What is the current war doing to YN?

Pocat is getting hurt twice. We normally get much of our gas from Russia. And we're getting refugees from Ukraine.

Absolutely nothing since they aren't allowing refugees and aren't involved at all, not even participating in sanctions.

The confederation before the war had a very conciliatory stance. Many times the Confederation hosts a mmeting from both side to try to de-escalate the situation, but it failed in all occasion. The last call, was totally ignored by Russian regime.

The Confederation at the outbreak of conflict impose for the first time sanctions against Russia (in 2014 the Confederation didn't impose any sanction) initially with the duration of 2 moths, now the sanctions are the same sanction imposed from the West, and will last at least 6 months with possibility of renew.

We are taking advantage of this situation as now Europe can get hooked onto our superior gas and oil. In addition, we seek to expand Qatari interests and culture into Eastern Europe and maybe turn Ukraine into a puppet state for Qatari interests.
