their Kovunanto counterparts - and even the more professional ones engaged the Kovunanto forces in a melee combat that is more vicious, ferocious, bloodier and even more gorier. Some of the portals then began unleashing orange and red lightning bolts that would shatter the Kovunanto air forces, while other portals spewed fighter squadrons that decimated the remainder of the Kovunanto air forces present.

The Imperial forces turned the tables as they surrounded the Kovunanto forces attacking Staging Point Velder and proceeded to slaughter the alien forces attacking. The brutality of the Imperial forces will have shocked EVEN those of the Kovunanto Space Extermination Force present, who have never seen one Novayan army causing a slaughter unprecedented. And though the KSEF would escape from the slaughterhouse that is the Staging Point Velder alongside those that did managed to escape, even they would notice how the Allied Forces defending the base weren't even inclined to fight the Kovunanto forces.

Throughout Gensokyo

Allied Forces began sending in more ground and air forces to match those of the Kovunanto's. Following the example of the Imperial forces who swarmed the alien forces, multiple portals opened up throughout Allied-controlled territories. Allied territories will then be fortified to

Under the Lord Admiral's initiative, Staging Point Velder is to be capable of producing its own ground and air forces. With assistance from the Imperial forces present, Staging Point Velder is rapidly expanded to allow for production of its own combat ground and air forces. It is unclear how or why they have to have Staging Point Velder produce its own combat ground and air units - some say it is an anomalous gimmick around here while others say Gensokyo is already an anomalous world. However, in agreeing to help build the "production facilities" needed to win the battle, the Imperial forces were to be allowed to stay in Staging Point Velder and the Human Village and act as their main defense forces - something the Allied Forces protested but had to do this.

And now, Staging Point Velder began producing its own combat ground and air units. In order to adapt to the Kovunanto's military doctrines for this battle, Allied strategists decided to use a thaumaturgical instant teleportation network to go to and from various zones instantly. This instant teleportation network is based on studies of a network of Teleport Waypoints found in Teyvat. To also prepare for the next wave, the Allied forces rapidly built defenses, fortifications and ground placements that were conventional and exotic - tesla coils, prism towers, psychic towers, gatling cannons, vehicle bunkers, barbed wires, machine gun nests, trenches, bunkers, flak guns, anti-air weapons batteries, and foxholes. Defensive positions, kill-zones and chokepoints were identified and utilized, as well as as locations that would see the use of area denial strategies by the Allied Forces. Also, the Allied use of pylon shields were necessary to defend the Allied-controlled nodes.

25 million Allied ground units were deployed. They consist of conventional forces as well as more exotic units: Shock Troopers (stronger version of the Tesla Troopers), psychic troopers, thaumaturges, tesla tanks, double-barreled heavy tanks, mind-controller tanks (aka Masterminds), heavy troopers, powered suit troopers, power armor-equipped soldiers, and so much more. The power armor helped cool the Allied soldiers, while every combat vehicles and aerospacecraft were fitted with air conditioning systems to help cool the Allied pilots and aerospacecraft crews.

Extra Scene - Part 2

Before any of the Allied Heroes replied, a group of Novayan soldiers appeared, ready to fight. Surely, the Aether Team and the KSEF will handle them but if one takes a good look at these soldiers, the Aether Team would find that these aren't actually Novayan soldiers but a group of 50 soldiers who looked crazed and deranged. "Who are they!?" asked Merlin. "His Imperial Regency sent these soldiers to check up on us," replied Jeanne, "just like he promised." Imperial Knight Heinrich then said to the KSEF and Aether Team, "Jeanne and I did NOT called these frontline grunts here; His Imperial Regency had sent them to check up on us as he promised over and over again. We have NOTHING to do with calling these guys here!"

An additional 151 of these soldiers soon joined in to surround the Aether Team and the KSEF. The last grunt then approached Jeanne and Heinrich just to pull out a shell, which spews forth a dark cloud that soon takes on the form of someone in a WWII-era German military uniform with a battle-worn/tattered cloak on their person, as well as a long hair (tied to a ponytail) and a crown; the Aether Team and KSEF can't clearly see due to the dark cloud's form being utterly and completely vague. "So, these are the "Aether Team" who sought to get their prized item?" the unknown figure said, "How pathetic of you Aetherists to lure my loyal warriors and Imperial Knights into your brand of DEGENERACY!" The two Imperial Knights alongside Scarlamoch and the Shaded Knight soon knelt down and said altogether, "Your Imperial Regency! We have been asked to eat with them!"

His Imperial Regency turns to the Aether Team and snarled with a hate that makes the KSEF's kill counts too tame, "You DARED to bribe my warriors with food, just to stab them in the backs?! You're going to SUFFER for who YOU AND YOUR FELLOW AETHERISTS are." This guy had an attitude.

"We'll provide military-grade combat hazmat suits, however, since you might encounter Originium Slugs, but there are differences on how they behave depending on their sizes: the small ones will leave you alone if you also leave them alone, the bigger ones you will have to watch out for. Also, on Terra there existed the nomadic cities, which can divide itself into multiple city blocks or can group up into one nomadic city. This was so because of the Catastrophes, which were natural disasters."

Borealis III then said, "Currently, Triumvirate and allied forces had occupied the Empire of Ursus, which is a nasty case of affairs because it committed multiple crimes against humanity just by sending political opponents and Infected to Originium mining camps; if the mining camps ran out of Originium, then the political opponents, Infected and prisoners were killed by the guards, who will then cover the whole thing up as if nothing had ever happened. Our invasion of Ursus had shattered its national and imperialistic pride and destroyed the very institutions that propagated the Ursusians' hatred for the Infected. Not even the Ursusian Imperial Army can stop the invasion; they utilized Originium Caster staves and modernized medieval weapons to fight us, while we have combat aerospacecraft, infantry weapons and combat vehicles that ultimately shattered Ursus. Ursus' swords, shields, bows and arrows, crossbows, Originium Caster staves and mortars have met and fell before our bombs, missiles, rockets, grenades, energy projectiles/bolts, bullets and shells.
"Needless to say, our invasion and occupation and the fall of Ursus sent shockwaves throughout Terranian civilizations. Leithanien, Victoria, Yan, Columbia, Kazimierz, Rim Billiton, Laterano, Iberia, Syracusa, Higashi and Kazdel - which fell under the Military Commission of Kazdel and the Regent Theresis and is currently being rebuilt - were shocked at how fast the Triumvirate and its allies conquered Ursus, in just a matter of a few days. A number of Terranian states sent spies and agents to infiltrate, gather information, and destabilize the Triumvirate's military occupation. The result? Their agents and spies were either killed or captured and interrogated because none of them didn't think that the Triumvirate occupational forces consisted mostly of humanoids, the majority of which were humans. Columbia, Leithanian, Victoria, and Yan were ratted out by their own captured-and-interrogated agents and spies. Thanks to that, the Triumvirate's ire is directed at those four nations, forcing them to ask the UN to let them join. Their plans to join out of not wanting to be invaded by the Triumvirate is still under discussions, though.
The Kazdel Military Commission, Laterano and Kazimierz were the only ones to not send their own after knowing full well the differences in technology between Terra, Earth, Aeras and the Triumvirate. Even if they did, their agents must only ask the occupation authorities themselves and their spies take a look at what the occupation looked like. Nevertheless, all three were smart enough not to piss off the Triumvirate."

He added, "Oh, and before you say anything, we only use flamethrowers to burn down fortresses the Ursusian Army have used. Acts of vengeance perpetrated and war crimes by Triumvirate soldiers were severely punished. When the Imperial government ultimately surrendered alongside those who follow the Emperor, the Emperor and his advisors, generals and ministers presented themselves to sign the Ursusian Instrument of Surrender that was televised across all of the Sol Trinary System. The Ursusians thought they would be punished, enslaved or even exterminated due to their crimes against all life. However, what the Ursusians expected from us is the complete opposite: we invaded only out of a moralistic mission, and instead of us enslaving or killing them we acted with mercy and restraint.
"In reading the terms of their nation's surrender, the Ursusians were humbled further. Acts of vengeance will not happen, and the Empire of Ursus will be rebuilt, reformed and allowed to grow out of its imperialistic mindset and come out as a state free from the stains of its darkest history. “I’ll inform my troops accordingly” said Beckett simply. “The force I’ll be sending now will only secure a safe area of operations, and later groups will bring the real supplies”

Group Aurek - Lieutenant Gaines

Four supply shuttles, two troop transports, and four escorting fighters flew through the atmosphere to the planet below. Group Aurek, under Lieutenant Gaines was tasked with delivering building supplies and food to the devastated planet below.

“Our landing is secured” said the pilot over the transport’s PA system.

“Copy that, Hawker” answered the Lieutenant. The transport shuttered down for a landing on its designated strip, and the twenty onboard Specialized Infantry troopers filed out. A few seconds later came two supply shuttles. While Lieutenant Gaines established directions with a Novayan officer, several soldiers surveyed the landscape. There were still areas visible that had clearly been the site of intense battle. “Listen up. We’ve got permission to set up a few dozen clinics throughout the city. Each clinic will have two troopers assigned, which means we’ll set up ten today. Everyone grab a speeder, get with your truck, and move out”

After the lieutenant’s command, the troopers did as instructed and escorted their trucks to the designated areas. Tents were propped up, tables were constructed, and the humanitarian aid was distributed. After most of the hungry were satisfied, the workers got to building as they assisted the Novayans and citizens in reconstructing houses, shops, and markets. While their supplies were limited, they did what they could until TF2 arrived.

Group Besh - Lieutenant Graves

“Listen up, everyone” said Graves over his headset, “We’ve got the hard job this time, so instructions are important. The city we’re assigned to has been utterly decimated by the war, so prepare for a lack of running water and electricity. We aren’t giving these people our Riftanium so we’re going about it the old fashioned way. Our friends from the REC our going to be doing the constructing, and we’re protecting them. We’re setting up ten clinics today, and each one will have two troopers assigned. Once we land, get a speeder from one of the supply ships, and escort the trucks to their designated location. You’ll figure out where to go once we land. We can’t start any fights, Looking at you, Trahn, so don’t get heated up. *Let’s put on our nice faces and go play with the rats”

Once on the ground, the soldiers received their assignments and broke up. Like in Ouraspol, the workers started right away on distributing food and supplies. Others split up and began delivering planks and sheets of metal to places under construction.

The investigation has been completed, albeit slow due to the wide array of measures being used appropriate to protocol. Patchouli Knowledge and Koakuma are not amused when they finally found out that humans have snuck into the Great Library without authorization and even went as far as to destroy all the contents of the seven-page book, titled in Japanese: Genjitsu no Kaifuku ni Tsuite (On the Restoration of Realities). Infuriated at the news brought by Sakuya Izayoi, the Grand Servant of Remilia Scarlet, the one who is still in charge of this place, goes to inform her master that an intrusion of such scale has taken place.

When she comes to, she has already found the entire main floor cleared of the struggle, and almost at the same time, Flandre Scarlet was unable to find any playmates to screw it up. Amused at the sight, the latter decided to talk with Sakuya Izayoi like a typical lost child.

Flandre Scarlet: "Where's my master? Been wanting to play with her again."
Sakuya Izayoi: *sighs* "You little brat, I would've have her put you back in the cage by now."
Flandre Scarlet: *hisses* "Don't fool with me."
Sakuya Izayoi: "What's all this mess?"
Flandre Scarlet: "Oh, they were just... playing around when they shouldn't be. And then... they all left. Must go sleep now. Too tired to play."
Sakuya Izayoi: "Then quit wasting my time. Gotta clean up all the splatter and everything."

Later when Sakuya reaches Remilia's throne room, she kneels in front of her as usual.

Remilia Scarlet: "So... the fools got themselves away. Could've solve it all by myself, my slave."
Sakuya Izayoi: "Patchouli and Koakuma found out that the purple book was missing, and they burned it to nothing."
Remilia Scarlet: "It was an expensive project! Worth 250 million yen in our coffers for that one copy, took us 17 generations to write that thing, and they BURNED IT! What do you have to say now, slave?"
Sakuya Izayoi: "Send in a ambassador from the Lucians. He's coming back."
Remilia Scarlet: "I await for him until it's time. It's been a long while when we last had him. I will make good use of him and his people once again." *she smiles as she lets her go*

Sakuya then leaves the throne room, still neutral-aligned as she continues to mop the whole mansion up.

Gensokyo, Youkai Forest, Northwest
Day 4, 10:00 hours Gensokyo time

Daze in her fairy form approaches the Youkai Forest from north of Misty Lake past the fog and makes very good use of cover, but as she heads south at lightning speed, she comes across something she has never seen before. A pylon shield. Just as she came, she heads back west to Misty Lake, as the situation for her in this form is far too dangerous. Realizing she needs friends of her own, and the fact that there hasn't been a single fairy in the longest time since 210 years, she heads into the piles of mushrooms that were still standing on the east side of Misty Lake, stands in the middle, pulls out a natural instrument, and summons fairy reinforcements from the trees, mushrooms, and other flora around her. The ritual consists of three musical sequences that revolves around forests.

The fairies of Gensokyo all over the land... have now returned thanks to Daze's mystical powers of nature, and they are far more bloodthirsty and overzealous of their territory than they were when they used to be under the Scarlets, and they will do it all over again. From the lowly musical Prismrivers, yes... this includes Merlin Prismriver, all the way up to the infamous Cirno, the one who thinks she is the strongest yet idiotic at the same time and Daiyousei, is now back. Because of their recurring immortality status, even if they die since they're fragile in terms of durability, they'll regenerate their small health pools at a crazy rate and if they die, they'll just come back extremely quickly. To go further with such weaknesses and odd concepts of how they die under the current magic system by Remilia since over five centuries ago, as before when they were under the previous overly-fanatical Scarlet generations, their numbers swelled immensely, but as with the youkai, they cannot complete objectives, but they will destroy hostile nodes by the humans and protect friendly nodes under the Kovunanto, as well as to stay out of either side's main base. It is unknown exactly how many of the revived fairies are, but one purpose is clear from their dark past, since they don't seem to learn completely from it: To kill all Outsiders out of Gensokyo, by any means necessary, and can even sing overly patriotic, insulting, xenophobic phrases mid-battle at the top of their lungs.

Unlike humans and aliens alike, they don't require food or money to consume, since fairies live by nature, and although their intelligence is child-level and even forgotten everything they said after their terrible civil war and other conflicts that followed, still, they'll just be overzealous and out for the humans' blood, not for mischief anymore, but out of protecting nature and the very land they reside in. And they're going to make all human forces fight for their lives with inevitable futility, slowly but surely. The amount of danmaku they will throw out at enemies depends on the difficulty. Since this is on Legendary, all of the tactics the fairies will put on display as before will be out in force.

Their tiny size, just like Daze, will be a huge advantage, their melee weapons are just as super sharp as Daze's with many variations, but if attacked directly will use danmaku for self-defense. They were ALSO the ones who tortured humans to death before back in their old days in the old Scarlet generations' concentration camps, and even had flags that bear the Imperial Rising Sun, but with a black sun and red and black stripes to blot out humanity and ANYONE ELSE that defiles nature and anything they deem holy within Gensokyo. They even hated wealth of any kind too, but they can't prank on them to steal money, that falls onto the Yorigami sisters, yet deceased. Even if their magic system and their weapon choices is far outdated, they'll never learn beyond that, and will still go by it within them. Because Daze was the last such fairy in the whole galaxy, she made such a decision herself with no input from St Ramona. Now she's not the last fairy anymore, and no longer critically endangered.

The epicenter of the fairy reinforcements might've come from the east side of Misty Lake, just on the edge of human-controlled Youkai Forest, albeit there are fairy reinforcements also spawned with their own epicenters coming all over where there is a lot of nature, like the Primate Spirit Garden northwest from the lake, Animal Realm to the west, Youkai Mountain's south, the Forest of Magic, the forested area just south of the Scarlet Mansion, and the Bamboo Forest of the Lost, which is very deep inside human territory. Only nodes that are connected by the Kovunanto can be attacked, otherwise they'll actively look for enemy reinforcements to kill. They will not kill off essential characters, and will wait patiently for the picnic break to end from the forested area north of the ambush groups before jumping out and start assisting the Kovunanto by hiding in wait, and will be a huge turnover factor in the whole battle. Once the picnic break is over, then they'll play their natural instruments as a warning of their arrival, with Daze as the new de-facto fairy leader, and will still be aligned with the aliens.

They now have the purple-and-yellow version of the old bloodthirsty regime's symbolism, with a yellow sun. The main base of the Kovunanto in northwest Gensokyo announces their presence over the KBN. As long as they are now present, this is going to help gain more faith within the Kovunanto and hopefully as a huge step-up to get their allies' trust in them back. Their undying loyalty, zeal, and commitment to the cause is +40 Opinion, but there might be some cultural and of course due to past grievances involved if interacted directly, and as long as they're not insulted or provoked, a -20 Opinion, leaving it with a modifier of +20. If the fairies under the command of Daze is insulted in the slightest or provoked with friendly fire will call out all aliens and allies within Gensokyo, even Daze herself as the new traitors with no mercy. If this happens, it will result in a (-200 Opinion, with the first -100 for breaking alliance, and the second -100 for being backstabbed by an ally.)

As the Zodiac Order, the Grand Masters and Grand Servants continue on their meals with their enemies, St Ramona begins the talks with the overzealous one. However, just as she is about to begin the talks with him herself, Lucian is becoming uneasy when he sees something stirring up, albeit faintly north of the team's position.

Zealot St Luci 'Demacee: "Uh, something's not right. We're sensing trouble. In front of us, St Ramona."
Sangheili High Councilor St Ramo 'Savumee: "What? What do you mean?"
Zealot St Luci 'Demacee: "Something's moving in the thick bushes up north. More soldiers coming at us, perhaps?"

Throughout Gensokyo

Allied forces continued their defensive preparations, even going as far as to deploy large numbers of thaumaturges to reinforce the frontlines. All these thaumaturges were Class-C, Class-B, Class-A and Class-S thaumaturges. They set up wards throughout the nodes to provide detection. Their use of thaumaturgical assets would greatly help them in the battle that is upcoming, but what they didn't know is that they are detecting unknown anomalies throughout areas that had lots of nature.

At Staging Point Velder and the Human Village, Imperial forces also sets up multiple thaumaturgical wards, but their properties were far too different from the Allied Forces' own. The wards glow a deathly blood-red color, a glow that can be seen for miles.

The skies were still swarming with Allied combat air forces. Among the combat aerospacecraft were a number of UAV drones of Novayan design but with red and orange runes glowing on their sides. The drones' cameras zoomed on the forests and nature-based locations where the Allied ground forces reported anomalies.

Extra Scene - Part 4

"I am the Grand Admiral, The Imperial Regent of the ancient and now-resurgent Black Empire," came His Imperial Regency's reply to St Ramona, "and I have been known by many before our imprisonment and the Celestial Sundering, LONG BEFORE YOU WERE EVEN BORN: the Great Conqueror, the Zeroth Crusader, Vanquisher of the Heart-Holders, the Once-Friend and the Now-Enemy of the Blue Sovereign, Lord Dominion over the Void, Lord Dominion of the Black Empire, the servant eternal to the Worm-in-Waiting, the Defeater of the Blue Sovereign, the First Betrayer, and the First Traitor."

The title of 'the First Traitor' sent chills up everyone's spines - the chills wrought upon by hearing the uttering of 'the First Traitor' can be felt by everyone globally; even the Allied Forces and the Kovunantoan Fairy Dominion felt something was wrong - everyone throughout Gensokyo-WORLD can feel the putrid sense and smell of hatred permeating from uttering 'the First Traitor'. Merlin, who was about to eat, paused and asked with a shaken tone, "...did he called himself...the First Traitor...?"

"That is correct, O Child of Heavenpolis," replied His Imperial Regency, "I am the storm that brought down the status quo of the ancient past, the one whose legacy and the Empire's own have changed everything in the ancient and distant past prior to the gods' tearing of a mega-galaxy that heralded the Celestial Sundering." Upon seeing them reading the holy books His Imperial Regency snarled right at them, "Ah, the religious hypocrites, humans who decided to fight for the Kovunanto Empire. It is very pathetic of you to be their friends, and that made you nothing but FUCKING SOUP KITCHENS! I wonder how long until you've decided to fight me later - oh wait, you can't because I'm more powerful than you, even everyone in this world."

His Imperial Regency turns his head to the left a little bit, becoming unusually silent. Then raised his right hand into the air to snap his fingers once. A number of red and orange portals opened up throughout the Allied lines and territories; any attempt by the Kovunantoan Fairy Dominion or their allies to enter such portals will be killed by deathly and deadly lightning strikes, so they can't be entered unless everyone thinks these were weapons-grade lightning portals, which they really are in purpose. Why would the Allied Forces opened so much portals? But then the Grandmaster of the Order of the Vanquisher said to the Zodiac Order, "...we didn't open them, actually."

"You Aetherist dogs," he snarled in a way that makes even the Dread Hunter looked far more sane "give me one good reason why you don't want my fellow thaumaturges to unleash lightning strikes to pin EVERY ONE OF YOUR DEGENERATE FAIRIES down. And even if I did, I will make sure to find the lower being who summoned your fairy allies. And after that I will make sure to have my forces already present in that village and Staging Point Velder or whatever the hell it is to switch from a defensive role to a..."requisitioning" of the fairies."

The streets of Oraispol and Asiupoli have Aversarians going out their daily lives, aside from being policed by Triumvirate (Novayan, Saiyanese and Nova Roman) peacekeepers, who acted as militarized police officers.

In Oraispol, the Western Aversarians were exceptionally proud of their heritage and sure to make their strong bloodlines known through regular displays of power. They are a rather drab and dour people, but highly regarded as the most 'regal' and 'imperious'. Despite their wealth, they are not considered as decadent as other Aversarian cultures, preferring to let their riches be known through their reputation than through elaborate displays of their riches. The Riftians may encounter some members of the Western Aversarian nobility largely known for their skilled politicking, strong rule, and powerful magics as well as the heavy infantry that made up the Aversarian Legions.

While they do chafe under having to agree to Triumvirate rules - even having to moderate their making their strong bloodlines known through regular displays of power as well as accepting the non-magic humans (whom they called sub-humans) as equals - they actually benefited from Triumvirate peacekeeping forces maintaining order through their mere presence; the restructuring, modernization and reform of the Aversarinas Eexercitais (Aversarian Army), which now consists of professional soldiers and have multiple troop variants yet have a standardized salary and military currency in the form of the returned/reformed Aversarian Legionary Coin as well as retaining its medieval military equipment, doctrines and strategies and tactics, had allowed Western Aversarians to join the army just to demonstrate regular displays of power through regular military patrols.

Elements of Aversarian nobility present throughout the city of Oraispol chafed under having to follow strictly-enforced policies regarding equality as well as foreign military presence, but some or most of them really do like the idea of the Triumvirate peacekeeping forces being as the the chief authority in place of the Aautokratirs and Aautokratias, the Emperors and Empresses of the Aversarinas Aautokrata.

Asiupoli, the new and now shattered capital city of the Aversarinas Aautokrata, was a complete mess even after Triumvirate forces arrived to help rebuild it. Triumvirate Aeras Military Command had requested and pulled large amount of resources, tools, equipment and materials needed to help begin the reconstruction of the shattered city of Asiupoli. Falling under the jurisdictions of the Asiupoli Development Zone, Triumvirate Aeras Military Command sought to make sure that the city is rebuilt and made habitable once again, however requiring a large number of Triumvirate military and civilian units to clean up the mess that Aautokratir Aeschraes 'the Lord of Ashes' had left behind 70-90 years ago.

Eastern Aversarians were encouraged to move to some districts of Asiupoli, though those from Etepezea (Western Aversaria), Opakhasia (Southern Aversaria), Malcois (Central Aversaria), and Kalathipsomi (Northern Aversaria) were also incentivized to move there. Unlike in Oraispol where Triumvirate military presence is moderate, Triumvirate military presence is quite heavy. This is due to reconstruction efforts already going on. Thought it would be populated by groups of Aversarians, surviving Eastern Aversarians were quite the problem.

Exorbitantly wealthy thanks to Asiupoli's rise as the trade hub of Aversaria and the world, as well as the city's appointment as the capital of the Aautokrata, Eastern Aversarians are known for their exceptionally decadent showings of wealth. By the 10th century of the Aversarian calendar (called the Imperial Standard) in Aeras, most fashion in Aversaria was dictated by non-Eastern nobility playing catchup with the rapidly changing and often gaudy court dress of the east, and the nobility of Aironoi are known for regularly causing theological and cultural shocks through their displays designed to shock and make themselves the talk of Aversaria.

And now, the tables have turned against the Eastern Aversarians. Whereas they were known for their exceptionally decadent showings of wealth and regularly causing theological and cultural shocks through their displays, now they would find themselves experiencing cultural and theological shocks orchestrated by Triumvirate military forces, who immediately and forcefully scaled back the excesses of the Eastern Aversarian nobility. Despite the Eastern nobility having to chafe under Triumvirate policies, it is quite a wonder Triumvirate Aeras Military Command didn't even have to crack down harshly on the nobility for their decadent excesses; the very honor of experiencing a severely harsh Triumvirate-led military crackdown against Aversarian excesses goes to the one and only Southern Aversaria, known as Opakhasia, whose excessive displays of wealth, starving slaves and livestock tending near-barren fields is what caused Aeras Military Command to crack down on the Southern Aversarian nobility hard.

By the time the Riftians arrived, they will find Asiupoli already 3/9 completed and 3/9 already under reconstruction.

Asiupoli and Oraispol, Capitals of the Aversarinas Aautokrata
On the architectures and infrastructures of the cities of Aversaria

When the Riftians first arrived in Oraispol and Asiupoli, they discovered the marvels of the two Aversarian cities, whose architecture were grand and extravagant. When asked about it, Triumvirate soldiers confirmed the architecture is a combination of Ancient Greek and Elven (more specifically, Rivendell) architectures while the Aversarians (nobles, gentry and common folks) said they are based on aelfir architecture. According to them, the god Aersanon (known as 'the Purest') first created humanity and then aelfir on Aeras long before the Godherja, which not only saw all but the last aelfir (the last one joined humanity) exterminated but also Aersanon 'killed' or, in the Triumvirate forces' words, "knocked into a comatose state". After the Godherja and the devastation in the aftermath, the Aversarians - who previously served their cruel aelfir masters as their guards - had copied the aelfir architecture into their otherwise Ancient Greek-esque architecture.

To help rebuild Asiupoli, large amount of resources were pulled in by Triumvirate Aeras Military Command with the express intent of rebuilding them. Marbles, stones, limestone and tufa were brought in to help rebuild the shattered city, but now reinforced bars and reinforced concrete were involved to strengthen Aversarian buildings and make them earthquake-resistant. Only the more decadent of Aversarians would oppose the "defilement" of their glorious architectures before they were told to shut up by Triumvirate soldiers involved in the rebuilding of Asiupoli.

Also, it is very quite obvious that Aeras isn't even in the modern day but is actually at the equivalent of the medieval ages.

Oraispol, Western Aversaria/Etepezea

"Riftians," came the voice of a Triumvirate officer leading a squad of other Triumvirate officers, "tell your comrades not to go beyond the northern borders of Chevalie. Beyond the northern borders of Chevalie is the Lichdoms, formerly Oejeynica. The reason is that the Liches and the undead now inhabit the former region of Oejeynica, and we don't want those crazy skeletons to go down here. Triumvirate Aeras Military Command wouldn't want any chances of a premature attack of the Liches, and a disproportionately large numbers of Triumvirate ground and air forces were posted around the borders of former Oejeynica. Already we are building three walls while our airships and helicopters patrol the skies; highly-powerful floodlights and searchlights helped Triumvirate combat ground forces watch out for anything that may move; and the aforementioned combat ground and air forces were equipped thaumaturgically-enhanced thermal imaging goggles and sights and night vision goggles helped keep watch for the undead that may attack.
"Oh, and also, the fortifications were being built up to enhance security across the walls. Guard towers, watchtowers, automated gun turrets, bunkers, gun emplacements and weapons batteries, gatehouse forts, soaring fortresses, studded bastions, strategic exclaves, hidden gates, staged killing fields, sea walls in some coastal places, deep moats and even deep defense architectures. Yeah, they're basically what you considered our version of Crusader Kings 2's Great Wall. Borealis III was strictly against this idea as it's a huge waste of resources, and I agree, but what are the chances the Liches might attack? Regardless, we must maintain watch over the borders of former Oejeynica, period."

Gensokyo
Day 4, 10:30 hours Gensokyo time

No significant progress is made on both sides. Myouren Temple somehow is fully secure under Kovunanto hands, as the remaining survivors from Moriya Shrine now head back with haste to their home location to re-engage with the humans that sacked it, and will last for hours. The ones that tried to get out of Hakugyokurou by going off the southwestern cliff unfortunately were met by a booming announcer voice from their Command to not go out of bounds the instant they're off the grid, as leaving the battlefield is the equivalent of deserting. Sensing an opening, aerial forces of the Kovunanto went right over to the location, and captured the node. Yuyuko, who so happens to be wearing purple the whole time, reveals her true allegiance. Next time the humans attempt to come up there, she will force Youmu's spirit and her spirit companion Myon to wake up and attack. And Yuyuko's main ability is to cause Wither damage with no way of resisting it, and to resurrect the dead, even the dearly departed, but it won't come to the target of such a curse straightaway, but definitely will as soon as their will to fight against her completely breaks. In fact, she won't do it on all of them, and not in a careless manner. She can only resurrect one spirit back to life as long as they have a soul at a time. She's also a humanoid ghost too, so only fire and holy elemental attacks will do, and normal weapons can't do anything to ghosts. She is extremely cunning, perceptive, and knowledgeable, too.

Yuyuko can handle herself and doesn't need any backup to protect the node, so the aerial forces, primarily consisting of Banshees immediately left as they came.

Extra Scene - Part 5

Day 4, 10:30 hours Gensokyo time

The Zodiac Order has been used to seeing portals, no matter what it looks like, what it used to look like, and how it ended up being there, even the scary-looking ones they been used to in the past three centuries of existence. Even some KSEF units were also observant of the whole thing, but held their weapons in safe mode when told to by St Lucian.

Zealot St Luci ‘Demacee: “Hold your weapons!” *he has just finished his main course and a third of the way through the whole picnic meal, he will be done eating in about 15 minutes*

Such an order from him irritates them, but they nonetheless obliged.

The twins’ are the first to feel full, they are very fast eaters.

Darcie, Jysa, Kaza, Noya, Tamatsuki, Tiffany, and Veto are almost done within a few minutes.

Hegerissa, Tsutsumi, Lena, Leni, Liang, and Navya has just finished their own main courses as well and now to their side dishes. They will be done eating in almost 10 minutes together.

Kalindi, Kamenashi, Shandana, and St Ramona herself are still a long ways from being done, and nowhere near half-finished with their main courses, with Kalindi due to her high food intake will need an additional 25-30 minutes to finish. She can handle a lot of food at once without breaking a sweat.

Kamenashi Utemara, Guardian of Capricorn: “Look at you, Kalindi-san! You’re all covered in food, and all over the rug! Napkins are right there!”

She interjects her straightaway.

Kalindi Vachan, Guardian of Leo: “I’m a 317 kg super heavyweight back in India, young miss! A general’s vitality isn’t about the strength of your muscles, but your capacity to eat to stay healthy! They said to me, “you’re very strong, for a woman that obese”, and I took that as a compliment!”

Tiffany starts her posh dialogue with her rival Jeanne about her reenactments against France and her future job to become a palace guard had she not ended up in Lucia to become a Zodiac Order member.

Tiffany, Guardian of Virgo: “I was Saber in a dream, I fought someone who looks like Ruler. It was during some historical Holy Grail War, and I was a part of it, and my nation won with the object. The perfect life for me to become a royal guard of Buckingham when I wanted to grow up, to be the Queen’s first female guard, but the Queen won’t let me, because only men can be royal guards. I stammered at her, frustrated that I didn’t get the dream job, and I went to my flat sobbing.”

Tiffany, Guardian of Virgo: “Then when I slept that fateful night, I ended up on Lucia on that fateful month, because I wanted to get the dream job satisfaction, but because of financial troubles, the nightmare followed me through, and I pleaded for the landlord that of course I pay the debts back, that I dutifully pay within the month or I be dead, but when I visited the landlord’s house, he was not there. He was in the war with the Chasers, and never came back to see me. The guards never came for me about the debts. Then, Ramona Savu came to me by ship when she’s at the port. I told her upon her arrival back then that I had trouble paying the royal family, well, my royal family, the Lockwoods, and I’m one of them. When she told me my name, I introduced myself as Tiffany Lockwood. I showed her to my royal family’s castle, but when I tried to get inside for a meet and greet, I forgot the papers inside with me to know them that I was officially a noble, even left a sign on the gate doors too, and only my parents and the king have access to the keys. She surprised me that she’s rich, too, and when I asked her where she came from, she said Romania, from the voice accent of hers. She thinks that sneaking right in was the only way to do, and I told her to be very careful. She got the papers somehow, and exited back out to give it to me before anyone else even knew she was there. The god-awful smell of hers reminded me of the stink that London had experienced, and I told her to put on something more stylish. A Meridian stranger by Yin-Yan came in and thrown some into her chest. Just as when I was done paying off my family with my monthly tithe, the Chasers came looking for me, and wanted me dead, but we both fought them, and when they decided to begin attacking the port with a sea monster, I used this: an earth fragment to sink it with rippling quakes.”

Tiffany, Guardian of Virgo: “Then she told me that because of the fragment I used against the sea monster, a Kraken, I was to become a part of the Zodiac Order with her, like some kind of a destined move to make. I don’t even know what else had happened, all I knew now that I am a part of the clique, and wanting to fight for the good of the country and the Queen.”

As Tiffany was talking to Jeanne in the far corner, St Ramona continues her talk with the Grand Admiral in front of her.

She only demonstrates a small electric ball in her open hand to inform him she has electrical powers. Kamenashi Utemara tells her to sheathe her magic immediately. Tamatsuki also interjects in an over-protective manner.

Kamenashi Utemara, Guardian of Capricorn: “You know that magic is a dangerous form of art to use, Sav! Away with it!”

The electrical purple-white ball in her open hand then fades away as she lets it dissipate harmlessly into nothing, her open hand returns to normal. She then continues talking with more asking after Kamenashi and Tamatsuki resumes eating after calming themselves down. St Ramona, continuing with her normal composure, continues questioning the Grand Admiral.

St Ramona: (chooses the first option again) “So, why you’re called Your Imperial Regency and His Imperial Regency? We don’t mind the portals around us, we’ve been used to seeing it a lot.”

"I do not know what you're talking about," said Jeanne to Tiffany, "but I am going to make this clear to you: I am NOT the Jeanne d'Arc you thought of me. I have nothing to do with her or any other Jeanne d'Arcs, but what I do know is that I served His Imperial Regency in the Black War. I am not the Maiden of Orleans you think of me, I am not the Martyr of France, I am NOT the saint you think of me to be. No, I am but a woman who waged war against a hundred, a thousand, a million, a billion and many worlds. I am the Maiden of War, and I am the Harbinger of the Black Empire. And the Jeanne d'Arcs are nothing but pale imitations of who I am."

Then she continued, "It was a foolish mistake you have to make to assume I am the very Maiden of Orleans you thought of me to be. And once time is up, you will know that I am not like her."

The Grand Admiral glared right at Tamatsuki, his piercing glare telling her to shut up. Then he replied to St Ramona, "They called me 'His Imperial Regency', 'Your Imperial Regency', and 'Their Imperial Regency' because I am the Imperial Regent of the Black Empire - the Worm-in-Waiting made me more powerful than you could have ever known in the distant and ancient past. That, in turn, made me what everyone would say the military dictator of the dreaded empire that shattered the peace long ago. I am proud of what I did back there, and I am proud of striking down the Blue Sovereign so many times."

"Used to it, huh? How about seeing firsthand at what these lightning portals can do?" With the snap of his fingers, the orange and red portals around the Allied Heroes, Zodiac Order and KSEF began firing off deadly lightning bolts that spread into even more deadly lightning bolts. But soon the deadly bolts struck several trees, igniting a second fire that would see the forest south of the Scarlet Devil Mansion burned down. Allied soldiers nearby requested calls for immediate damage control measures in the form of Allied thaumaturges and firefighters streaming in to put out the fires. However, some of the red and orange portals fire lightning bolts at several trees belonging to the Youkai Forest, forcing half of the Allied firefighting forces to respond to that. After the lightning portals demonstration is completed, the trees that were struck by lightning were on fire. Unfortunately, every single red and orange portal began cackling with chaotic electricity that made the Allied Forces request a ceasefire, fearing whatever is going to happen will result in something terrible - one that would not only affect the Allied Forces but also the Kovunanto and their allies.

"My thaumaturges can do this every year, and we Imperials have no such sense of honor but only hate, rage and vengeance," said the Grand Admiral, "I can start a fire every time of the day, I can send my forces to pillage, plunder and burn down everything, and I have no qualms killing every single Heart-Holders like you and your pathetic Aetherist comrades would - hell, I will have every worlds smashed under relentless lightning attacks! Not even the youkais of this world can prevent that! Once I'm done with you and your comrades, I will make sure to kill your friend who summoned the fairies out! And after that, I will make sure to enslave every one of these fairies and work themselves to death in our factories, mines and farms - using them as if they were nothing but grist for the mills!" A smile crept on the Grand Admiral's vague face, followed by His Imperial Regency laughing.

Throughout Gensokyo

Allied soldiers began responding to the fires that broke out among several trees near the Road to Prismriver Manor caused by the weaponized portals. Because the Allied firefighting forces had to be divided into two groups, Allied soldiers were forced to pitch in to stop the fire. At the same time, firefighters and thaumaturges bring themselves everything they have to contain the fires - artifacts, fire trucks, helicopters, aircraft, even some corvettes and frigates carrying a large number of water supplies to help put out the fires.

The cackling of chaotic electricity and thaumaturgy emanating from the red and orange portals had already began to send the Allied Forces becoming on high edge, fearing something bad is going to happen. From what the Fairies, neutral and Kovunanto-aligned youkais can gather from the Allied Forces, they discovered that Imperial forces were allegedly preparing to attack from the Human Village and Staging Point Velder to turn the tide against the Kovunanto and all their allies. Even worse, the Allied Forces feared the Imperials will turn renegade for a short while and slaughter anyone who stood alongside the Kovunanto.

Despite their promises, 125,000 Imperial soldiers were deployed: 5,000 would guard Eientei, 10,000 would guard the Bamboo Forest, 10,000 would guard the road to Hakurei Shrine, and the rest were scattered to guard the Forest of Magic, Alice's House, Marisa's House, and the roads between the Human Village and the Garden of the Sun. These Imperial contingents contain a large number of thaumaturges who specialize in maximizing devastation and destruction as well as the nullification of all powers, both allied, neutral and enemy. For now, though, the Imperial forces made sure to not allow ANYONE to dare cause trouble.

Extra Scene - Part 7

Because of the recent actions created by the overzealous one, all actions relating to fighting has stopped temporarily, and all of Gensokyo are now so super pissed that a -200 Opinion is slapped immediately onto the UNSC, UNE, and any other human-affiliated allies they have. There is no forgiveness from Gensokyo Command anymore.

Gensokyo Command: "Given the recent continuation of violating the integrity of nature as of late, we can no longer can guarantee total safety with letting all humans from their Outside World into Gensokyo freely. We will no longer trust their intentions. They all must leave Gensokyo be left to the native residents."

Allegiances have been switched immediately on all remaining neutral-affiliated characters that haven't switched yet, but it doesn't affect human-affiliated characters.

Daze was in Misty Lake when the fires occurred, so she was unharmed. With the fairy armies stationed in areas affected by the fires, they immediately retreated to more untouched areas to reposition.

St Ramona is so super pissed alongside Darcie, the water-bearer, and Noya, the dryad, the one who loves nature, can only think of one thing now.

Even before they get to say something, a red flag warning is now in effect from the weather station, not from the flying meteorologist. Also, another alert is issued as well.

“Fire weather conditions imminent, this is not a drill! Evacuate immediately! This is a red flag warning for Gensokyo! Do not attempt to fly!”

All aerial units of the Kovunanto are now told to be grounded, but the vehicles themselves are not safe from the imminent spike in temperature. The hellfires from the Blazing Fires is overloaded. This could mean that Utsuho Reiuji is about to show up. Utsuho is on the way and when she does show up, she's going to wreak havoc and doesn't care about casualties. She is the personification of nuclear fusion and fission, and has an arm cannon like that of Samus! Every normal attack she makes is the equivalent of a mini-nuke from Fallout, and her special ability can't be used due to regulations in place by Gensokyo Command. She remembered what happened in the last major conflict, but still, she doesn't care about casualties. Huge gulps and gasps are on the whole Aether Team when they can hear sirens going off too from both sides' main bases.

St Ramona: (chooses the only option presented) "Now you committed some great sin, sinner! It's time for us to see your... superior at once! You just made all of Gensokyo hostile! And they DON'T LIKE IT when someone BURNS their sacred livelihoods down! You're the one who needs to shut yourself up, you turd! Someone you lead, I don't care who, will have a word with you."
Darcie McRoy, Guardian of Aquarius: "Excuse me while I go help fight fires for a second."

She tries to use an Air Fragment to help speed up the firefighting process, a very useful, and harmless utility, however, because of the recent nullification in place, she can't use it now. She's even more angry now that it failed to see it being used.

Noya, Guardian of Sagittarius: "You are VIOLATING with nature! You ARE a MONSTER!"
Darcie McRoy, Guardian of Aquarius: "Why I can't figure out it's even working for me?! Come on! Work!"
Zealot St Luci Demacee: "Pfft, let's just end the picnic, this is a fire emergency! They just issued a red flag warning! We are all being ordered to evacuate! No, WAIT! This something far WORSE!"
Kamenashi Utemara, Guardian of Capricorn: "For some of thee, thee aren't coequal fully did finish thy meals yet! What a wasteth of food!" ("For some of you, you aren't even fully did finish your meals yet! What a waste of food!")

Kamenashi Utemara then gathers all the dishes, including some unfinished ones and claps her hands to make the picnic baskets, napkins, and rugs disappear. The Kovunanto is preparing to vacate the affected areas without fighting back. St Lucian orders the KSEF Sangheili to disperse the area, but ready their weapons by turning off their safety in case of being attacked directly. The KSEF will only fire back when directly attacked.

The moment the three Aether team members start sprinting northbound far enough from the rest of the party as ordered, their H.U.D. outlines immediately start flashing yellow but bulges slowly in and out, and can hear German-speaking words right behind them. Somehow, St Lucian can understand what it means for him even if German isn't his main spoken language. Their sprinting will take them 30 minutes to reach the mansion gate.

While the Aether team will not attack, already St Lucian, St Lena, and St Tsu will be heading off as quickly as they can out of danger to the Scarlet Mansion for shelter, and are scramming. As St Lucian's health has been restored in time, he returns to his honorable demeanor phase and if attacked directly somehow will engage in melee. Since some of the Aether Team members have yet to fully recover from not having finished all their food, only a few members have their health partially restored. Only Kalindi, Kamenashi the host of the picnic, Shandana, and even St Ramona, the founder of the Zodiac Order, only recovered just a little bit of their health. Even St Veto Navu noticed that she's not the only Nullifier around, but she wouldn't care or even mind, she doesn't NEED to use her abilities, because someone else has already done so.

Kamenashi Utemara, Guardian of Capricorn: "Guess I'm not flying this time. What the dickens."

She readies her stave but only to cast defensive wards and heal if attacked directly or her teammates. She drinks a water canteen to make herself feel better refreshed, now she's well hydrated.

Although the Kovunanto wouldn't want to hear anything about a ceasefire, it's a go, because Gensokyo right now has just gotten even more anomalous the longer they stick around here. It's not even completely safe. Fortunately, the glass shard is still inside the Kovunanto main base, protected in the bunker compartment of the base. Utsuho is much stronger than last time, and she has upgraded her main cannon with bunker-busting and terrain damaging capabilities that could create depressions in the ground.

While Utsuho, like all other inhabitants can't complete objectives, she will protect all Kovunanto-affiliated nodes, and whenever her mini-nuke attacks happen to accidentally hit any friendly node of the Kovunanto, a whole bunch of error sound effects will irritate her eardrums, so no friendly damage will be dealt to friendly nodes. However, all friendly units better steer well clear of her mini-nukes even if she's friendly to the Kovunanto, as mini-nukes can even affect friendly units too. She used to be a helpful teammate of Reimu and Marisa at one point in the distant past, but with both of them long gone, she has lost all hope in them. She's the only ONE apart from all the other inhabitants of Gensokyo that will attack and destroy enemy nodes, but not capture them. Her mini-nukes are deadly to people, vehicles, nodes, thaumaturgic devices, and pylon shields, as well as altering the landscape around the impact zones she generates in the same way as real nukes do with the same realistic effects, but it won't damage anyone with 100% radiation resistance. If attacked in melee, she will like any tengu will fight viciously hard.

The other fairies surrounding the picnic area that decided not to retreat from affected areas overheard Kamenashi's ending of the picnic and began to warn of their arrival. It's time for them to spring the move. The Kovunantoan Fairy Dominion ignore the ceasefire, it's not even part of their language. The ones closest to His Imperial Regency after their warning signal prepare to swarm him at such speed and overwhelm him with more ferocity than even him and will insult him too and sing of Gensokyo's old pride!

Throughout Gensokyo

The Allied Forces immediately panicked as the firestorm and nuclear meltdown, resulted from the Imperial Forces' use of the lightning portals, forced a massive evacuation.

The Grand Admiral, who is communicating via the dark cloud's form of him, then unleashed a laughter that could be heard throughout Gensokyo, a laughter that the Allied Forces, Kovunanto, allied, neutral AND Kovunanto-aligned Youkais, Kovunantoan Fairy Dominion, and anyone/anybody, someone/somebody and everyone/everybody else can hear - a laughter that borders on the most undying hatred and that is fully evil. "Well, well, FUCKING WELL! Whoever announced that ALL humans were responsible when it is MY forces who brought this, I salute you for that - NOT BEFORE I BEGIN THE SLAUGHTER, STARTING WITH YOU! ALL IMPERIAL FORCES!" The Grand Admiral billowed, his voice spreading throughout Gensokyo.

Imperial forces stationed at the Garden of the Sun, Human Village, Forest of Magic, Marisa's House, Staging Point Velder, Bamboo Forest and Eientei heard Their Imperial Regency's voice. "The fairies have launched their attack upon YOUR LEADER! They have declared war upon the Black Empire unprovoked by attacking me! It is time I will signal the devastation of Gensokyo BY YOUR HANDS!" Through the dark cloud's human form the Grand Admiral billowed before raising his left hand to the sky and unleashed torrents of deadly lightning strikes that would link to every Kovunantoan Fairies who dared attack him, killing them all. From their locations, Imperial soldiers began chanting for the deaths of every single enemy they could find, the blood they would willingly spill, and the plunder they will take.

"MARCH TO WAR, MY WARRIORS! GENSOKYO WILL BE OURS FOR THE TAKING! LET SLIP THE SLAUGHTER!" The Grand Admiral billowed and laughed maniacally before thirteen several detonations were seen throughout the skies of Gensokyo. He and all his Imperial forces looked at the explosions with horror as the explosions gave off a bluish green light. "They intervened...the Novayans INTERVENED!!!" Everyone could hear Scarlamoch snarl with an unparalleled rage as the bluish green glows disappear. Everyone think it was an attack meant to do something, but it didn't. Everyone thinks that it was some sort of show of display, and so everyone had to focus on whatever the mess is going on...

...until everyone looked around and realized too late to find out what exactly is happening: great fogs and mists began to appear everywhere. The great fogs and mists covered the entirety of Gensokyo, as heavy rain fell upon the land. While this lasted for 30 to 60 minutes, the fires were all put-out but parts of the forests were badly burned. Then came a second wave of rain, which proceeded to heal the damages caused by the fires and allowed the burnt trees and forests to heal quickly, though the healing process would take one-seven days depending on the extent of the damages. The great mists and fogs began to lighten but not dissipate, and everyone can see that the damages the Grand Admiral had wrought were fully healed.

What nobody expected is that the firestorms and the nuclear meltdown had been utterly and completely stopped right in their tracks, saving the world as well as everyone. One question had presented themselves: who and what caused the detonation of 13 warheads that literally caused the restoration of Gensokyo-WORLD's ecosystems? If so, who did this to stop the death of Gensokyo?

Road to Prismriver Manor

Just a few meters away from the Zodiac Order, a portal of a dark blue and cyan dark green gradient immediately opened up. And exiting that portal was a rather young man, likely in his early 20s. He looked like a Japanese-American (in actuality, looking like a Japanese-Filipino-American or Japanese-American with Filipino blood running in his veins) wore a black WWII-era German military uniform with modern-day albeit red-colored naval ranks of admiral, and draped on his shoulders is a matching colored (that is, black as primary and red as secondary) caped naval greatcoat. He had a long dark-blue hair with white and light-blue streaks, blue eyes and a fair build, which may result in people mistaking him for a young woman. He definitely looked like His Imperial Regency, The Grand Admiral but that's where the similarities end. Where as the cloud form of the Grand Admiral had a tattered/battle-worn cloak and a more intimidating, evil and cruel presence, the young man draped a caped naval greatcoat yet his presence is more gentle, good and reasonable.

This young man's appearance had stopped the Zodiac Order from heading to the Scarlet Devil Mansion, and before they could say anything, the young man introduced himself to them in a stern and stoic yet calm tone, "I am Borealis Mir Norsoutha-Tomoshima, Grand Marshal of the Novayan Stellar Commonwealth, Supreme Commander of the Novayan Expeditionary Force in the Sol Trinary System, and one of the many personnel involved in Triumvirate Sol Military Command, tasked with defending the Sol Trinary System."

He looked at the members of the Zodiac Order and said to Ramona, "And in case you have questions why I am here, I received word from a number of agents from the Federal Intelligence Service as well as other voidwalker military personnel that something bad is happening here. They warned me to utilize thirteen Ecological Rejuvenators, intercontinental ballistic missiles equipped with anomalous warheads capable of rejuvenating ruined natural ecosystems throughout a region or an entire world if at least 20 or 25 of them were used and detonated in the atmosphere. They are quite effective, requiring other orders, thaumaturges, paratechnicians, the Indepol Group and others to amplify their effects on the global ecosystem. Quite useful, good for restoring ecosystems as well as regrow forests in a few days."

"And now that I am here, I believe that you and your fellow comrades have questions for me and demands for answers from me as well as some serious talking," said Grand Marshal Borealis III to the Zodiac Order, "I will neither humor you nor mince words, but I am willing to discuss what in the absolute heck just happened here. But for that to succeed, I have three conditions that needed to be met by you: the first condition is that I want EVERYONE involved in this battle to partake in the discussions; the second condition is that the ceasefire is to be maintained for a day or two, if you so choose to set the time period of a ceasefire to no less than three days; and the third condition is that you do not get rid of the great mists, fogs and heavy rains, because they were needed to help hasten the healing of this world's ecosystem, which will be done in a few days."

Finally, Grand Marshal Borealis III finished, "I will let you decide where to hold the discussions. However, I want to make this clear to you: I want no attacks during or even after the discussions. Any attacks on either side BY either side will prematurely end whatever discussions we are partaking in. All I need is your promise to uphold the discussions and the conditions until we figure out something out to prevent the same mistake from being repeated."

If the Zodiac Order have to say anything, they would remark on his middle name of "Mir", which is Russian for "peace" or "world". And suffice to say, Grand Marshal Borealis III is much better to talk to and more restrained than the Grand Admiral himself, who happened to be a major asshole.

Any incursions into Novayan Forces Milky Way's star systems are fine, but incursions into Earth-ANIME will also result in the resumption of the battle of Gensokyo; the same goes for attacking the rest of Triumvirate Sol Military Command.

Exposition I
Unlike the dialogue with His Imperial Regency, The Grand Admiral, Grand Marshal Borealis III is a more reasonable figure who just happens to be the right person to help fix this mess. So long as the ceasefire is maintained in the discussions (or rather, explaining to him about what happened), everyone will be all fine and dandy. Only those with fuck-ton of brain cells and a fuck-ton IQ of OVER 9000! such as St Ramona, St Luci and Borealis III will handle the talks and decide how best this would be. Post-battle discussions will also commence between the three in a neutral world agreed upon by the three and authorized by either side.

Exposition II
Any attacks on the delegations will result in an immediate resumption of the battle, rendering null and void whatever that is discussed. This will result in the devastation of Gensokyo, which would be far more worse than even before. The resulting devastation will see Gensokyo-WORLD utterly broken beyond repair, requiring EXTENSIVE EFFORTS to repair the broken world. The ceasefire must be uphold AT ALL COST.

The forced rains generated by the Novayans and rain fairies is what causes Raiko Horikawa to come over the horizon where it occurred so quickly and gives a rather light-hearted orchestral performance alongside other musical characters on the ground now present. As the thunder god, she can't miss a single occasion where there is freak lightning present. Wherever there is a thunderstorm in Gensokyo, Raiko should be there.

Before St Lucian gets to talk to this man he never sees before, he shapeshifts to a younger, but feminine self in the mid-20's, as trying to talk to this one in his current albino form would instill fear. A healthier complexion, two planetarium ear piercings, long dark purple hair extending to the middle back, a dark purple choker, a dark purple uniform with long sleeves from all the way back to the 23rd century with a well-worn white dress underneath it. A red ribbon in the middle of the uniform, white zettai-ryouiki stockings and black boots as the only raingear piece. Purple wristbands also are shown for weapon grip support, as well as to absorb sweat.

What is significant about this alternate form is on the head, the soft tones of gold and red on the ornamental headwear that represents his former peoples, the Lucian Empire, as a form of royal status. He in this alternate form wields the weapon that was used to slay down legions of Chasers, a very long greatsword with a holy element as a primary enchantment, and the secondary enchantment is to make undead up to even the worst of the undead to flee from combat for half a minute. Part of his alternate uniform also sways off to the sides for added cosmetic flair. He then loosens the long hair with a flick of the hand to let it sink down.

This alternate form of him is mainly inspired by four characters in one: Yoruka Kirihime for the uniform style, body proportion, eye hues (only difference is that both eyes are purple), and stockings (white instead of black), as well as his ruthlessness fighting style, depending on how desperate he can get, he can be the most honorable person around when he has a lot of support with him, but if he goes too far in receiving pain, or seeing too many friends dying around him, he’ll fight harder and dirtier. Kuroyukihime for expertise in technology, his eccentric use of words (almost hypnotizing), and if others start messing around his friends/allies, he acts like a peacekeeper of sorts. Yuri Lowell for the boots and quite a backstory with him, and Scathach for the face proportion, mentorship, leadership, being able to defeat even deities far more powerful than him, to the point that not even the Holy Grail or other forms of reality warping techniques can influence him in the slightest, ESP, magically resistant, mastery of just about any weapon he can wield or find, a mind reader, and a universal translator into English.

He came from the capital of a holy world, has met many people, friends and foes alike, has even saved his own planet once in the 2230s, his weapon is an oversized greatsword with holy and turn undead properties fitting for slaying Chasers back then, and can even wield it with ease with one hand. He became the fallen prince when he just so happened to have been impaled almost to death in the spine by the Chasers in 2203 that left a scar that affected his posture, forced into a 20-year suspended animation underneath the sky tower. When he woke up, he wanted to teach the Chasers a lesson, which he did in 2231 when he used the powers of sealing to seal a Chaser Queen away with consultation of the planet’s many deities. If he could do that before, he can do it again in the future, but his sealing powers against the Darkness hasn’t been fully awakened yet, which is why he has a known fear and hatred of the darkness element, his main weakness to it that he can take twice as much hurt from it.

He came to Gensokyo in 2223 to conduct negotiations with the native inhabitants, he helped his planet to become the second greatest empire in the known galaxy without even starting a conquest by becoming a federative dynasty with half of all the systems, but it also attracted a lot of enemies too for the sudden expansion of space grabs. When Gensokyo under the old Scarlet generations demanded independence, he threatened subjugation, and even declared war not too long after. The conquest of Gensokyo ended very badly after his empire used a Death Ray to glass the land, not caring that it was a holy world, it was only meant to stop a bloodthirsty regime. It then resulted in the leader of the old Dominion to slice up the planet in half to reveal its inner core, and a few years after that destroyed by a superweapon from Gensokyo's moon. When Lucia fell, all of that former glory was rescinded to its original jurisdictions, reduced to nothing but a celestial husk, even the rest of the star system too that hasn't yet been inhabited became its own.

Furious but also anguished, he fled to Anderlusia to become a Grand Master with the help of another Grand Master named Ruxea, he overtook his place after he defeated his pupils, and had Lena Vitelli from 20th century Italy as his Grand Servant. His people's remnants invaded the Lunar Capital to capture some Lunarians as ransom, but one managed to reveal herself as a thaumaturgic expert, Jysa. His people expressed astonishment at this extraordinary Lunarian and had her as a Grand Master with the only friendly fairy from Lucia before it was destroyed as a Grand Servant. Kaza, whom Ramona saved during her adventures in Lucia, became her Grand Servant upon arriving back on Earth. Sometime after he fled to the next holy world, storms rattled the planet to the point it became almost uninhabitable. Lena returned to Earth for a short while before becoming bitten by a vampire cult, dragged all the way to Sicily, slept in its crypt, and ended up on Sanghelios. Ramona, Kaza, and Veto from Carpathia accidentally jumped into a makeshift portal during an experiment run from the safety of the abbey to see if they can catch vampires more efficiently, only it teleported these three instead from a malfunctioning. Jysa ended up on Sanghelios alongside Daze when Daze performed a hallucinogenic dance on her while she slept in Anderlusia.

He then had to flee again, and he wandered from world to world throughout the galaxy search of answers, gathered Knowledge Stones and glyphs along the way, fought new enemies and met new friends alike. His constant training and advice from Tsutsumi is what made him stronger overtime. So strong and resilient in fact, he even birthed a single star with the consultation of Atlas thinking this will be his new homeworld, even if he tried to wipe the memory off of a failing machine God in the galactic core and being questioned for his wellbeing, he couldn’t, and he then found himself living an even much harsher reality than he ever had experienced, perhaps it was a punishment, he couldn’t save everyone, but he didn’t lose all hope.

After what may seem like many, many years without having his face shown to the public, he has gotten much, much paler, so pale, he lost all his melanin. He may had gotten older, but he doesn’t seem to age much physically. He was so close to achieving true immortality, but he realized that only by having his sealing powers fully awakened and becoming truly ascended, he can then stop the Darkness, and to stop any would-be aggressor to his home planet in the way, even in death. He’s a walking torch of light, that’s why people from Lucia termed him as the Heaven Walker, the Noble One, the Chosen One, the Fallen Prince, Reciter, Traveler, and many more. He joined the Kovunanto for two simple reasons: the first is to seal the reality-fiction barrier and he will keep trying until he gets it done, alone or with his allies, and the second after that, is to find his kin to reunite with them, and get back at Lucia’s oldest enemies for their betrayal. They destroyed everything from him, and took the life of Miya Konohana, his beloved Empress away from him, and sooner or later, Lucia's oldest enemies are all going to pay their ultimate price, as he is the Purifier of the Galaxy. He will purify the galaxy of its taint no matter what anyone says, and he will seal away the darkness when it is time.

But that didn't come to him. Not even close.

Now that his whole 322-year long journey is coming to a close, yet that only deepened his journey further when the 7-page ancient book in the Scarlet Mansion he sought to get it was destroyed, as no other civilization has ever written that book, this fueled him into finding other solutions. He have come this far, he is willing to speak up to him not in a man’s body, but in a woman’s body. Even if his alternate voice isn’t the best in the whole world when he shapeshifts, still, he is willing to try. A man around his age that said such words that could bring insanity to a common normal being to stop such a conflict is simply maddening, too radical. With him in this alternate form looking at the Grand Marshal's own eyes and blue hair, he is readying to speak up.

Grand Servant Daze seems to have overheard the conversation, but watches from a distance. It would be very difficult to try to get her back to St Ramona and tell her to make all fairies forget everything they did and said, but as long as His Imperial Regency and his forces are around, it's going to be a matter of either subduing or just get out of here alive if all else fails. The KSEF are already at the main base ready to vacate if the latter occurs, but there might still be some Kovunanto reinforcements in other safe places. The chances of starting the negotiations and keeping everyone in check would be so slim, it's nearly impossible to do this.

The local weather station's meteorologists are so confused at the local weather forecast that when trying to figure it out what had happened would be driven insane and flip their papers over their tables in frustration. Still, they are giving a real-time forecast update.

Iku Nagae: "There seems to be torrential rain already over the forests right now as we speak, we are still 30 degrees Celsius here in the Human Village. We have 22 degrees Celsius in Youkai Mountain, 24 in Moriya, 25 in Myouren Temple, 29 in Muenzuka, 28 in Scarlet Mansion, 29 in Prismriver Manor, and 28 in Garden of the Sun, that's your high for today. Tonight, we're getting some chills with a cold front coming in with 4 degrees in Youkai Mountain, 7 in Moriya and Myouren, 12 in Scarlet Mansion, 12 in Muenzuka, 13 for the eastern areas, 16 in Human Village, 8 in Hakurei Shrine, 6 for Hakugyokurou, 14 for Eientei, and 3 degrees for Makai, that's your lows. Dialogue now begins. Aware that the Kovunanto is still at an all-time low with their opinion towards humanity, and they are at current not to be trusted with the humans’ intentions in every aspect, they need very strong demands and offers to get past them, but Alter St Lucian and St Ramona Savu somehow breaks the ice a bit, albeit with a stern, but not angry expression.

Alter St Lucian: “You must have such hard nerves to come over here and talk to us in a time like this, after all what humanity has done this far against us! You’re lucky by now that I don’t get to strike you down where you stand. You better have something to back all these words of yours up to get us all into talking, or we’ll just reject everything out of your tongue and be on our own way.”

St Ramona Savu: (chooses the first option) “It would be a very dishonorable move for us to do, and the Holy Trinity would have us all executed for it, as very damnable as it is for me, I’m willing to lend my ears, but all the others will find this as tone deaf. What say you, Mir?”

Gensokyo

"I'm glad you agreed to my conditions," said Grand Marshal Borealis III, "Now then, let us head to the place you wanted the discussions to take place at." Coming out of the portal were two soldiers, members of the Grand Marshal's Elite Guard, also known as the Black Guard. Unlike the Allied soldiers present, the Black Guard troopers wore standard combat uniforms that comes with digital woodland camouflage, which is typical considering Gensokyo-WORLD is all woodland; but while they are soldiers, they actually act similarly to every agencies and organizations that protected heads of states and heads of governments.

"We'll need to come with a solution that would benefit everyone - this solution won't benefit the United Nations of Earth nor Triumvirate Forces Sol-Milky Way, as they are not involved in the discussions and I only intervene just to find out what the heck just happened here and come up with a solution with you and anyone else," he said. "This solution, or resolution, will be put into effect." The portal behind Borealis III and the two Black Guard soldiers then closed. "You may also bring in anyone who wants to participate in the discussions just so we can put an end to this battle immediately," Borealis III added, "and please, do not call me Mir, but call me Borealis III. You may also call me B3 or even B3-san."

At the same time, the heavy rain turns to light rain, which is enough not to flood Gensokyo. The fogs and mists, however, will begin to thicken, enough to cover the entirety of Gensokyo but limits everyone's visions by a small bit. The great fogs and mists resulted from the detonation of the thirteen Ecological Rejuvenator intercontinental ballistic missiles have made said great fogs and mists a permanent feature of Gensokyo-WORLD, not to mention the light rain in various places. Even better (or worse), the side effect of the atmospheric detonation of the thirteen Ecological Rejuvenator ICBMs had also caused Gensoky-WORLD to become a bit cold, cold but still temperate. This may have reduced the chances of another firestorm.

The constant fogs and mists moving over grasslands, hills and whatnot would become a major feature of Gensokyo-WORLD, for it brought about greater mist and fog seasons every day, every week, every month and even ever year. There also comes greater light rain seasons, for they were more common but with a short timespan; on the other hand, heavy rain seasons would be longer. Both rain seasons were more sporadic and frequent yet they won't be enough to flood Gensokyo-WORLD. The sporadic rain, fog and mist seasons and the cold temperate climate will allow for plant life to grow, which makes farming and agriculture a must. Fog and mist seasons will still continue during all seasons, but rainy seasons won't occur during winter seasons.

This, at it should have been and nothing more, was the price for stopping the nuclear meltdown and firestorms.

“Sir, we’ve distributed all of the supplies we can afford to. If we give out any more, we won’t have enough for ourselves if we get into combat” said the soldier as he entered Gaines’ tent.

“We’ll have to switch our efforts to building with what they have. If we can’t provide for ourselves, we can’t provide for them” answered the Lieutenant.

“Yes, sir” answered the soldier, leaving. A cool breeze blew through the tent, delivering the scent of smoke and ash into the room.

“Sir, Task Force 2 has arrived” said an officer from his terminal.

“Tell them to deliver their supplies here. I’ll arrange a meeting between the Generals and the Novayans. Patch me through to them and I’ll inform them of our situation”

Bridge of IRS Solitude
The Dreadnought appeared from light speed in the Sol Trinary System and soon the other capital ships appeared behind it.

“Sir, Lieutenant Gaines from Aeras is trying to contact us” reported the comms officer.

“Put him through” said High General Gore. A hologram flashed up in front of the General, depicting the Lieutenant.

“General, sir. We currently need all of the supplies you can spare in Ouraspol and Asiupoli. The people are suffering here and are in desperate need of food”

“Calm your self down, trooper. You’ve got new shipments on the way” said the General stiffly.

“Copy that, sir” answered the Lieutenant, “Transmitting our coordinates to you now. Fare you well, General” he said before flickering away.

“Dispatch our supply shuttles to those coordinates. Provide escorts of fighters and landing craft. We take no risks with those savages on the planet below” ordered the General.

“Yes, sir” answered an officer, leaving the bridge.

“Launch scans of these planets. We need all the info we can spare if this system is attacked. Find a place for us to dock until our ROBS gets here. Order all nonessential personnel to the Assembly Chamber and the hangar for a briefing”

After a quick chorus of ‘Yes sirs’, the bridge personnel went into action giving orders. Gore left the room, his olive green cape behind him.

Dreadnought IRS Solitude
A giant holographic Gore appeared in front of the hundreds of assembled soldiers in the Assembly Room and in the hangar. The soldiers snapped to attention as if he could see them, and stared expectantly ahead.

“Listen up everyone, I’m only telling you this once. We’re going into systems we know nothing about, fighting enemies we know nothing about, alongside new allies we know nothing about. We’re here to kick the ausses (Riftan pronunciation) of a few aliens. They’re heavily armed and are looking for relics. Don’t underestimate them or we’ll have ourselves another Battle of Highland Keep” Gore paused temporarily. “You’ll find out what your unit is doing when you need to know. Until then, stay light on your feet because we could have action at any time. Report to your commanders because some of you are going to see action already. Let’s get moving”

The hologram flickered away, the soldiers broke away to report for briefing on their duties.

Ouraspol, Aeras, Sol Trinary System
Twelve supply shuttles flew down to the city, followed by their fighter and troop escort. As they landed, the troopers filed out, and in a similar fashion to their predecessor, two troopers went to each clinic alongside a supply truck. Now, even more supplies were distributed as the true relief arrived.

Asiupoli, Aeras, Sol Trinary System
Twenty supply shuttles glided towards Asiupoli with their escorts trailing behind. Once these ships landed, they immediately bloomed outwards, setting up new clinics and assisting construction in new areas. The soldiers, affected by Gore’s words, were wary of the Asiupoli citizens, not letting them get close to any of the Riftan equipment. Nevertheless, supplies were distributed and the soldiers started warming up to the civilians, engaging in some conversations while still keeping their distance.

With negotiations now swiftly underway, St Ramona orders Grand Servant Daze to force all fairies into sleep. Before she does this, she first tells the Grand Marshal of the recent activity within this world, in order.

The local weather station is now even more confused than ever, there hasn’t been a mass weather manipulation event for years, and the station’s only sixty years old.

St Ramona Savu: (chooses the second option) “Well, anyways. I’ll tell you what’s up. There is no governor in the Human Village, there’s just too many local anamolies that we can’t easily control. Then a forced blood moon, and on this very day, a picnic break turned into a bad field day, and a fairy dominion coming back to drive all the humans out of this world. At least Remilia might let us in. We want to go to the Scarlet Mansion for the talks. She wants to see him in person.”

Alter St Lucian: “We’ll give you one day only, and to make it clear, one full day. The mansion has enough food there to last for a day and lots of beds, but try to sleep there at night, then by the time you come back home you’ll end up like Lena. They’re more powerful than even her through age, but nowhere near as bad nor evil as they used to be, yet they still remember what they gone through.”

St Ramona Savu: (she then chooses the fifth option to go along with the second) “Daze!”

Her tiny form is now in front of St Ramona’s face. From the looks of her, she is about the height of an apple. When trying to hear her, her voice is a little high-pitched.

Grand Servant Daze: (translated from Elven) “Present when I heard my name called!”
St Ramona Savu: “Tell the fairies to go to sleep!”

She takes a brief moment to make sure the fires have stopped around her.

Grand Servant Daze: (translated from Elven) “... All right. Give me a minute.”
St Ramona Savu: “And humanize yourself too when you’re done.”

Daze then heads to the nearest tree to the left of St Ramona within two seconds and makes a rather soothing performance from the natural instrument, which only takes one phase to pacify and hynoptize all fairies into forgetting and sleeping.

After a few minutes of calming music, all the fairies suddenly stopped acting violent and like the dummies they are forget everything they just said and their recent actions, as if they been hypnotized as well as pacified. Their opinion towards humans is reset to 0. Then, they found themselves urged to go to sleep in their natural habitats, so they all did as quickly as they could. The KFD is now in a dormant state.

Once all the fairies are back in their habitat where possible, Daze comes back to St Ramona almost immediately and transforms into the Impeccable Princess form. She, like the Grand Marshal have the same hair color as him, has elven ears, pink eyes, a very beautiful face, and about as tall as Lena’s. Problem is, she only speaks in the elven tongues, to which only St Ramona and St Lucian can understand, translate, and relate. She's the Grand Servant of Grand Master Jysa.

The Kovunanto's education standards although as good as the West, they tend to mix things up a lot and get misunderstood as a result. They'll have to address him using something very simple and short, as the Kovunanto is by now a growing military superpower with a lot of wealth and an eco-friendly powerhouse too.

Alter St Lucian: "Don't ask me otherwise why you even bother to mix things up on names, St Ramona."

En route to Scarlet Devil Mansion

"First of all, volks," Borealis III says to the two (three if we include Daze), "my title of Grand Marshal does not mean I lead the NSC Army, for that title is but an office. Whoever holds that office would be the executive head of state of the Novayan Stellar Commonwealth as well as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Novayan Stellar Commonwealth Armed Forces. Currently there are two Grand Marshals: one is me, the Grand Marshal in absentia and the Supreme Commander of the Novayan Expeditionary Force; the other Grand Marshal is Daniel Norsoutha, the man who founded the NSC by reforming the worst shame that is the Nazi-esque Greater Novayan Federation." His face now sports a grimace expression, "I am not proud of what my nation had done, and for nearly five or four-and-a-half septibillion eon-u (Eon-Universal) years I still don't like what my people had done in the past."

When he is told he has only one day or else he'll end up by Lena he replied, "Don't worry about that. I have a lot of energy due to my autism spectrum disorder, and I can optimize myself just by eating one or two meals a day." Eating three meals a day is the most optimizing thing every day, but for the Grand Marshal to be eating two or even one meal a day, he's got to be a fucking beast! But also that makes him quite scary even to Ramona, Lucian and Daze. "And don't worry, Guardswoman Aurora Buenpacifico will be bringing some MREs for us," he added, "if I will ask Remilia and Flandre for their permission to let Aurora Buenpacifico bring some MREs. I can also cook some food: eggs, hotdogs, rice, fried rice, corned beef mixed with eggs, and pancit cantons. I, unfortunately, can't cook all other kinds of food." His cooking skills were so basic and mediocre it almost scared the three Zodiac Order members!

"Oh, and will you three tell me more what happened next after the fairy dominion rose to drive away all of humanity from this world while en route to the Scarlet Devil Mansion?"

They finally arrived at the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Grand Marshal Borealis III and his two Black Guard escorts waited for Remilia and Flandre (if she's available) to appear to meet him. And once they do, Borealis III openly greets them in a more gentlemanly manner, "Hello, Flandre and Remilia Scarlet. The name's Borealis Norsoutha III, Grand Marshal of the Novayan Stellar Commonwealth and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the NSC Armed Forces, one of the members of Triumvirate Sol Military Command, and Supreme Commander of the Novayan Expeditionary Force. And also the 23-year-old boyfriend of Kaede Takagaki, the 25-year-old flagship idol of Kaede Takagaki."

The two Black Guard soldiers who flanked the Grand Marshal looked at him with an expression that screams "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU, COMMANDER!?" for uttering that last part. The last part may have also gotten a surprise from Daze, Lucian and Ramona (if they were surprised at all).

With just under 24 hours left despite being June 17th, and already the majority of Gensokyo’s inhabitants are present long before both sides even gotten to the grand doors of the Scarlet Mansion, complete with a long table in the middle of the throne room. Remilia Scarlet is seen with her Grand Servant Sakuya Izayoi, with the latter informing her that Lucian has finally came back.

Sakuya Izayoi: “He’s here, Master.”
Remilia Scarlet: “Prepare the meals from the kitchen to everyone present. Make it snappy!”
Sakuya Izayoi: “It’ll be ready in 15 minutes.”

Sakuya then gets to leave for the kitchen area to start prepping. Then, Remilia greets all of them, and then greets Lucian.

Remilia Scarlet: “Greetings. Welcome to the Scarlet Devil Mansion! I am Remilia Scarlet, the headmistress of my domain and ruler of Gensokyo for a millennia. Lucian, my old dear friend. It’s been a very long time since I last saw you.”

Lucian then kneels down in respect.

Alter St Lucian: “Indeed it has. But, I’m not alone in this meet and greet.”

Remilia Scarlet: “Now, tell me, Lucian. Why did you decided to come back here?”

Alter St Lucian: “To inform you that I’m willing to start the talks once more. If you let us.”

For a brief moment, she can overhear the arguing of two soldiers, and tells them to be quiet, as this is her mansion.

Remilia Scarlet: “You two need to BE QUIET and TURN DOWN THAT MUSIC! You’re in my mansion, and my rules are to be followed!”
Alter St Lucian: “St Ramona, I’m ready.”

He then gets up.

St Ramona Savu: (chooses the first option) “B3, we are ready to start the talks. These people here, well, not everyone, standing on both sides are ready for a sit down. I counted 84 of them without even using my fingers, 59 are with us on the left, and 25 are with you on the right.”
St Alter Lucian: “All right, Remilia, what can we expect to do while we’re here?”

Remilia Scarlet: ”Both teams are given a score beginning at 24 points. Your team can make an offer, a demand, and for responding to their team's move, you can make a counter-offer or a counter-demand, both sides have 24 moves, each team takes a turn and each move takes 30 minutes off, you can’t do multiple moves at once. The team that adheres to the offer, demand, counter-offer or counter-demand from the other team loses a point. The team that rejects to the offer, demand, counter-offer, or counter-demand from the other team does not lose a point. All reactions must be civil and not exaggerated or turning violent.
Anyone who starts a physical fight on anyone while we’re here, I will cancel the talks, and have everyone out of my throne room and out of my mansion. Meal breaks are 6AM to 9AM for breakfast, then 1PM to 4PM for lunch, and 8PM to 10PM for dinner, If you want to take a rest break, ask me first, but come right back in no more than 15 minutes. My kin will come down to do debating with me between 9PM to 3AM, they sleep during the whole day. Sleep break for both teams is between 10PM to 6AM, ask me first, and I’ll arrange a temporary spot for you to bed down. Beware, as sleeping during the night during these hours this season, my kin will be out and about to go for a little nibbling, but they can’t do it when you’re up. Don’t worry, they won’t suck all your blood, but you will get the feeling of their small taste like a mosquito bite. Remilia Scarlet then takes the far rear seat closest to her throne chair. Human-affiliated Delegations take the right side of Remilia’s, and the Kovunanto-affiliated Delegations take the left side of Remilia. Remilia Scarlet says to B3 that she has made it clear this is the way Gensokyo debates matters for a millennia. As weird as it might sound, as long as he gets along with her idea, she is happy with it.

Remilia Scarlet: "Always been... for a thousand years. Sis is not with me during day, only at night as a correction. You can have your food brought in."

She then yells for Sakuya to hurry up.

Remilia Scarlet: "Are YOU done back there?!"
Sakuya Izayoi: "Food's done, Master! I'm on my way now!"

She then looks back at B3.

Remilia Scarlet: "The food to be served here is the best of what we brought from your West and the East. You're probably familiar with it by now, she's on her way later than on schedule."

Alter St Lucian starts debating on the first request, about the events that led up to now.

Alter St Lucian: "Ok. So, we talked to these people, especially Tenmu. She's not here now, and there were two news reporters. They were Aya and Hatate. Aya was filming us while Hatate made some images of us talking to Tenmu and other youkai. Amadu was present as well, one of the Councilors from the Holy Council. I told Aya to cut the camera off, but it was moments too late and it got circulated locally. Then I told Hatate to stop making sketches, but so too it got delivered locally to other residents. We left them be, as they're just journalists."
St Ramona Savu: "The talks with the youkai were to be kept a secret from you humans. When tensions rose between the youkai and the humans, we kept ourselves low on our heads. So anyway, when Koishi's day arrived, we started deploying as well as blasting. Everything seemed normal at first. What's not normal to us, was that we experienced anomaly after anomaly the longer we stick around. What are these anomalies, I ask?"

Remilia Scarlet stops her right there for a minute.

Remilia Scarlet: "Spellcards. Under my current magic system I enacted back in the 21st century. It was over 520 years ago, still enforced to this day. The spellcards you witnessed on the field of battle are more powerful than your own flashy but no brainer spellcards, even your own Noble Phantasms. I decreed on that system to regulate the abusive practices of danmaku after some... unfortunate incidents back in the old days."
St Ramona Savu: "Does it have anything to do regarding the anomalies we saw, milady?"
Remilia Scarlet: "Yes, Ramona. They may be strange to you, even for the extraterrestrial beings such as you, but they are a normal occurrence in Gensokyo everyday. When youkai get bored, an incident has occurred, and usually a Shrine Maiden is called in to handle the matters, matters of dispute most likely between each other often ends in a spellcard battle, but in here, this is not the case. Probably because of your assistant being here."
St Ramona Savu: "Yes, that is Veto. She's my abbey assistant back in my country. Veto means no, to refuse, and to reject something."
Remilia Scarlet: "And what about my old friend, the one who can seal the darkness, he's not fully ready to face the darkness yet, can't he?"
Alter St Lucian: "If only I can ever recall that. Now what I was saying is that one day since we started battling, as per the regulations, a storm came in, but not like any other storm we ever saw. Who was she?"
Remilia Scarlet: "Raiko Horikawa, the thunder god. Every time there's a storm here, she's meant to come down and give a performance."
Alter St Lucian: "So she was behind the balancing of the fight?"
Remilia Scarlet: "Exactly."
Alter St Lucian: "Then while the storm was battering the lands, we met some of the toughest fighters. Lena teleported us out of danger except herself, because her stopwatch ran out of uses, so she ran off without me, and I went looking for her for hours. I told Ramona in advance long before we even started marching through the river to Higan amidst the downpour. She started fighting against Merlin."

Remilia Scarlet stops him right there, confused as there's two Merlins present. One is native to this land, and the other from SCP-1600.

Remilia Scarlet "Wait a second, there's two Merlins now? Which Merlin?"
Alter St Lucian: "They both wear white. The one Lena fought is the one with the longer hair to her lower back, without the instrument."
Remilia Scarlet "I see. And what did Lena do on one of those nights?"
Alter St Lucian: "We all saw the moon turned red. The night of the Strawberry Supermoon in full swing. Monsters came out, they didn't attacked us, but they attacked them on all fronts. I rushed through the thick forest near the manor to get her out and scolded her, as I never seen her that strong before in the longest time. I came in there alongside Rumia, she distracted the soldiers for quite a while. Throughout the whole fight, demons from Makai came out and besieged the shrine, the village, and Tougenkyou. We already had the garden that was home to the Primates secured, and our own forces was here when you permitted them to take the Forerunner artifact."
Remilia Scarlet: "Yes, I let your extraterrestrial friends to raise the platform and pick up the artifact. However, it wasn't from you, isn't it? Did your peoples when you last visited us glassed this land before?"
Alter St Lucian: "We did, that was almost three centuries ago. The Death Ray's beam narrowly passed over this building, it brought fire and death, the sky turned red, the people were indeed very mad, and we knew the rest from there. The glass shard popped up, and you took it to safety in the basement after all that happened, right?"
Remilia Scarlet: "Yes, my old friend. Your peoples have glassed Gensokyo to stop that fool that we both knew to be David. He was a giant thorn of my side, and I was the figurehead. He was the one who destroyed your planet, and long since being dead, why do you still wanted Gensokyo when you already gave us independence under your Miya's reign?"
Alter St Lucian: "To appease them and give them peace. While you were given full independence, the old Dominion under David still wanted my peoples dead. So we changed our mind and wanted it back again. Then a few years later, Lucia was gone. Yet I escaped, the Zodiac Order was already in the aether years before that, Ramona was already in her country when it happened, and only a small percentage of the total population made it out, but Miya didn't make it herself when she was on the way back to check on the planet onboard the Yamato."

An unusual thought in her mind then comes into view, and then she surprises Lucian, the Zodiac Order, Ramona, and everyone else here.

Remilia Scarlet: "My old friend. About that civilization 92 light-years north of here that was fallen long ago, I have something unexpected to say."
Alter St Lucian: "What?"
Remilia Scarlet: "Even with that book Patchy made since the last 17 generations that accosted me a quarter billion yen to make, someone else came, a former ally of yours, had long already deciphered the book with authorization from Patchy and Koa-chan long before your intentions to destroy humanity were even made."
Alter St Lucian: "WHO?"
Remilia Scarlet: "Your former fairy hunting friends."

Daze interjects, being a Dilnan fairy from the fallen planet and the last of her kind as she is the Impeccable Princess.

Grand Servant Daze: (translated from Elven) "Why did you decided to bring this up with me here? Then how come you didn't kill me?"
Alter St Lucian: "I was with them. Back when my planet was in real danger from being annihilated, around 2229, when she ascended to the throne after Lucia Konohana resigned from power from violating the Constitution regarding the conventions. We met with the Anti-Winx Linpheans, they were called the Anti-Winx. Allied with them for a good few years, but because all they did was talk and give orders to defend other worlds from fairies, we abandoned them, they didn't responded back, and went our own ways. They salvaged what they could with my fallen civilization not long after it fell, our history, our findings, our culture. We were at odds with such creatures far longer than even my world, around the time since the indexing of all galactic species, nearly a hundred millennia (~100,000 years). Then we realized that fighting against nature was pointless, and after a time uncertain, we stopped fighting your kind, yet my former ally is still out there, fighting, somewhere in this galaxy. They haven't yet responded to the attack on Remnant, but they're not going to like it after what we done to them, as that was one of my former ally's most important worlds."
Grand Servant Daze: (translated from Elven) "Hmmph! Whatever you say."

Daze then sits back down.

Alter St Lucian: "As I was saying, after the blood moon ended, the humans started pushing back, so we pushed harder. Once I sensed that you needed me, we were hard-pressed to get here in time, but then... out of nowhere on the way, we were ambushed by several dozen squadrons, and once again with their toughest soldiers. Kamenashi, the Guardian of Capricorn did the unthinkable, and we had a sit-down. I remember that time I had a sit-down with your traitorous despot. That was the time three centuries ago in 2228 when I threatened Gensokyo with total subjugation, turning it into a technological powerhouse powered by your current magical system, and to set up an AI economy network, or war if he rejects. He rejected it, and then I told military officials and Empress Lucia Konohana to start prepping for the invasion. The invasion lasted four years, but it ultimately failed, because even though my peoples only used Puella and Photon magics, not even that kind of magic systems were able to work against your spellcard system. As we were chatting with each other, we witnessed something out of nowhere, and I was expecting Chasers to get revenge on me and the Zodiac Order, but no, instead, it was something else. Didn't take long before Gensokyo was set on fire, and the reactors of the Blazing Fires to malfunction. And then, the humans and rain fairies alike forced Raiko to come back, and what else they have, ICBMs? How were they even launched past the impenetrable shield? You know by now since its founding that Gensokyo doesn't have any ICBMs."
Remilia Scarlet: "We hate ICBMs, definitely. I agree with you. But we can have alternatives. What will you say now?"
St Ramona Savu: "I counter-propose that we only use rain magics as well as consultation of the local water gods to stop any more potential blazes. It will be magically exhaustive, of course, but it can be done. We don't want to overdo it. We both have our faiths in the gods."

The Kovunanto has rejected the proposal about ICBMs, and counter-proposes to B3's as a compromise, as Remilia Scarlet thinks that if an ICBM of any kind (lethal or non-lethal) wants to be used on Gensokyo, the impenetrable shield would have to be lowered first, but if that happens, then that would've make Gensokyo vulnerable to be attacked from space, and everyone in Gensokyo will hate it whenever an ICBM is fired at it, even the harmless ones under the conventions. The Lucian Empire had made their greatest error before centuries ago when they were at its peak and paid their own ultimate price.

Sakuya arrives with the lunch food. He stops talking when she walks in.

Remilia Scarlet: "And here comes the meals, everyone. And the drinks!"
Sakuya Izayoi: "Here you go, everyone. The best quality food from Gensokyo! Eat elegantly, please."

A portal opens up behind Borealis III and his Black Guard soldiers as a female Black Guard soldier exits it, holding a tablet and approached them. "Guardswoman Aurora Buenpacifico? What are you doing here?" he asked in surprise. "Sir, if I may," spoke Guardswoman Aurora Buenpacifico, "I have brought the tablet Vice Admiral Ushanka requested to deliver to you." She hands him the tablet. "The tablet will have information on the Ecological Rejuvenator ICBMs," she added.

Borealis III grabs the tablet and proceeded to read it. After taking about ten minutes, he sighs and chuckles for a bit before saying to Remilia, Lucian, Ramona and Daze, "I was actually wrong about the Ecological Rejuvenator ICBMs. It turns out they can also be deployed and detonated in the stratosphere. They can be deployed and detonated at 15-20 kilometers in the skies. It can also be used even while a world is shielded, too. Not to mention we can deploy them via portals or teleportation." Guardswoman Aurora Buenpacifico then said, "We only found out much about the Ecological Rejuvenator ICBMs. True they can be deployed and detonated 15-20 kilometers above the surface, but the side-effects would be constant yet sporadic heavy and light rains, frequent fogs and mists, and the world becoming cold but still remain on the temperate side." She smiles.

"When you said 'traitorous despot', were you referring to the Grand Admiral?" asked Borealis III. "If so, then the traitorous despot you faced was the man who became the Grand Admiral, who led the Black Empire in the Black War, a war that was fought in the distant past untold Eon-Us - a war that shattered everything and brought about drastic changes in the aftermath. Basically, the Grand Admiral is the first to accept the pre-Celestial Sundering Worm-in-Waiting's offer of taking them out of a universe they originated from, the first to receive the powers the Worm gifted to him, the first to strike down the Blue Sovereign the first time, and the first to EVER shatter the balance."

He continued, "And no, the Grand Admiral is NOT the leader of the Allied Forces. He's merely the leader of the Black Empire, which is eclipsed in size by the Novayan Stellar Commonwealth, Saiyanese Stellar Federation, New Roman Empire, International Union of Armanya, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Confederation of Man and several other superpowers, political organizations and whatnot. The Grand Admiral and the Black Empire were what you consider "the Wild Cards". It is a political term for those who were unpredictable or more problematic. Anyways, it would seem to appear that you've witnessed how the Black Empire subjugated worlds it conquered to suppress the uprisings as well as overwhelm enemy defending forces not allowing the Imperials to take it over."

"Of course, if you really want information on the Black Empire, which I promise will take a whole week for you to digest, why request ask me to have the data slates to you?" He asked. "All you gotta do was ask, of course. And as for your counter-proposal of using rain magics as well as consulting the local water gods, I am perfectly fine with that. I am also perfectly willing to keep the discussions from anyone - only those I trust will know and understand."

There is no counter-proposals or counter-requests from the Grand Marshal, so this is fine. However, Borealis III would ask Lucian and Ramona, "What are your current goals, actually? You didn't tell me anything about them. And what is the Old Dominion under David and the Anti-Winx Linpheans? I want to know more about them."

The human side has lost a point due to agreeing with the Kovunanto's counter-proposal, both sides are now tied again. Lucian and Ramona is heeding the headmistress' rules rather than flaunting by being asked about the Old Dominion first, and then their goals next.

St Veto Navu: "This is only going to get weirder and weirder, as Sanae just told me."
St Alter Lucian: 'We DON'T have a week being here, remember? The traitorous despot was ACTUALLY not one from you, but from one of the Scarlets. She betrayed David Scarlet, the one from Remnant when he tried to subjugate her and her sister to his own old Dominion so that he can become more powerful, but she and her sister instead turned her back against him, and a civil war occurred right here in this mansion and all over the land. David Scarlet was also the arch-nemesis of my peoples the moment he sliced my planet in HALF in 2229, the one who destroyed my planet and displaced my peoples to other worlds in 2232. He was the one who broke the barrier between what is real and what is not over five centuries and ten years ago."
Remilia Scarlet: "You're two years off, Lucian. The balance was broken in 2013, not 2015. It happened when the Combine Overwatch, or the [REDACTED], a totalitarian police force who doesn't ask too many questions nor gets warrants under Wallace Breen. [REDACTED] The Old Dominion treated Gensokyo like he owned the place. He even conquered two multiverses over the span of nearly three decades. And while the Lunarians did fired off their own superweapon from the Moon in 2232 to finish off your planet before I decreed to ban the use of superweapons, Lucian. It was the [REDACTED] that ultimately called the shots towards your Lucia with their nigh-impervious Sentinel Carriers that can travel at omniversal speed to reach you the moment a civilization acts too disrespectful towards anybody and overly aggressive. You, Lucian, and your old peoples, were far too powerful and disrespectful towards my traitor, but not only that, you were far too disrespectful and abusive towards all of Gensokyo, and even towards colonists who settled on your planet. You almost put him and his old Dominion, which he called the Family, into a life-threatening position, which was actionable enough for him to get the Combine Overwatch to stop you completely. He wasn't alone in this. You were also far too disrespectful towards any would-be aggressor who wanted to challenge your planet that you haven't even met before. What ticked you off that way back there 92 light-years away from here?"
St Alter Lucian: "To become self-proclaimed heroes of this galaxy, not some psychotic traitor David Scarlet who he thinks he was. Right before my peoples even fell, my peoples under Miya's reign already had half of the whole galaxy under her benevolent influence, by having visited the supermassive black hole in the center and survived. That was the moment she became the most famous person in the entire galaxy, not because of her beauty, but her charming words. We discovered that we weren't alone in the galaxy after all, so while we were given half of the galaxy, with 50% of the galaxy's systems gave up their independence to us, we became the 2nd most powerful star empire in the known galaxy. Oh, they were even angrier than what Gensokyo had experienced, so they might've too done the same, called in the Combine Overwatch on us. Humanity didn't like it too, either, and they done the same. The Lucian Empire's goals back in our golden days wasn't meant to be like that, no. Originally, we were meant to be a peaceful, isolated, law-abiding Constitutional Monarchy who wanted to find out what's in the final frontier like any human civilization, like you, without resorting to conquest, and we weren't meant to be the dastardly imperialists. However, when Ramona Savu accidently discovered the outer edge of Gensokyo back in the late 2210s, it took us years to realize what she had discovered, so we made first contact by portal techs in 2223 under Lucia Konohana's reign. Although it was initially successful for a few years and we made contact with Remilia and Sakuya, the Old Dominion under David Scarlet squashed all attempts at diplomacy with us by 2226, he was the most unreasonable person I personally met, and it took me two whole years to find out it was him while I was here before, and I knew the rest from there. At one point, the Old Dominion even tried to insult us, and we retorted back saying that "nothing is wrong with us, but everything is wrong with them." When we fell, that half of the galaxy went right back to their original jurisdictions, and we dispersed to places like Anderlusia, Citia, Kyrila, Linphea, Remnant, and many, many others that were our old former ally."

Remilia Scarlet has heard of the Anti Fairy Pact before, and is intrigued by it. She then asks Lucian of what he intended to do after he fled Lucia to Anderlusia.

Remilia Scarlet: "And what did you do there?"
Alter St Lucian: "Met with Grandmaster Ruxea. Lena and Tsutsumi was there along with many young students, some from Lucia we helped evacuated, others from their own worlds. We trained each other, but I won in both tests, and he made me Grand Master and I had Lena became my Grand Servant. Tsutsumi became her own Grand Master sometime later with Veto, along with Ramona taking Kaza, and Raza and Thyko became its own Grand Master and Grand Servant. When we came right back to Gensokyo to get our revenge coming from Anderlusia, we attacked their moon in full force, we captured some Lunarians, with one of them that caught our eye, Jysa, the thaumaturgic expert, and she was exceptional in her skills. So she became a Grand Master, and we brought Daze over from Lucia, the last Dilnan, to became Jysa's own Grand Servant. We didn't manage to blow up the Lunar Capital's superweapon, nor did the remnants of my peoples attempted to capture the moon with my ally. The fairy hunters on our side back then tried to take over Gensokyo for us in 2232-2235, but only managed to make them dormant, not actually killed. The Old Dominion realized who got snuck in to the mansion and wiped out the 2-year old democratic republic, the New Scarlet, in just one hour. Dead as a simple fly with no mercy, it left a big mark in eastern Gensokyo where the geyser formed to this day where it once stood. We were part of the Anti-Fairy Pact, a big defender organization, and I was with them for only two short years before having left, because we thought that fighting against nature was pointless, and we don't want to end up exterminating a single species just to save ourselves. Our former ally's presence was... much bigger, over many galaxies, up to the Local Group range, nothing more, nothing less. And it wasn't just the Lucian Empire that got involved in the pact, we were also the Lucian Tripartite, consisting of Lucia, Copper-Black Cross, and Lieseltania with Lucia Konohana, Erica Blandelli, and Julis Alexia von Riessfeld. However, the latter fell to ruin by a small meteor unrelated to the Old Dominion, and became Tiyana in its place under Julie Horakova, who was used to be part of the modern-day European Union, in Czechia, before seceding to become independent. She didn't last long though with us, and was never seen again, probably a victim of a catastrophic nuclear world war. We formed the Lucian Tripartite in 2223 originally to stop the Chaser threat in Lucia that has gotten out of hand, but it turned out it served a bigger purpose after we killed off their leader in the Chaser homeworld, to protect each other from even the tiniest threats inside and out to each other's sovereignties. When Lucia fell, the Lucian Tripartite responded by sending evacuation and humanitarian aid to faraway Anderlusia straightaway. Lucia Konohana didn't make it when the planet fell even though she was meant to withstand the radiation, perhaps it was due to the World Ender beam from the Lunarians. Erica died during battle in Sardinia just before Lena turned 23 while she was Prime Minister, the same year that she got bitten not long after, and Julis didn't make it when the meteor struck her city, so Julie Horakova stepped in after the dust settled and rebuilt the country very quickly from other cities around Czechia and became the strongest of the three, with Copper-Black Cross came in second. When Lena was bitten right before the Great War, her country was overrun quickly by the Crimson Sisterhood that like any vampire clan, wanted to become the successors than Romania. Then, in 2315, the Latirian machine drones came over when attacked by the Old Dominion wrecked it in self-defense whole, partially shattered the moon, destroyed the Lunar Capital, and data-wiped themselves and their own planet, so that the local media won't trace the events. The fairies were then put into sleep, and the populace pacified. It marked the 300th anniversary as well as the death of the old regime."
St Ramona Savu: "After her country fell, me and my assistant was then tasked to visit Italy by our Orthodox counterparts to visit Rome to get the Vatican's help, and we were able to cooperate with the local police and clerics. While we were able to dispatch the majority of them, only seven of 61 Crimson Sisterhood members remain, and we couldn't find the last of them, so we like any investigative body called off the manhunt, and went back to Romania to close our case. It was around this month, yes, when war broke out. We used every available search method of the era to look for the last seven, but gave up in the end."
St Lena Vitelli: "And who was the last seven you're trying to hunt down? As an ancient vampire, if I want to go back to Italy and be a mistress to Mussolini, you must cure me when we're all done talking."
St Ramona Savu: "All right. These seven only by name and by memory, all of them wear gothic dresses. They're Francesca the Zombie Vampire Idol with a long pink ponytail and eyepatch. Lures victims to their doom with her creepy love music. Her mid-section has a see-through heart in the middle, so a straight bullet might pass unharmed through it. Then you have Eliana the Cleaner, the one who cleans up the mess and disposes drained victims' bodies. Serial professional killer and well-known in Italy. Madalynn the Phantom was the one who dragged her away in a casket, serial burglar and thief of stealing blood donors' organs from multiple facilities to sustain the clan's vitae, or vitals. Oliviera the Iron Girl was the muscle, a bouncer. Joslyn the Jealous One, she didn't like the fact that Lena founded Vitello, a small valley south of Rome in the first place and Joslyn's surname is Vitello, which, funny to me, was also Lena's surname in Latin, her big bad ungrateful sibling. Heather, the Big Brains, the one who called the hit on Lena's life, is the Capo. St Alter Lucian would like to make a counter-move, reiterating his old people's stance of the historical claim on Gensokyo, by rejecting the offer made by the humans and counter-demands it. Even as Lena cries, he speaks boldly.

St Alter Lucian: "No. I strongly oppose the move of independence and any form of neutrality in here. Remilia wouldn't mind being controlled by another power stronger than her, as it has done before. There's no way Gensokyo is going to be independent even after my peoples had already given it away in 2229. We changed our minds not long afterward to take it back. So, I'm gonna say it before in front of every single one of you in this land that Gensokyo shall belong to Lucia, and Lucia only. The Anti Fairy Pact aren't the ones to be messed with, they have their own place in this galaxy, they are a [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] once the Lucian Empire is granted Gensokyo to recognize it as a democratic-republic client state, with its own governor, but their autonomy will be controlled by my people when they come back, and I don't know when exactly will they come. I counter-demanded this strongly. Accept this, and the Lucian Empire thanks to me being present will thank you for it and will leave you in peace. Reject, then the Lucian Empire when they are officially returned after this, they will respond when I come back to see them as their returning Planetary Advisor, as I used to have that job before for years.

Alter St Lucian: “The Anti-Winx Linpheans? They were the first we sent a scout ship towards their vessel. Standard procedure. Didn’t take us long to make first contact. They were only a small portion of the whole pact. They were magical humans that rebelled against their oppressors, with half of their planet under their control. So we formed an alliance from there. Then we grew quickly with other planetary civilizations under Miya’s reign. We didn’t stop there. So we expanded our scouting missions until we got too close to the Galactic Core, and suddenly, we found ourselves with just having half of the galaxy under our federative dynasty, and Miya became famous overnight. But, with such discoveries came a lot of retribution. And it didn’t take long from Sol and other human colonies we had to get mad at us for having so much turf. We called it The Great Intervention event. I only ended up in the old pact with these magical humans for two short years before abandoning them in the dark, not because the fight against nature was pointless, but because I realized that I wasn’t strong enough to acquire my own sealing powers. I was never seen with them ever again, they never responded back. Then, I wandered world to world after I fled Anderlusia due to severe weather manipulation anomalies, traveled through system to system in this galaxy to search for answers on why I was so weak, and wanting to know the horrors of the altered reality, but not every single one of them. I traveled throughout this galaxy alone in my own starship, hungered for wisdom, sought holy relics of the ancient past, sought the Knowledge Stones of other civilizations’ past, met new friends and enemies, and even consulted with ancient gods of my own existence, their existence, and their purposes. We were the first, and we got super angry, accordingly. The old pact, heartbroken to see Miya gone, mourned for her for a moment, as she was too famous in the whole galaxy to die so quick as a galactic celebrity, before going all-out to begin their eternal campaign to wipe out all of her enemies, because humanity has betrayed me and my people to the point I lost touch with them completely, save for my old friends. She was everything to me. They took her. And with her, they took my kindness and my mercy. That was their mistake, because now, all I’ve got left is a cold heart. They thrive on doubt. They feast on fear. These wretched abominations blight my world, and every last one of them will perish by my hand.”

If you're saying what is true, then that means the Combine Overwatch had done such act." Then he stands up and continued, "But THAT is where you're wrong. You two may think that any of us are real and any of us are fictional, but that is an absolute nonsense and the most absurd thing I have ever heard. Do you know why I tell you two this? Then I will enlighten you."

He inhales deeply and said to them, "It is because ALL OF US ARE REAL. It doesn't matter you consider us real or fictional, because we are real, living peoples in a universe that happened to be one of many universes created by the gods themselves - THEY are the ones who made these universes, multiverses, omniverses and outerverses possible, it is they who take ideas from whatever franchises every folks from the various worlds have made reality, it is they who kept up with this competition of theirs." He snaps his fingers, causing Guardswoman Aurora Buenpacifico to left via the blue portal, returning with a holo-projector, which then activates to show a projection of every universes, multiverses, outerverses and omniverses in existence. "Every single universe, multiverse, outerverse and omniverse were made by one or multiple gods, many who created them with ideas of their own and others take ideas or inspirations from various franchises and whatnot made by races who created them for entertainment, and that depends whether or not they take ideas and inspirations from said franchises. There may also exist dimensions, and the Void is one of them as a result of the Celestial Sundering. For you to say that any of us might be real and might be fictional is just as insulting as it can be.

Yeah, we brought in the Rainbow Serpents to bring about rainfalls all over the world especially at the Amazon Rainforest, where the deforested region is growing back at a literally faster rate, and the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, where said garbage such as plastics and other debris hit by this rain have been observed to transform into multiple different forms of marine life. St Alter Lucian: "We're so glad that my peoples will definitely receive good word when I get back, and my peoples will get to leave you all be. Would've been far better off for me to not get revenge and get back to my life again."
Remilia Scarlet: "I find your exaggerated reactions to what we brought up about the barrier issue, the Combine Overwatch, and my deceased illegitimate traitor to be a [REDACTED] here in my mansion. But let us not drag this thing too long, as I have something to show you.
I even have an audio recording for all of you to witness how the Combine did it, from Patchy's Great Library, with Patchy’s permission. However, the Combine Overwatch used the General Hux speech audio as a basis for their arrival, as they at the time had no idea what to do in dealing with the Lucians, so they sent in their ally, the [REDACTED] to assist them, mind you. All five planets, not just Lucia (the green one), were gone too, even if his peoples never settled down on the other four planets. General Hux (Lucian's perspective portrayed as David Scarlet): "Today is the end of the Republic. The end of a regime that acquiesces to disorder. At this very moment in a system far from here, the New Republic lies to the galaxy while secretly supporting the treachery of the rogues of the Resistance. This fierce machine which you have built, upon which we stand will bring an end to the Senate, to their cherished fleet. All remaining systems will bow to the First Order and will remember this as the last day of the Republic!"

To translate what the audio file is heard on both sides, "a regime that acquiesces to disorder" meant that Lucia back then unwittingly wanted to stop a bloodthirsty regime by taking half a galaxy, so they had to expand (though normally they wouldn't want to do that, they had no choice), to rule half the galaxy under the might of a federative dynasty. The "in a system far from here" part refers to a system that is too far away for anyone to deal with such a galactic superpower with 50% of the galaxy under the control of just one Empress. "New Republic lies to the galaxy while secretly supporting the treachery of the rogues of the Resistance." meant that Lucia conveyed covert scout parties far and wide to make contact with new allies in a desperate bid to stop the bloodthirsty regime, particularly the Anti-Winx Linpheans that helped shaped to become the AFP, effectively becoming the strongest out of them. "fierce machine which you have built" meant that the Death Ray (the fierce machine) the Lucians have built over the course of ten years from 2218 to 2228, was used to glass Gensokyo partially enough to reveal the seventh glass shard and set the whole land on fire. Remilia's mansion survived somehow, and the moment Remilia saw the glass shard emerged from the glassland, she took it inside to the main floor and placed it in a display case, erected a platform with the help of Patchouli, and lowered it to the inaccessible basement. "Bring an end to the Senate, to their cherished fleet", meant that Empress Miya Konohana was onboard the Space Battleship Yamato as the cherished flagship of all-time, the workhorse of an entire star empire from the late 2100's, she was nearing the planet to give the evacuation orders to get the hell out of dodge, only 5% of the populace can do so, usually the very wealthy are the ones capable of doing so. "All remaining systems will bow to the First Order" part meant that the Old Dominion along with the Combine Overwatch and [REDACTED] will become the FIRST to rule the galaxy, and NOT the Lucian Empire. And lastly, "the last day of the Republic!" part refers to the day of annihilation on 18th of March, 2232 (19th March 2232 on other side of Sol) when the speech and the firing command was made. That's how they did it.

Many people along with B3 and Lucian, along with the Zodiac Order, Grand Masters and Grand Servants thought it is a war crime, but to those behind the firing, it was legitimate. It was 100% legitimate. And the reasons behind the firing? They were provoked by the Lucian Empire solely to take them on at full strength, and wanting her enemies to try and take it, in which they did on that fateful day.

After seeing what they had done to his holy world from the perspective of both sides, Lucian, with his purple eyes squinting and almost forming an angry face brewing in him, had enough and asks Remilia to end the recording abruptly.

Alter St Lucian: “Pause right there.” *as the audio recording is stopped the moment his planet at the center shown is shattered* “So... they may be real, too. Maybe we are all real too, after all. That we’re all part of this simulation, no doubt. So it was the Combine Overwatch along with the help of [REDACTED] responsible for the destruction of my holy world, and not you humans. You weren't even there when it happened, and my former pact oversaw its destruction. That gives me a rather merciful, glancing look at you now. The Lucian Empire will leave you be, at least for now. But we Lucians will fight to the death against the Combine and its [REDACTED] responsible for what they had ultimately done, and will not be stopped until the totalitarian police force that doesn’t care about the safety of how they treat their people, and you must let the Lucian Empire handle it, for we have the means to destroy them, and I will be with my peoples once again to aid them. Then, I can have my own peace once again.”
Remilia Scarlet: “You cannot have such hope to defeat them, if they done it before on your planet, they can just do it again, they can do what they want in destroying only when you risk your peoples to repeat your mistakes. But, I will give you a silver lining of hope. Your recently revived beloved Empress Miya since the moment you started glassing David Scarlet's homeworld on Remnant in mid-April, is alive and well in your revived sacred homeland and system, re-coalesced whole, is waiting for you to return home. And if you ever need me again for another chat, you know where to find me.”
Alter St Lucian: “Quite a shocking revelation from you. Then I must head home. Send me out, as I have long wished to no longer be feuding with what I formerly protect which is you, humans, but the extraterrestrials will still bring the fight without me. I don't care if the Noble Prophets want my head, I don't want them to control my thoughts anymore, and my peoples will leave them be. My faith in humanity is coming back to me. At last. I can finally go home. Tsutsumi! You’re to be dismissed to Oblivion at once. I don’t need your services to protect me anymore.”
Tsutsumi: “Done. My mission is finished. Good luck, Lucian.”

Tsutsumi immediately gets up, and a small purple portal appears around her, and she then disappears. She is never to be seen again. This is the last time Lucian gets to see her, and she’s now gone.

Alter St Lucian: “The Lucian Empire will take care of Gensokyo real good, B3., as we’re environmentally friendly and not willing to make them as obedient slaves, no, that’s not the Lucian way. The gods and your people, milady, shall receive our own deities’ very blessings as well as your own. The only contender though from time to time, is to extend the peace with the youkai for a recurring ten years. And while you’re at it, take care of yourself and your Sis.”
Remilia Scarlet: “Yes, I will do that and sign it in. Goodbye, prince of Lucia.”

He then walks out of the throne room, down the grand stairs, and then just outside the mansion grounds. He looks back at the mansion one last time and self-monologues in the rain.

Alter St Lucian: *sighs* “At last, I can no longer feel the need to shed blood unnecessarily to them. Surely it was her own traitor that started it all, but maybe it’s best for me to just accept its fate. That we’re all just real beings, that everything I see is there, like a moving picture. I am not that sorry to them, but I am sorry for myself. I shall leave for my homeworld and to live again as their emissary. One day, I will revisit them, and see how well it turns out to be.”

He sighs again as he is preparing to use a portal tech from where he’s standing out of his pocket to summon forth his own portal.

Alter St Lucian: “I’m coming home, Lucia. I’m coming back to you, my peoples. Take me home.”

He then turns to the portal he just made and steps in. The portal takes him in, and is whisked away too.

As the Kovunanto side now no longer has Lucian and Tsutsumi, only St Ramona is able to keep the negotiations running. She is now ready to talk about what her order is, and what they do in the next 30-minute segment.

St Ramona Savu: “I’m now ready to tell you humans of what the Zodiac Order is about. I need a minute to think.”

Kovunanto has lost a point, knowing fully well from what Lucian recently said that his own revived empire, not wanting to repeat its mistakes will now only go after the ones truly responsible for destroying his sacred world in the past no matter the odds, and his peoples will treat Gensokyo in a positive light. To ensure that Gensokyo can survive the transition into an eco-techno hybrid paradise, he wants to make sure that the peace treaty with the youkai will be extended every decade starting today on June 17th, so this means the extension of the peace with the youkai will be effective if both Remilia and B3 can sign it, until 2535 and then the next signing to be done by both parties again onwards. The people of Gensokyo will not be treated as slaves by the Lucian Empire, and will instead be given enough civil and political rights to live without suffering and to vote without being intimidated. As long as they follow the decrees set forth by Remilia, and the bureaucracy of the Imperial Constitutional Monarchy under Empress Miya Konohana, who will reign for the rest of her life, with Amadu Konohana as her heiress. Amadu Konohana will be informed by the Noble Prophets after the negotiations is over, that her time is about to come to an end as ambassador due to a sudden change in rulers from Velia, Rouya, and Chaya to Truth, Mercy, and Regret, that she is no longer needed service and will be able to trek back to Lucia using a Covenant vessel, and will only drop her off there and leave her and the planet be without attack.

The Lucian Empire will be able to bless Gensokyo with its eco-friendliness policies and their unique creativity in improving the weather and climate, it just needs their Parliament approval and the Empress' benevolent goodwill in signing it. Kovunanto uses up a move as well and is awaiting the human side's response on the offer about the peace treaty. Once confirmed done, St Ramona Savu will reveal what the Zodiac Order is. Noya and Darcie praises the move as a step forward in the right direction for environmentalism. So does the rest of Gensokyo that cares a lot about the environment, and they too receive their praise. The approval rating of the Kovunanto and UNSC side sharply rose even further as now all beings of Gensokyo are recognized as real, and not fictitious from before.

The negotiations is still tied, but the human side is now one move less. Lunch break will be over in the next half-hour at 16:00 hours, in which Sakuya Izayoi will collect all the dishes.

He taps on the tablet and ordered a complete withdrawal of all Allied forces minus a select number of thaumaturges and soldiers to make sure to identify and recover the fallen, wounded or missing Allied soldiers who fought for this world. I know, we Novayans don't talk much about this, but that's because we only talk about this kind of history topic. And to be honest, we Novayans weren't even present at the destruction of Lucia, either; the Lord Admiral led Novayan forces in the hunt for the Sith long before I led an expedition into various medieval fantasy worlds, a larger military expeditionary force to Universe ARCANA-ARCADIA, and a multilateral expeditionary force to Galaxy Foxtrot-Foxtrot-Alpha."

The Grand Marshal then added, "And I know I will enlighten you both once you've finished explaining who we Novayans really were - even though you two thought we Novayans were humans, despite the fact we were human once. But I will not explain to you why we Novayans - as well as the Saiyanese, Nova Romans and several others - were once human right now. Like I said, I will listen to her first before I explain you both what I mean. I will ask ask you two a number of questions post-explanation. And our para/techs and thaumaturgies, if you will also ask me." He turns to St Ramona and nods at her to begin explaining the Zodiac Order and its goals.

This is Grand Marshal Borealis Mir Norsoutha-Tomoshima III, your head of state of the Novayan Stellar Commonwealth and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the NSC Armed Forces to all Allied Forces.

You are to begin your complete withdrawal from Gensokyo-WORLD effective immediately. There is no point in continuing waging this battle for this world from the Kovunanto Empire; the Aether Team whomst your allies fought have managed to gain what they want. This does not mean the Kovunanto Empire will take full control of this world, but this means the Aether Order was able to put this world under the authority and protection of the Lucian Empire.

The Aether Team, Remilia Scarlet and I have managed to reach an agreement which would help put an end to this devastating battle. There is no need to continue fighting for this world, for the Aether Team have realized the painful truth, a truth not only painful but also unexpected. They will have stopped fighting for us now, but this doesn't mean the war against the Kovunanto Empire also does.

Here are my standing orders for today:
I. Begin the complete withdrawal of all Allied combat ground and air forces from Gensokyo-WORLD. This battle is already over, so there's no need to continue fighting this pointless battle.
II. Cease and desist any and all engagements immediately. Continuing any form of engagements will be unacceptable and detrimental to the peace process the Aether Team, Remilia and I have so made. Failure to comply to cease and desist any and all engagements will violate the peace process.
III. During the withdrawal, a number of Allied combat units are to remain to begin the recovery of the fallen, wounded or missing Allied combat personnel who participated in the battle, but they are not permitted to engage freely unless fired upon. Any Allied units who violated this order will be replaced by those from the Novayan, Saiyanese and Roman Expeditionary Forces.
IV. Any looting, plundering, pillaging or use of scorched earth tactics is hereby and forevermore banned and outlawed from being executed here. Any Allied soldiers (even those of the Black Empire present in this world) who refused to follow this order are to be apprehended, tried, stripped of their medals, decorations, orders and whatnot, and expelled from military services.
V. Any Allied soldiers who decided to continue engaging the battle are considered renegades and are to be eliminated - captured or killed - at all costs. Allied commanders indirectly ordering military units into continuing the battle for Gensokyo-WORLD are to be considered rogue and were to be stripped of their ranks and expelled dishonorably.

Throughout Gensokyo and the Sanctuary System

The order to withdraw from Grand Marshal Borealis III had shocked the Allied Forces, but the most shocked of all were the officers of Novayan Forces Milky Way Command, who find themselves unable to order for more combat maneuvers in Gensokyo-WORLD. Many were angry that they have been denied the chance of saving Gensokyo-WORLD from being controlled by the Kovunanto, but some understood or even accepted the order to withdraw all Allied combat ground and air forces from Gensokyo-WORLD. At the Sanctuary System, Lord Admiral Borealis I and his fellow officers were arguing and debating on what to do. After rereading them, the Lord Admiral had decided that the orders must be followed to the letter, and so he and his fellow commanders and officers passed an edict that ordered the Allied combat forces in Gensokyo-WORLD to follow the Grand Marshal's orders.

The reactions of the Allied Expeditionary Force were mixed. Some of the Allied expeditionary force soldiers were glad the battle had finally ended and so begin their complete withdrawal, and some Allied units who participated in the battle volunteered to commence recovery of the fallen, wounded or missing Allied soldiers as well as wrecks of Allied combat vehicles, aerospacecraft, corvettes and frigates. They were glad the battle is finally over, and the brutal episode has finally come to an end. Most weren't happy the battle ended via a peace process, but they understood the consequences of violating both the Grand Marshal's orders and the peace process would result in them receiving worse. Some of these Allied soldiers, unhappy as they are, also participated in the recovery.

However, several Allied soldiers were angry that the battle ended in a peace treaty, and so decided to continue the battle anyways. Whether it is because of their patriotism, ultra/hyper/nationalism, ultra/hyper/xenophobia, hatred of the Kovunanto and all their allies or whatever, the rogue Allied soldiers began gathering those who still want to fight the Kovunanto and their allies to prevent them, especially the Lucian Empire, from ever controlling or glassing this world. Some of the rogue soldiers also joined recovery teams under the guise of "recovery" with the clear intent of killing more Kouvnanto youkais and soldiers. Even a few rogue Allied soldiers decided to commit arson and scorched earth tactics, and even unsavory tactics such as raids, rape and whatnot. Even a squad of 12 rogue Allied soldiers decided to attack the Scarlet Devil Mansion out of unknowingly-suicidal defiance of Borealis III's orders.

Unfortunately, all this did was piss off everyone - loyal, neutral or unhappy Allied combat units, Imperial forces present in the Human Village and Staging Point Velder, the Gensokyoite youkais, the Zodiac Order, the Scarlet Devil Mansion, and the four Novayans (Borealis III, Aurora Buenpacifico, and the two Black Guard soldiers) present in the negotiations. Even if some of the rogue Allied soldiers managed to get away with all of it, they were apprehended by loyal Allied soldiers and thrown back to Gensokyo-WORLD for Remilia to deal with. Even if several rogue Allied soldiers managed to hide somewhere in Gensokyo and continue with their activities, whatever they're doing makes it clear they were not just only rogue soldiers but also bandits. These bandits were nothing but ants to the Gensokyoite youkais and the arriving Lucians, who will deal with said bandits once and for all.

St Ramona Savu is able to speak, and the Zodiac Order is going to give the humans quite a chilling story of how they went through the bloodiest months of the Lucians vs. Chasers War.

St Ramona Savu: “I am Ramona Savu, and this is our story.”

A long series of flashbacks occurs, many historic scenes that will drive a normal human being mad from the revelations. She will now explain of her involvement with the Lucian peoples in the late 2210s.

St Ramona Savu: “I was studying about foreign languages, studying the kingdoms of old, about other countries within my family’s two-story rental apartment in a small, quiet, mountainside town within the Carpathian Mountains north of Budapest. Savu, as my surname to me, is a very common name in Romania, meaning to purify chemical fumes. I was a biochemist as early as 8th grade, because my father used to work in a chemical plant from several kilometers away south, and his drive took him only an hour in a self-driving hovercar that doesn’t leave behind tire skids on the road, the car we used to go to the abbey (which is my religious school), e-grocery, and to his workplace, has eco-friendly neon lights. I’m not really sure what really happened to the EU, with most countries not wanted to stay in it forever.”

St Ramona Savu: ”I was born in 2201, the height of summer, 2nd of August. I was only 16 on one fateful day, the 21st of March. The beginning of the Zodiac year on the spring equinox one chilly morning in the Carpathian Mountains. One of the books I been studying from my purple journal describes a kingdom in which it was never before seen, only in anyone’s dreams, clashed in some war with monsters that haunt their dreams. People that are talented in dealing with these monsters to pacify, to defeat, to charm them to their side, were Chasers, and each individual has its own Chasers. They gathered relics from far and wide as a means to serve as doorways to other pocket realities. Ranging from easter egg hunts all the way up to even the gathering of persons of distinctive merit, or accomplishments from their own histories, if you would call it that back then. They were called lucid dreamers. It may not be just one world, it may be multiple. They are uniquely creative, with mastery of the elements, including light and dark. So powerful are their intentions with their willpower, they can even defeat the impossible, but the training behind it took them between days to even years from person to person.

St Ramona Savu: I was set to find out what such a kingdom of such power, such importance can hold such immense discovery and creation powers that mimic the gods’ of the Creation for the good of the universe, and on that one fateful night, with my eyes closed, with the purple journal on my side, fatigued from hours of studying this peculiar kingdom I never before seen. Then, when I woke up, I found myself near a familiar lake that I saw frequently when I was a child, but completely different. The sky was a pale blue, the grass is a lush dark green, and the sun shining down on my face that I recognized it. When I looked around, I saw trees bigger than the trees that I saw in the Carpathian Mountains. To me, I thought I was in the Mediterranean or somewhere else. Then, just as I was able to get up and move, I noticed a sword on my left, a simple sword made of iron. My purple journal was still with me. It turned into a spellbook. My Orthodox talisman on my left waist glowed on me, as if calling to me of a nearby living being that I have to go to. Then, a small quake shook me up from below. I have no idea what that quake meant to be, so I decided to venture to where the nearest living being. When I looked at myself, I was wearing a gothic dress, my hair was very loose, wavy, all the way to my back, but I wouldn’t mind that”.

St Ramona Savu: “I then read a sign in front of me, and it said that I head down to Septima, and I was in some sort of county, and I thought I was in Italy. So I go there and see someone in the market, and upon first glance on my left was a posh girl, blonde on outside, blue on the inside, very long hair, blue eyes, about my age and works on the stall on a very fine day. That was Holly Sutton. From the looks of her, she’s a wealthy businesswoman, but what’s strange to me is that she’s wearing clothes meant for the higher-up businesses. She happily welcomed me to her shop. Straight away she asked who I was, and I told her as Ramona Savu. She never heard of such a name, but the peoples inhabited here are the Lucians, and she called me a savant, a smart individual. When she asks me if I wanted to buy something off of her stall, I checked my own old e-bank account and found that I have zero balance. She told me to go see Onesto by the bankhouse down the block. Can't even remember exactly what he looked like. After I met with this nice guy Onesto, I was to be registered on the planet’s database, as he never saw the likes of a rich girl like me, so I was as wealthy as her. The currency of the planet was Azurite crystals. I asked him what that meant for such a currency, it was because my family’s net worth was in the single millions. I then checked with the innkeeper by the name of Kotobuki. However, to my suspicions, she looked way too close to Rain from another world I read e-books about virtual reality. She may not like loiterers, and the inn was reserved for the higher-up peoples. Since I just happened to be fatigued, I paid her off with my PDA a small amount, which by their standards, very expensive for an inn. I then asked her for a one-day sleep rent, and she showed me to a nice comfy bed to sleep on. I then woke up again back home and jot down my first impressions of the dream. I asked Holly of where am I and she said to me that I'm in Lucia, and she told me there's a war going on, and the material demands were so high, that some of the goods got higher prices than usual, by about ten percent than normal.”

St Ramona Savu: “The next time I was in Lucia, my talisman on my waist glowed on me again, and I was to meet with someone of religious importance at the Order of Septima, a local church within Septima. There, I met with Reverend Amaranto, the one responsible for the glow of my talisman. The moment I looked in his eyes, destiny unfolded onto me. He introduced himself calmly, and I then introduced myself. It was that very night that he and I together formulate on the foundation of the Zodiac Order. He said onto me that the war was on its heels for the people I was going to help with. Because I was a foreigner to them, I had to prove my worth, and I was proclaimed “the young one”, chosen to find 13 girls around the planet, in order. I then asked him who were the Lucians they been fighting with, and he said that it was their imaginations’ very bane, the Chasers. For them, I had to find out myself. He received a prophetic vision that I was to meet with someone named Liang in a fort in Meridia.”

Liang Zhenyin, Guardian of Aries: “Which is yes, that was me, by the way. I am the Guardian of the Ram. Yes. I’ll tell you mine now before she can continue. Yes, I was the one who helped her after she defeated my sister in honorable combat after some mistranslation with me and her. Me and her immediately picked up on Sav’s language, and told her that I was having a bandit uprising around my province, and the Emperor’s reinforcements was mainly focused on the neighboring province west in Thycia. I was assigned as a provincial royal palace guard for Meridia. She arrived from boat on the Karanja all the way up north to see me, and it took her a few days to arrive. I had two sisters named Xian Zhenyin and Zhan Zhenyin, and my father that I don’t even remember, I don’t clearly get the full pronunciation, but my father nonetheless died to asbestos on a cargo ship, so I was forced to take care of my two younger sisters, and I blamed the bandit gang led by Xiang to be the ones responsible. The Meridian provincial government did not offer me any pay or compensation, but they kept my position. They weren’t that tough to me at least, but they had the numbers. When my youngest sister Xian dropped the medallion that is a fire medallion, I let Ramona keep it. The next day, an army of bandits we seen attempted to take over the fort, and we fought together, but Ramona demonstrated her thunder magic that we never seen before. The bandit army was down, but we had no idea where they came from. Then I told her there were two other friends of mine from when I was younger that we were the best of friends, Zheng Zhenyin and Xue Zhenyin, two brothers of mine. Until they start having differing loyalties and began splitting up and aligned with the bandits, taking the two other medallions, the Feng and Shui, which are the wind and water. My saviour had the Huo, and I told her that I am to meet her at Shiyang later, the provincial capital to the east. She decided to follow me first to see where I was leading her to, and I was used to be stationed in there for a good few years before I was driven out. Zheng and Xue ran off with the two stolen medallions from the temple, and I had Ramona tasked to go find my two brothers, and not to kill them, but wound them into handing it over. She said yes.”

St Ramona Savu: “And while I was on my way to find those two medallions, I stumbled upon some young girl, Korean. Fugitive from my homeworld, a black market arms expert. Initially I refused to help her, and she wanted me to go cause some havoc on some village called Mianshu, for supplies to loot to support a revolution in Meridia province against the local bandit regime. As strange it might look, she was the very best gunslinger I ever met, even for a criminal. From sawn-offs to shotguns, even assault rifles, she’s a daredevil. Since the Meridian bandit regime was too rough for her to handle, I decided to go rough up on some corrupt Meridian guards. Eventually they were proven too much trouble for me as well, as I was unable to hold off against them on my own, and passed out from the dream. Upon coming back in the next dream in just a few minutes after jotting down super-quick on my purple journal, I was met by the same Korean fugitive again. Yu-Hye-Jin. Yu for noble, Hye for wisdom, and Jin for truth. So Yu-Hye-Jin meant Noble-Wise-Truth. After a day passes and then woken up back in the dream in another part of Meridia, she then explained to me why she didn’t want to go towards civilization again, is because she used to be part of the military in the weapons department, but she didn’t like the strict regulations and rules on her, and went AWOL on them. She then went to hiding in Meridia right as the war with the Chasers was at its peak, and the Meridian provincial government already sent most of its troops to the frontlines west and east. I’m normally not content with aiding and abetting criminals, but I can’t turn down a beautiful fugitive like Yu-Hye-Jin as a one-time exception.”

St Ramona Savu: “Yu-Hye-Jin then wanted to provide services in exchange for Azurite crystals, and a fortune to risk it. I agreed with her, and she became one of my best teammates, but in exchange of not taking her to any civilized settlement. Being the wise one she is, she knows that the Meridians were too corrupt, and that I have to put the regime down. Xiang was the one who set up the lawless regime to undermine planetary security efforts on the Lucians. I then need more than just her, so I looked around the Palanghi Valley and stumbled upon the ancient graveyard of Tongzuishan. Tong means Pain, Zui means Guilt and Shan means Old. Pain-Guilt-Old. When I arrived there in early April, I met someone named Xinyi Hou. Her full name means Mind-You-Keep. Xinyi is one expert priestess of the oldest graveyard that was ever built upon, albeit terribly maintained and constantly raided recently by bandits. It was not built by the Lucians, but rather a long extinct species that was never specified. She was also aware of the magical quakes that periodically impacted the planet. There was no visible destruction, no tectonic movement, just weird rumblings. People died unexpectedly from the quakes or got sent to hospital wards, but it only affected those who aren’t faithful and those who aren’t magically inclined. Yu-Hye-Jin and I along with Xinyi Hou then heard the aforementioned magical quake, and all around us were undead rising up from the robbed graves. Xinyi Hou then attempted to seal the graveyard of the infected hordes whilst we fought as a duo. Then, after that’s done, we not only saved ourselves, but also Xinyi, and her spear is what makes enemies per hit go into a state of torpor, by sapping away their ability to use special moves. That wasn’t part of the main goal, but having powerful friends really help me in preparing for the worst to come.”

St Ramona Savu: “I then head to Shiyang the following dawn without a break with two of my new friends, and Shiyang was a total mess, with civilians already killed in front of us, and bandits patrolling it like they owned the place. The provincial capital was full of it. We approached Liang once again, and she gave me a bit of a suspicious look on why I brought up Yu-Hye-Jin in particular. Yu-Hye-Jin said she wanted to drive the bandits out and to assist in overthrowing the bandit regime. Shiyang was an ancient Lucian city in the 2140s from the plaque that was partially vandalized of recent. Liang wanted to kill every single bandit and put an end to the regime. I preferred that fire magic might be useful, but nature had its own plans, and we were forced to go with a Plan B, to use thunder magic instead, in which only myself can. Once we got up to the stairs and about to head inside the temple, I immediately sensed that Xiang was preparing to abandon post and head for another district of the province if we can’t put him out. And Liang almost snapped at me like a superior officer.”

Liang Zhenyin, Guardian of Aries: “When we got inside the temple, it was cursed. Without the three medallions on the pedestals one floor down below us, the place was filled with dark magic about, and if we tried to get even a few steps past the entrance, we would’ve been dead. I stopped in time and warned Sav that she still needs the two other medallions, and so I waited inside until she’s ready. Yu-Hye-Jin and Xinyi would still want to go with her, and so I stood guard over the emptied capital in hopes that Sav and her party comes back with the three medallions. Being a guard wasn’t that easy a life for me.”

St Ramona Savu: “So I went as told by Liang to head to two smaller cities in Meridia, which are Meiying. Meiying is Beautiful Dark, but in Meridia, it’s the city of the winds. Zheng expected me there after I killed off the bandits there, and he fought me with the power of wind. Utilizing the wind to my advantage, I sent him flying towards the wall, and he almost twisted his limbs. He told me to stop right as I was almost able to plunge my sword onto him when I saw the Feng medallion, the green one. Zheng warned me that the Meridians will pin those murders on me even though they’re just bandits, and I told him that can’t be helped, because the Emperor was too busy with the war. I was just doing God’s work a favor with Yu-Hye-Jin and Xinyi Hou at my side. Then we traveled to the mountain peaks of Meridia farther north to the snowed in city of Shizuijing, meaning Corpse Guilt Essence, the city where the soul essence from people that died from their guilt. Xue waited for me with a water glaive, and I can’t use thunder magic on him while I was wet. It didn’t help that the cold weather there made it far worse. Yu-Hye-Jin liked the cold better than I am, and simply riddled him with bullets, almost to death. We kept him alive long enough for Xinyi to heal him back, and like Zheng, he shows us the blue medallion, the Shui, for water. I then ended that dream and jotted down my notes of what I experienced.”

St Ramona Savu: “I then come back to the dream after a day went by, my party and I ended up looking out for other places in Meridia province for more team partners. So, we stumbled upon an Oriental pocket dimension and almost got ourselves killed in the process, but survived, and rescued a Drow teen named Taka Zauvear. Helpless and unarmed, but survived because she hid in a small pool when the Chasers started attacking the townspeople. Despite being an evil-looking blue elf, she’s actually in good spirits. The village we arrived was somehow destroyed and blighted by the Chasers, as if they somehow used a portal to enter pocket dimensions and started slaughtering whatever species they came across with reckless abandon. It was only after I solved a puzzle from her tribe that is called the Yin-Yang. I placed two orbs: one white and one black on the respective pillars, and the circular ring started swirling, taking us higher by several meters until we got onto a higher elevation of the pocket dimension where we then allowed to visit a god of wisdom. I whisked the only Drow in Lucia, Taka Zauvear away to her real homeworld as part of a side rescue operation, and she was never seen again. Her fate was then unknown to us nor the Lucians.”

St Ramona Savu: “After our visit with the god of wisdom, a few days had passed already, and we finally got back to the accursed temple at Shiyang with the three medallions. I presented all three to Liang as proof of the job, and she handed me a jade sword, the sword that can resist the powerful curse within the temple, and I kept it to this very day to only use it when I’m facing against evil foes and dark magic. I placed the three medallions on the keyholes on the door, and I came face to face with Xiang, the bandit chief himself. Liang immediately just charged in without thinking first and was badly wounded. Yu-Hye-Jin tried to shoot him down, but her bullets just bounced off from his bulletproof armor. Xinyi’s torpor effects from her spear did however did him in, and I was able to use the jade sword to deal the finishing blow. Yu-Hye-Jin and Xinyi Hou then expressed their goodbyes and went on their way. I then faded away from the dream and resumed normal life, knowing well that Liang would take care of the temple before going back to Fort Palanghi and continue her role as a guard with her sister Xian. The bandit regime was put down, and Liang became the first Zodiac girl inducted into the order.”

St Ramona Savu is becoming exhausted of words and realizes she needs a quick rest break. She asks Remilia Scarlet, who is by now switched from Kovunanto-affiliated to Lucian-affiliated, who although still friendly to the Kovunanto as-is, are not actually in an alliance with the extraterrestrials, as well as all former Kovunanto-affiliated Delegations are now Lucian-affiliated Delegations that can operate to some degree their autonomy and what they can do within Gensokyo whilst keeping their jobs and basic rights to live and vote.

St Ramona Savu: “I need a quick break, milady, its urgent.”
Remilia Scarlet: “Come right back soon when you’re done.”

Hegerissa Dorzorwyn, Guardian of Taurus: “Ahem. So, when the Karanja came over to the small island of Queens south of the capital, I never knew it was her coming towards the island, and it was a merchant ship from Septima. I was assigned to watch over the island’s temple from the top of a torii gate, and even the island itself from the Chasers. Unfortunately, the ship that Sav was on got struck by savage storms, but it was no ordinary storm. The Chasers were responsible for bringing down that ship, and she sank, but Sav survived and was washed up on shore. I waited. Sav then attempted to get past the gate I stood on top of, and mistaken her for a Chaser, I jumped down and almost went for the kill, but somehow she pulled out an ebony sword the likes of which I never seen it before and blocked my strike, and I relented in confusion. Sav was not angry, and to my knowing, she was the Chosen One before me. I then introduced myself as Rissa, a descendant of Sakura the Kunoichi.

Hegerissa Dorzorwyn, Guardian of Taurus: “She then asked me where I was from, and turns out I was from the same planet as hers, but from the other side. The weapon I carried, the Soulblade, to this very day is the same that my ancestor passed it on to me before she disappeared. Deadly if you know what I mean, and I helped her get past the Chasers that inhabited the supervolcano at the center of the island. It was a treacherous journey for us both, I handle the heavy lifting like a bull, hence my personification of the Bull. I’m the second of the twelve signs. I also was able to teleport behind our enemies and sliced them, as well as to teleport over short distances across dangerous gaps to get to places that were inaccessible to her on the ground.”

Hegerissa Dorzorwyn, Guardian of Taurus: ”The Chasers somehow were able to speak to us, as if with hindsight bias. A tense standoff on Sav’s first contact with them of why they’re attacking Lucia. And they said that someone who was foolish enough to go all the way to defeat our Queen on another planet, that was Na Pali, and their vengeance was clear: to wipe out all of humanity on this planet, and thus we then were attacked, but I was stronger than Sav from my Soulblade. Sav was unable to defeat these albino monsters in a conventional way, so I protected her by getting in front of Sav, and let me harvest their very souls with the lethal strikes of my ancestor’s orange blade, and used it to transfuse their vitals back to hers whenever she got hurt. She wasn’t ready to take on the Chasers yet, and I told her to stick behind me closely as we ascended upward to the supervolcano that was only hours away from erupting. We got there, and Sav started to sweat profusely due to her gothic attire from Europe. I was lucky enough to provide her with spring water, but even that wasn’t enough, so somewhere down the supervolcano as we fought Fire Chasers, she was able to acquire a set of fire resistant power armor for that occasion.”

Hegerissa Dorzorwyn, Guardian of Taurus: “When we were halfway down to the very bottom of it, I noticed fast travel portal techs, bright blue up to seven meters in diameter. When Sav asked me about these things, the Zodiac Order that I’m a part of, created these things, about eighty of them around the planet as a two-way router to get to other places within the planet as a means to fast travel. However, when the war gotten so bad, the Chasers somehow learned of these magical portals and tried to use it to transport their troops behind our forces’ lines, so we had to re-route the portals’ destinations to cut them off as a fail-safe. So, Sav and I went down on one of these blue magical portals we set up, and it took us further down to the core of the supervolcano. A bunch of Fire Chasers were waiting for us, and a single Ghast was summoned on top of us. We nonetheless was able to beat the Ghast and disarm their bombs to save not only the supervolcano, but also the planet. Night then came and a heavy storm, so we went up to our temple where I used to train alongside two people. Sav doesn’t know the two, so I introduced her to Ayaka Mariko, a magical girl, and Ryoto Hikawa, a mecha pilot. All four of us were tired, yet when we all slept, Sav slipped out of the world the moment she found an odd chest, yellow and brown."

Hegerissa Dorzorwyn: "When she got back in the world not long after she jotted her memories down, she found something ancient and odd, and she showed it to me only after she herself arrived at a lighthouse to the west end of the island. I never knew what she was doing, maybe send in help, so she was seen dropping down a flare for an airship to arrive. The Chasers knew what she was up to, and as I mostly took care of them, the Chasers brought in reinforcements the likes of which I never encountered before, puppet zombie hordes and Wyverns from the portals. They then attacked the lighthouse to knock down power as we ascended upwards. The one Wyvern tried to break off the topmost piece of it, and Sav was able to use thunder magic to bring it down with ease. Realized that they just kept coming, Sav showed me an Earth fragment, and despite my suspicions of how she got that, she was able to hand it to me and I used it to bring down what appears to be a Chaser Wind Princess. She was down, but not out, and then the airship arrived alongside the magical girl and the mecha pilot, we flew all the way to Septima province to get away from the chaos that ensued from the lighthouse. I then promised to stay with her as a member of the Zodiac Order, as that island was too dangerous to stay there.”

St Ramova Savu then comes right back and just decided to hurry up the whole explanation thing to B3. Only 2 of the 12 members are fully explained, the rest will have to be explained the next time St Ramona Savu and the Zodiac Order meets with him again elsewhere.

St Ramona Savu: “Apologies, kind sir, but I have to hurry up with what I was talking about.” *as she sits back down on her assigned seat* “The Zodiac Order, as far as I’m aware, I’ll give you the short version too, we are a group of celestial crisis watchdogs, the ones who watch over the galaxy for potential dire events, events in which other civilizations were unable to deal with such crises on their own. We were formed when Reverend Amaranto and I in Septima province agreed to find the Zodiac Girls. They were the Zodiac Starchildren, gifted and talented individuals in their own special field according to the Tropical calendar. 12 constellations, but actually 13 members if you don’t count me as one, the Zodiac Girls sought to keep the balance of the cosmos when things got too intense. Lucia was one such world where we founded this Order on, independent of their imperial authority and their Constitution, and only when one summons them to their call such as me, as I’m the rightful Founder, we were meant to ensure celestial balance of the stars from their home constellations only under such circumstances. Gensokyo, like Lucia, is also one such huge Anatoly, where I accidentally discovered the barrier to another dimension, and it only took the Lucians a few years to analyze it, but by the time the war with the Chasers ended in 2223, the Zodiac Order already left for the aether until right before we came down to Gensokyo to settle our historic loose ends. However, I do want to demand that we want the glass shard belonging to us so we can study it. Sadly though, the coordinates of that thing we got from this building pointed us the wrong way, and it points us to the other reality in which I have to respond to its own anomalies there. I have to bring up my Zodiac Order once again. Something’s stirred up somewhere, very, very far, its pinged on my PDA and it might be pinged on yours, too.”

“Anomaly Found!”

A strange, faint signal is emitted on an unknown frequency, is coming from the edge of the galaxy. Another reality, one so bizarre, that not even any civilization of the known reality can even comprehend or even understand what such a signal is. The glass shard from Gensokyo unfortunately points the aliens in the wrong direction, as if somehow the coordinates were tampered with to lure the Kovunanto away from the outer colonies and instead seek this unknown other reality. Problem is, the Kovunanto had yet to complete an FTL drive that is capable of reaching out to the other reality. The signal appears to be coming from a world that is full of surprises, relics, and almost completely theocratic with diverse pantheons, both good and evil.

It appears as if the human thaumaturgies that had arrived in Gensokyo somehow indirectly able to tamper with the coordinates of the glass shard, and it picked a random coordinate that somehow pointed to the closest new signal that it points to simply Nirn. The Zodiac Order, under the orders of St Ramona Savu, are to be teleported straightaway without even needing the Kovunanto wasting their valuable resources to construct such an FTL drive, because the Zodiac Order had teleportation abilities that would allow them to respond to crises immediately and beyond their home galaxy. By her orders, she and the Zodiac Order, will be off to Nirn towards their Shrine of Heroes to commence the operation of the other reality’s crisis. And already by the time just before B3 could say anything, Ramona Savu and the Zodiac Order just teleported out of Gensokyo.

This leaves behind just Lena and the other Grand Masters and Grand Servants Kaza, Veto, Jysa, and Daze.

With St Ramona Savu out of the negotiations along with the Zodiac Order already responding to the next crisis in the other reality, the hordes of renegades are out for the now Lucian-affiliated Delegations and the Grand Masters and Grand Servants that got left behind. Remilia Scarlet then became aware of trouble brewing and reviewing the rules of the negotiations from B3.
From earlier, Remilia Scarlet remembered every single word about what the ceasefire rules are from him and memorizes it in her head.

By accepting the conditions, the ceasefire will be maintained and the discussions will begin. Any attacks by either side (even if it's the Kovunantoan Fairies or the Imperial Forces) will result in the resumption of the battle, SO IT IS ADVISABLE TO MAINTAIN THE CEASEFIRE UNTIL THE ONE-DAY DISCUSSION IS OVER. Any incursions into Novayan Forces Milky Way's star systems are fine, but incursions into Earth-ANIME will also result in the resumption of the battle of Gensokyo; the same goes for attacking the rest of Triumvirate Sol Military Command.

Unlike the dialogue with His Imperial Regency, The Grand Admiral, Grand Marshal Borealis III is a more reasonable figure who just happens to be the right person to help fix this mess. So long as the ceasefire is maintained in the discussions (or rather, explaining to him about what happened), everyone will be all fine and dandy. Only those with fuck-ton of brain cells and a fuck-ton IQ of OVER 9000! such as St Ramona, St Luci and Borealis III will handle the talks and decide how best this would be. Post-battle discussions will also commence between the three in a neutral world agreed upon by the three and authorized by either side.

Any attacks on the delegations will result in an immediate resumption of the battle, rendering null and void whatever that is discussed. This will result in the devastation of Gensokyo, which would be far more worse than even before. The resulting devastation will see Gensokyo-WORLD utterly broken beyond repair, requiring EXTENSIVE EFFORTS to repair the broken world. The ceasefire must be uphold AT ALL COST.

Because of the newly formed Gensokyoite Ultranationalist Marauder Insurgents (G.U.M.I.) that just so happens to not go along with the talks, and whatever else was set forth up to this point and begins attacking some Lucian-affiliated youkai, humans, and their intent to break the negotiations out of wanting to continue the fight, she is now understandably super angry. It seems as if B3 is trying to back out of dialogue completely for a withdrawl mid-talks just so that the battle is resumed.

The Lucian Empire will be super pissed with a -100 Opinion, but only to the new Insurrectionists, the G.U.M.I.

Remilia Scarlet: “The rebels are fools to test my patience! I now ask you all to leave this mansion and get out of this world immediately at once! Talks is cancelled! The Lucian Empire will not take kindly for allowing this breach of etiquette to occur, they’ll have to take it from here to settle this rebel scum problem, and make an example of why Outsiders like them don’t respect my authority in the first place! The glass shard is to be brought back to us, in the safety of the basement as-is. Nothing can come anything good of this! I will handle these [REDACTED] myself! And I’m going to drain both sides’ bases very, very slowly, too!”

Just before even both sides were able to leave peacefully, some G.U.M.I. forces were able to breach the mansion and with the talks cancelled, the seventh battle will have to resume, although now the battle map will represent the G.U.M.I. as black-and-green. Power Core integrity is now draining at a rate of 0.01% a second. Node networks are re-activated as normal. Power Nodes that were once on the UNSC side are now GUMI side and are colored black with green tint instead of blue with white tint.

Because of the negotiation expositions being violated by the new rebel menace, the resumption of the battle will see inevitable total destruction and an inevitable -200 Opinion from not only a nearby fallen Empire that will be generic, a randomly-generated religious name and species, and randomly-generated within a few systems away for room per standard Stellaris mechanics towards G.U.M.I., but also an additional -200 Opinion towards G.U.M.I. from the Lucian Empire for destroying a holy world as well, as is now Lucian territory.

And when the Lucian Empire does come to check on it later on, they’ll definitely squish them like ants easily wherever they are with technology and faith on par with what they used to be from before, and while not as psychotic or bloodthirsty unlike the Kovunantoan Fairy Dominion, they rely on their own deities as their ultimate backup to ensure that they will definitely cease and desist their attacks or will strike down with fury and vengeance.

The glass shard is now unwittingly surrendered back to Gensokyo, unhappy of the forthcoming events that will transpire from there, and now the Kovunanto are to evacuate Gensokyo with haste using the portal techs back to home territory. Oh wait, even though the glass shard is now back in Gensokyo’s hands and now that Lena is cured of vampirism in time before St Ramona Savu left, Lena is no longer the most powerful Italian woman ever. That title now goes to someone else back in Italy on Sol-System HALO, which is now Izora the Vampire Queen of the hated Crimson Sisterhood! Now she is just a regular Grand Servant, no longer able to use her vampire powers and no longer having to fear sunlight, she just decided to get someone of the human side to take her home as tears start to run down her face again. Once she gets back to Italy, she will renounce her service to Lucian and live her normal life again, forgetting everything she ever knew of him, his peoples, and everything she ever witnessed beyond her time.

Daze knows what to do without fear and flies to Misty Lake once again to re-summon the fairies. Jysa, Kaza, and Veto will leave the mansion grounds and wait for the three dropships with their Ghosts for evac. Jysa will return to the Moon, whilst Kaza and Veto will want to go back to Romania together. St Ramona Savu will then have no abbey assistant and of course, no Nullifier to back her up in future fights. Without a thamuaturgic expert on the Kovunanto side anymore, logistics department back in High Charity and in their own homeworlds regarding such techs sharply goes down to almost nothing, as if they simply forget everything about thaumaturgy completely and will have to re-purpose such outlandish techs into eco-friendly production facilities. Daze will be the only one to remain here and will attack the rebels on sight.

Gensokyo will undergo a 7-minute countdown to self-termination of the Great Hakurei Barrier, which will then become vulnerable to being scanned and analyzed from above. Three Ghosts are dropped neatly from three Phantoms just outside of the mansion grounds to give Kaza, Jysa, and Veto enough time to escape Gensokyo through a portal tech at their main base. 7 minutes is not enough time for the five (Daze, Kaza, Lena, Jysa, and Veto) as well as the rest of the Kovunanto forces stationed to get out of there.

The Lucian-affiliated Delegations (formerly Kovunanto-affiliated Delegations) will now have to hold out Gensokyo from the new rebel menace. The Lucian-affiliated youkai (formerly Kovunanto-affiliated youkai) will now have to defend themselves too.

The Kovunanto forces stationed will now have no choice but to attempt to sacrifice their lives away by attempting to escape WITH it back home, as they are now out of time and will have to leave their main base behind here, along with the two Grand Masters and Grand Servants that aren’t Grand Servant Lena. The escape consists of two epic phases.

The draining is stopped, but it can't be undone, even if only very slightly by seven seconds thanks to my servant."

Borealis III was shocked when the rogue Allied soldiers - the Gensokyoite Ultranationalist Marauder Insurgents, or GUMI - began their attack. He said to Remilia, "I only take into account the Allied expeditionary force and the Kovunanto, either of which might violate the conditions I set up for the talks. What have I failed to take into account were those that might not accept the results and the withdrawal order - especially those who refused to accept what had happened. In that case, it is my fault for not taking them into account."

When he heard that she expects him to find a way to get rid of the mercenaires - or rogue Allied soldiers - he replied, "Don't worry about that, miss Remilia. I have already prepared a military protocol for something like this." He taps on his tablet and sent the message out. "And by the way, Remilia, unlike Novayan Forces Milky Way, the Triumvirate military forces who will be deployed to this world have more restraint and small yet highly professional, trained and equipped."

In the event a number of Allied soldiers have decided to continue the battle and refused to even heed orders, I hereby invoke the Excalibur Protocol.

The elimination of the rogue Allied units will be tantamount to the peace I - Borealis Norsouhta III - alongside Remilia Scarlet and Lucian have made. We must end the rogue Allied soldiers and restore peace. The Excalibur Protocol is invoked.

Gensokyo

A number of blue portals were opened up throughout the former Staging Point Velder, which caught the GUMI soldiers by surprise. Believing themselves to have been reinforcements, they await the new reinforcements. And then, the unthinkable happened: they would find themselves attacked by fresh Novayan combat air and ground forces from Earth-ANIME, Novaya IV and Novaya III. In a lightning fast attack, the GUMI forces controlling the former Staging Point Velder has been completely annihilated. The fresh Novayan forces would then be joined by Saiyanese and Nova Roman forces. The Triumvirate has arrived, and former Staging Point Velder was captured, turning light blue. Triumvirate forces soon stormed the Human Village in a lightning fast speed.

Upon the invocation of the Excalibur Protocol, several portals were opened throughout the Hakurei Shrine, its stairway and the path to them. The Gensokyoite Ultranationalist Marauder Insurgents didn't get to respond before they were engaged by Triumvirate soldiers who came out of the portals. These soldiers were aided by Imperial Halberdiers, Shadow Marines and Marine Raiders, who have to follow the orders of Triumvirate junior and senior officers involved in the battle against the GUMIs, so said Imperial soldiers fall under the Coalition. As a result of the unexpected attack by Imperial forces, the GUMIs lost three nodes.

When news broke out that the Triumvirate military intervention against the GUMIs has begun, every Lucian-affiliated youkais and humans won't like another force causing trouble and wanted them out. However, the GUMIs would prove themselves to be worse due to how they refused to follow the order to withdraw and accept the peace talks' results. Throughout GUMI-controlled Gensokyo minus Staging Point Velder, the Human Village, Roads of Reconsideration and Liminality, Muendzuka, and Hakurei Shrine, the GUMI soldiers prepared for a battle with the Triumvirate Forces. Some GUMI soldiers continued attacking the Lucian-affiliated youkais they so perceived as still being allied with the Kovunanto.

At Muendzuka, the Road of Reconsideration, the Road of Liminality and the Garden of the Sun, additional portals were opened up as Triumvirate forces exited to fight the GUMIs. Having received word from their comrades at Staging Point Velder and the Hakurei Shrine, the GUMIs have prepared for the inevitable Triumvirate assault yet were taken by surprise. At the Nameless Hill, a Triumvirate armored brigade sent from Staging Point Velder and supported by shattered two GUMI mechanized infantry brigades and one GUMI armored brigade controlling said hill. Three Triumvirate battalions fought GUMI forces for control of zones east of the Human Village.

Five blue portals opened up in the skies as five squadrons flew to combat GUMI aerial forces.

The Triumvirate Forces that were deployed appear to be quite small in numbers in comparison to the slightly-larger Gensokyoite Ultranationalist Marauder Insurgents, but there appear to be differences between the two factions.

The Gensokyoite Ultranationalist Marauder Insurgents wore power armors and big guns as well as combat vehicles, aerospacecraft and walkers that were used by the Allied forces in the battle of Gensokyo. However, just because they are large in numbers and powerful doesn't mean they are united or their power structure united. Instead, the GUMIs were basically an Insurrectionist cell of Insurrectionist cells, highly disorganized and vying for leadership.

They have also a various amount of doctrines, strategies and tactics, but the many GUMI subfactions don't have a unified military doctrine, strategy and tactics and instead utilize a lot of them, which leads to many an inconsistency and problems when trying to coordinate with the other GUMI subfactions. Also because of the lack of organized unity, some GUMI subfactions have no qualms fighting each other just to vie for control the entire GUMI faction.

The worst disadvantages the GUMIs have were the varying amount of discipline (ranging from Bandit, Incompetent, Militia, Coordinated, or even Combined Arms) and being cut off from Allied military arsenal. They can hold out for a few weeks or so, but without supplies or reinforcements they won't stand for a few more days. Finally, the most glaringly obvious major disadvantage is the lack of new para/techs employed by elements of Void national militaries that underwent significant reforms.

Triumvirate Forces

The Triumvirate Forces deployed to Gensokyo-WORLD were elements of the Novayan, Saiyanese and Roman Expeditionary Forces. Unlike the GUMI soldiers, Triumvirate Forces use regular combat equipment and digital camouflage to give them the advantage over their enemies. While small in numbers, they make up for it with skills, competence, discipline, morale and para/techs. While Grand Marshal Borealis III is the overall commander of all Triumvirate forces, it appeared that junior officers leading combat units have the capacity to make on-the-fly decisions and take initiatives where possible. This makes the Triumvirate Forces highly organized.

Triumvirate military forces also have a number of military doctrines, strategies and tactics, but that is where the similarities end. Whereas the GUMI subfactions use their own doctrines, strategies and tactics, the Triumvirate Forces use but a few of them. When there are debates on whether to use multiple doctrines, strategies and tactics or not, a compromise was made: parts of said doctrines, strategies and tactics were adapted into the battle plans, and this allowed Triumvirate combat units to use and adapt them in case the situation is grim or better. Senior officers at the top direct frontline units, but it is the junior officers who will make on-the-fly decisions and take the initiatives where possible.

The major advantages of the Triumvirate Forces were the highly-advanced para/techs Triumvirate forces have, in addition to a more unified military structure. Triumvirate combat units arrayed against GUMI units were found to utilize a modern blitzkrieg doctrine - combined arms units consisting of armored units, tanks and mechanized infantry, supported by heat-seeking missiles and smart bombs, rocket-assisted/guided artillery, jet aerospace support and computer-aided tactical, strategic and operational analyses, in addition to the use of network-centric warfare, electronic and counter-electronic warfare, precision airstrikes, air superiority, reconnaissance, force rotation, multi-altitude flying doctrines and so on.

Another major advantage is how precise the artillery strike and airstrike really were but also how restrained the Triumvirate Forces were. Because of these advantages, Triumvirate combat units were more likely to be careful in combating their enemy forces. This also allowed them to reduce casualties among those who are neutral or allied with the Triumvirate Forces. The precision airstrikes and artillery strikes involve smart bombs, heat-seeking missiles, rocket-guided munitions and smart munitions that would result in greater casualties among GUMI forces. The soldiers' use of digital camouflages also makes it hard for the GUMI soldiers to have trouble unless any of them have thermal scopes.

The only disadvantages were the small number of Triumvirate forces and their cautious mindset, which would mean the latter has to make sure no unnecessary risks were expected or even chosen. However, these disadvantages also showed that the number of Triumvirate combat units present were highly-trained, -equipped and -advanced and that their cautious mindset will convince the Lucian-affiliated youkais recognize them for actually not causing arsons or even indiscriminately killing any of said youkais. But such disadvantage revealed an unexpected card up the Triumvirate Forces' sleeve: it may have caused the youkais' opinion of the Triumvirate Forces to be at a permanent +100 due to the efforts of Triumvirate soldiers who acted with mercy and restraint.

Scarlet Devil Mansion

Several groups of GUMI soldiers had arrived before the Scarlet Devil Mansion and sought to besiege anyone still inside. Unfortunately, they have failed to realize that Remilia Scarlet[/font] is too strong even for them, which means these GUMI soldiers will suffer for having rendered null and void the peace talks.

Unfortunately for the GUMI soldiers, they won't be able to kill [color=#00BFFF]the Grand Masters and Grand Servants who were left behind. Nor will the GUMI soldiers get to kill Remilia Scarlet.

[Imperial Rifta]

War Room of IRS Vengeful - Orbiting Aeras, Sol Trinary System
High Generals Gore and Steen as well as the newly promoted Admiral Beckett discussed battle plans in the Meeting Room of the Riftan flagship. Gore is visibly frustrated while Steen looks calm and controlled.

“I’m not waiting any longer. We need to hit the Kovunanto now. If we don’t, then our homeworld is at risk” said the General.

“As you’ve pointed out, multiple times over the last few meetings” said Steen dryly, “We keep distributing aid until we have a chance to do something bigger”

“We look weak. By giving out supplies we look like a puny humanitarian force. I say we disregard the Triumvirate, and launch an assault of our own”

“No. I don’t like what we’re doing either, but we carry through with the Emperor’s orders” answered Steen, rubbing his forehead with his hand”

“Steen’s right, sir. We don’t want to risk breaking our alliance with the Triumvirate” interjected Beckett.

Suddenly, the door opened and an officer stepped in. After taking note of the situation, and the high tensions, she swallowed several times before speaking. “Generals, Admiral” she began respectfully.

“What is it officer?” asked Steen wearily, looking up.

“There’s large scale deployment of Triumvirate forces to Gensokyo. Our scans show it’s potentially millions of soldiers entering portals”

“Contact their commanders and put them through. I want to know what’s happening” said Steen looking more interested now. Gore spun his chair to his terminal and input the code to contact Novayan command.

“You may leave” said Beckett.

“Yes sir” answered the officer as she spun and exited.

A hologram flickered up on the table showing two novayans, presumably Admirals or Generals. Steen nodded to the two before speaking. “Greetings, Admiral. Our scans have reported large numbers of your forces leaving for Gensokyo, and we’d like to know why. Has the battle taken a turn for the worse?”
