Observing the recent infraction of the Texkentuckian pledge to cancel the Pulse II weapons system launch, the Corporate of Synne Industries again denounces the nation's openly belligerent and reckless actions which continue to endanger the lives of civilians abroad and further the risk of nuclear conflict. Despite the wishes of Synnia amongst numerous other polities and the openly stated declaration that the Texkentuck government would cancel the Pulse II launch, dismantling the system, the nation has conducted the launch with no prior announcement or otherwise warning.

In spite of the claim that the satellite is designed with radar-absorbent or thermally-masking low-observability coating, the Synnian Maritime Self-Defense Force tasking group EIS-0316 which is presently situated in the vicinity of the island of Amerikia was wholly capable of tracking the system radiospectrally and thermally for the entirety of the boost-launch and initial orbiting stages. It, among various other ballistic missile defense-capable SMSDF task groups continue to track the satellite's trajectory and have determined its present orbit. Whilst the Corporate Republic of Synne Industries does not view this launch as a direct nor critical threat to its continued existence, the satellite and its associated particle beam system shall still be recognized as an imbalance to the global capability to deter nuclear weapons employment.
