Me and Friend are in Trouble. Need good advice

Ok well I know this forum have some good people that will help calm me and my friend down and give us some good advice.

I supose I should tell you the problem.

Well there is this person who is not particularly liked by her work collegues. We work in quite a gossipy place and lately her life has been a bit of a circus. She is 19 and was sleeping with a 37 yearold who was married to his pregnant wife with two kids and has since cause thier marriage to break up. She then cheated on him with another man who has a pregnant girl friend.

All this news is common knowledge at the work place and lately there was some new news taht she slept with with the guy while 5 of his friends were watching. And so.... I told a few friends.... and They told thier friends and now its become public and common knowledge.

Me and another friend were I guess the main distributors of this knowledge and this girl is Furious with us.
She is quite an intimidating person. She weights more then me and my friend combined, not very kind to anybody, bossy and thinks she is all that but she is also friends with some bad people, Meth addicts and ganster type people.

Anyway a friend who is at work has warned me that when this person passed her she heard her say "Im going to get my Mongrel Mob onto him" (Refering to me)
In the past she has threatened people with violence for called her fat even if it wasnt to her face. Anyway me and my friend are terrified, we have to work with her and Im a little concerned for my safty. I dont want to finish work and find her hoodrat friends slashing my car tyres and keying it and the beating me up or for this person to beat my other friend up.

Another friend has also said we should just apolygize which we plan to do tomorrow. Were biting our fingernails cause she is a very scary person hahaha. So what would you guys do and I guess we have learnt our lesson never to gossip ever again.

PS We have with held names cause due to the paranoia and fear of me and my friend she could stumble upon this and then we would get in even more shit hahaha

Apologize, in a very specific and detailed way, for what you did. Say that it won't happen again.

If you're worried for your safety, bring a tazer.

If cornered by her or her mob do not show fear.

If cornered by a group of her friends. Assuming they are male, Knock the loudest one out, half the time the rest back down after you knock down the leader. This means you got to hit first but ina group Vs 1 fight go for it.

Here is a trick I learned in boxing. Keep a roll of quarters in your pocket. put them in your fist and hit the guy with a straight punch. The roll of quarters will explode, but you will knock him out almost every time.

Nope. I'm still in school. My mother advices that at work, keep co-workers, not friends.

There are legal ways of dealing with this and "legal" ways. Then there's putting your tail between your legs and running for the hills. In any event, this is not really the place for advice because inevitably someone will make a stupid comment or offer advice that would result in you being in more trouble than you are now.

That being said, extortion is your best friend.

And bring some defensive weapons in case of mob attack. Also if cornered by a lot of people, challenge the mob leader on 1 vs 1 battle, it is better than getting gang banged. If the mob leader didn't want to be challenged, tell him that he is a coward. He should accept your challenge then.

Taser stun gun, pepper spray are the best defensive weapons I know.

Oh, and while you are in combat 1 vs 1, tell your friend to dial 911 =P

focus on form. the twist in the hips is important as is the footwork.
When it comes to the fight itself
"Gangstas" are all pussy's almost without exception. That's why they need a group.
you may not be a fighter but it doesn't mean you can't learn to throw a punch.
Add in the quarters and you will look like an expert for that one punch. The gangsters will lose interest if you stagger the leader of the group (the one doing the most talking).
Most of the time you don't show fear they lose interest anyways.

Do you think she is just threatening or being serious? atleast everyone at work has our back though....
